From the moment we checked in to the hotel the staff were welcoming and very helpful . We were provided with all the information re restaurants , tourist maps etc. The staff were particularly helpful re parking our car in the garage facility. The personnel was OUTSTANDING. We really wanted to book other hotels for our company retreat, but it was not possible to get a timely quote from them. Carlton was instead very quick and professional, so we picked them. All the personnel we interacted with went above and beyond in every circumstance. Especially the English lady.
