The personnel was OUTSTANDING. We really wanted to book other hotels for our company retreat, but it was not possible to get a timely quote from them. This is not really a complaint more (gentle suggestion) to help you improve. The shower / bathroom malfunction on one occasion with water making its way into the main room (not sure how this happened but something to do with the gradient on the bathroom floor?). I had to mop it up / use a small towel (there was quite a lot of water). The bed was comfortable, roomy, excellent. The room was also wonderfully quiet. That said, personally I would do away with the mini bar fridge .. the compressor came on and off during the night which was quite intrusive (it woke me up several times). There was no way to disable it easily. The loo paper could be of higher quality - this needs to be stronger. All in all superb, clean pleasant staff, great location 'thank you'. Your breakfast is really well done. Great selection and always fresh and tasty. This visit I especially enjoyed the salmon and scrambled eggs. My only wish is that you did not have a machine that makes the coffee as the coffee is just warm and certainly not the same as a freshly made cup.
