Thankyou for a lovely stay. We were only there for 3 nights but couldn't fault anything about our stay. The staff, facilities were excellent. We received a free upgrade to a suite room and it was fantastic. I e mailed the hotel last month to order a birthday cake and chocolates for our room on arrival and these were great. The cake was amazing thank you for all your help in choosing these and making sure they were ready in room. His bottle of bubbly was also a lovely surprise, thanks. It was our first time in lake Garda and we would definitely return to your beautiful hotel. Thanks so much. Grazie.

2026-08-21

We had a wonderful holiday. The only thing we might ask is that decaffeinated teabags be available at breakfast. Other than that, 100% satisfied 👍
2026-08-16
Thank you for our lovely stay - great quality refurbished rooms, good evening entertainment (3 evenings), great staff and a warm welcome.
2026-08-15
Danke für für den guten Service
2026-08-13
We enjoyed our stay in 2023 and brought the rest of our family. The pool was great - it never seemed full and there were adequate sunbeds and deckchairs. Pool drink service was always efficient. The restaurant manager was always pleasant and was able to produce menu variation for the vegan member of our family. The three evening entertainment acts were good especially the 6 piece group on one night. Every member of staff was always pleasant. This hotel is a gem!
2026-08-13
Louise and I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and dedication , nothing was too much effort. The one thing was the night time entertainment. The two bands that we saw ( the band on the Saturday night and the two guitarists) were fantastic but the old singer( on the Thursday night) not so much. If you could improve the night time environment you will have more clients staying in and spending their money within the hotel
2026-08-13
Vielen Dank.
2026-08-13

This is my second time at Hotel Biseti. I would say I enjoyed my stay more this time than last year as I know what the hotel provides. I was impressed with the different selection for meal times and enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel in general is clean and well ordered and I felt the staff were approachable and friendly. Booked again for next summer.

2026-07-23
From the moment we arrived to the morning we left, we found all the staff to be welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We were very thankful for the extremely early breakfast (5.45am) laid on before our departure. The hotel was kept beautifully clean and we appreciated the air conditioning throughout, and especially in our bedroom. In forty years of holidays, we've never stayed at the same hotel twice, but with Bisesti we would seriously consider it!
2026-07-23
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the bar staff especially anita and all the other employees for making our week very enjoyable

2026-07-22
We have been staying at your hotel for several years now, and we wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate all the effort you put into making every stay special. What impresses us most is that, even after all these years, you continue to look for ways to improve the experience for your guests. It is clear that you keep investing in both the hotel and the quality of your service. The new parking area is a great example of this and will certainly be a valuable addition. Even more importantly, the warm and friendly atmosphere has remained exactly the same over the years. Every member of your team makes guests feel genuinely welcome, and that is one of the main reasons why we love coming back year after year. If we may offer one small suggestion, it would be to consider adding covered parking spaces to the new parking area, just like the existing parking. They would provide welcome shade during the hot summer days and also offer better protection for cars during the heavy thunderstorms that sometimes occur around Lake Garda. We think this would be the perfect finishing touch to the new parking area. Thank you for your continued dedication and hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Otherwise, the staff are extremely friendly, and I will recommend your hotel to my acquaintances in Finland! Our stay was wonderful, far exceeded our expectations. The staff were excellent in all areas, the food was outstanding and the hotel spotless. Also, allowing us to have breakfast before our early flight home, was such a lovely gesture. Thank you!

All the staff at the hotel were wonderful and the hotel is lovely and very well managed.
2026-04-23
We had a great stay, upgraded to room 315 which had an enormous balcony and view over pool. Cannot understand why your not a 4 star hotel especially as everything was spotless and everyone was smiling and courteous. Only constructive criticism would be that the empty used plates are removed during breakfast service as the piled up rejects and leftovers are a bit off putting. Fabulous hotel added to our fabulous holiday
2026-04-21
friendly, welcoming and competent staff😃
2026-04-19

Das Internet war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
2026-04-07
2026-04-04
