Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We have relaxed and had a great time. Your staff are incredible from the cleanliness of the hotel, the bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff you are all so lovely! If there was any criticism at all, it would be a more cheaper price for the restaurant menu, there didn’t seem any ambience and so didn’t make us feel as though we wanted to eat a dinner there, if the ambiance was right then of course guests would pay the price for a special night. Because of this we had to walk out to a couple of restaurants which were great but it was always the same and we wanted to support your chefs for dinner but we loved it all and thank you again for making us feel special! Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. Antonio at the pool bar was our favourite server as he was very friendly and worked so hard. The gentleman at breakfast and dinner service was also very helpful. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Pool lunch options can be improved to include hot food options like pizza and pasta. Je n'ai pas aimé le passage au snack, boulangerie , bar jouxtant l'accueil de l'hôtel et je regrette qu'on ait pas le droit de mettre nos bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo. A part ces 2 remarques cet hôtel est magnifique et l'accueil de Rita parfait. Merci beaucoup 😀

We stayed in May this year and last year. We will come back next year!! Everything is perfect. The staff all take pride in their work, cleaning, food service, everything. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are beautiful now with the new changes. One minor thing is the air conditioning seemed a bit weak, but everything else was perfect!!!
