The main reason for completing this questionnaire is so that I can draw your attention to the excellent help and support I received from Licia at the front desk. I had been trying unsuccessfully to book tickets for the Enzo Ferrari and Ferrari Museums for myself and my 10 year old son. Licia could not have been more helpful and, despite facing various technological and instructional challenges, she persevered and eventually succeeded in negotiating a rather tortuous, user unfriendly process to buy tickets for both the museums and the bus transfer service between the sites. Not only this, she went further by ensuring we understood our programme for the day and kindly provided us with english translations of the key documents. Licia, Grazie mille per la vostra gentilleza, perseveranza e professionalita. Siete dei meravigliosi ambasciatori per il vostro hotel e per il vostro Paese. Torneremo :-)
