The two bands that we saw ( the band on the Saturday night and the two guitarists) were fantastic but the old singer( on the Thursday night) not so much. We enjoyed our stay in 2023 and brought the rest of our family. The pool was great - it never seemed full and there were adequate sunbeds and deckchairs. Pool drink service was always efficient. The restaurant manager was always pleasant and was able to produce menu variation for the vegan member of our family. The three evening entertainment acts were good especially the 6 piece group on one night. Every member of staff was always pleasant. This hotel is a gem!

We were very thankful for the extremely early breakfast (5.45am) laid on before our departure. If we may offer one small suggestion, it would be to consider adding covered parking spaces to the new parking area, just like the existing parking. They would provide welcome shade during the hot summer days and also offer better protection for cars during the heavy thunderstorms that sometimes occur around Lake Garda. My friend and I chose your hotel and are very pleased with our decision. The hotel is very clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere and we had everything required for our stay. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully clean. Our housekeeper was very sweet. All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We didn't have dinner but our breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. I have a gluten allergy and there were sufficient choices. We spent a lot of time touring but we managed to use the pool a few times and it was lovely. Thank you again for a truly lovely stay.

Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und immer sehr gut. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche hat sich auch sehr verbessert im Vergleich zu früher. Alles in allem kommen wir sehr gerne in ihr Hotel, ich kann im Moment nicht genau sagen wie oft wir da waren. Ich schätze seit dem Jahr 2000 so ca 7x. Der Poolbereich im Sommer gefällt mir gut, so gute Parkplätze findet man auch sehr selten. Man bemerkt auf alle Fälle das sich alles immer wieder verbessert und das Management sehr bemüht darum ist. Wir empfehlen ihr Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly and polite staff. We booked two rooms. One with a balcony and one without. The balcony room was fabulous, modern and spacious. The classic room was perfectly adequate for our sons. It was one of our sons birthdays during our stay and at breakfast one of the members of staff gave him a card and a gift of Hotel Bisesti playing cards. It was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch. We had not said anything as he doesn’t like a fuss but the member of staff was very discreet and this lovely gesture was very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully clean and presented at all times. Every single member of staff was extremely helpful and professional. I just wish we’d had the option to book the more modern room that we moved to, at the time of booking.

Thankyou for letting us change from dinner to lunch. It was much more to our taste and more suitable for children. Cleanliness, staff, rooms, breakfast, lunch menu and pool all excellent. Would definitely come again

Hi we have just spent a week at your hotel and although we were not happy with our evening meals on the first night you kindly changed our meals to the A la Carte lunchtime menu which we were very happy with, it seemed to be more of the Italian style of food we were expecting. After that was dealt with we had a lovely stay and really loved Italy, we hope to return to your hotel in the coming years. Thank you

We stayed in rom 313 for 3 nights fron 24 August. Wanted to see Lake Garda for quite a while but didn't really have any expectations for the hotel as it was only 3 star. I absolutely loved the hotel, right next to bus station where transfers took us to, and trips picked up and dropped off. All the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was lovely. I rarely return to a hotel but I would definitely return here.
