Your staff are incredible from the cleanliness of the hotel, the bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff you are all so lovely! If there was any criticism at all, it would be a more cheaper price for the restaurant menu, there didn’t seem any ambience and so didn’t make us feel as though we wanted to eat a dinner there, if the ambiance was right then of course guests would pay the price for a special night. Because of this we had to walk out to a couple of restaurants which were great but it was always the same and we wanted to support your chefs for dinner but we loved it all and thank you again for making us feel special! To start, thank you to all the receptionists that gave us the right information when requested but a special thank you to the receptionist that welcomed us on arrival which was the same lady that made us the check out. A very special thank you and congratulations to your kitchen chef for the excellent meals that was prepared. To the excellent waiters at the restaurant that received us everyday with a big smile and courtesy, but a special thank you and appreciation to the waiter that catch my telephone when I dropped it over the balcony at the Restaurant one evening and unfortunately I forgot to ask the name, only know that is a tall gentlemen and was working all most every morning and evenings. Again, thank you so much for his kindness. And for last but not least, the cleaning ladies that left our bedroom clean and tidy everyday. Was a pleasure to get in after a day out. Our appreciation. In summary a very BIG compliment to all Hotel staff.
