Your staff are incredible from the cleanliness of the hotel, the bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff you are all so lovely! If there was any criticism at all, it would be a more cheaper price for the restaurant menu, there didn’t seem any ambience and so didn’t make us feel as though we wanted to eat a dinner there, if the ambiance was right then of course guests would pay the price for a special night. Because of this we had to walk out to a couple of restaurants which were great but it was always the same and we wanted to support your chefs for dinner but we loved it all and thank you again for making us feel special! Great stay, in room 104, 4th-10th September Hotel staff all lovely, gardens and pool area all kept beautifully, wifi kept dropping out in the room, fine around the pool,overall a lovely stay, would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Un personnel largement à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles 🌟 je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement la personne qui tient le bar dehors au centre de la piscine un homme qui connaît son métier à la perfection qui se met à la place du client d une gentillesse impressionnante et d un professionnalisme impressionnant. Chaque jour même dynamisme même sourire même tard le soir . Le personnel de l accueil très agréable très souriant très avenant un vrai plaisir quand on passe la porte pour un premier contact avec l établissement cela donne une réelle envie d aller plus loin.... Je remercie les femmes de chambre très agréables souriantes , qui chaque jour nous permettent de se sentir bien dans nos chambres, celles-ci sont belles sont propres même sous le lit! Et le ou les jardiniers réalisent un travail remarquable, le jardin est d une beauté.... Cet hôtel est vraiment une belle surprise encore merci aux personnels de l établissement.

We had a great stay at your complex we couldn't fault it but availability to beach towels, the opportunity to have dinner more outdoors in rhe eveing during the half board option and some shower facilities when staying on, on the day of check out, would have been great, I feel.

Anthony at the pool bar was fantastic. Amazing personality and super gracious with our family and made special drinks for the kids. He showed us fresh mint from the garden used in our drinks. He made our pool days memorable!

We would like to thank our waiter who served us professionally every morning and night in half board. We also had the best cocktails ever. They were amazing. Thank you for the pool staff who looked after me when I needed medical care. You made our stay all the more better.
