Lets start with the positives, the cleaning staff was really friendly and they did excellent work. Every day clean rooms, even cleaning in the afternoon. Also everyone involved in the breakfast was really nice and friendly. Unfortunately there is also one negative point to highlight: there was one male receptionist / security that was really rude and unfriendly on multiple occasions. He disciplined me once when I quickly ran up to my room in dry bathshorts because I wasnt wearing a shirt. If thats a rule, then ok but he seemed to take personal offense instead of just explaining it. One night I wanted to show an Italian friend something in my room and he refused to let her enter. If there is some rule that doesnt allow visitors, even for a brief moment, I could maybe accept it, even though I thinks its silly if they dont stay over night, but he didnt even want to explain it to me in english. If he refuses to speak english, he shouldnt work in tourism. Also he then explained to my Italian friend in Italian that he has no problem with her, but he really dislikes tourists. I think its clear that he chose his job badly if thats the case. It is the middle aged guy that worked in the night from Sunday 19th july to Monday morning. But yea, besides that it was a pleasant stay.
