Siamo stati accolti con professionalità e calore. La pulizia è di altissimo livello in tutta la struttura. La camera allo stile classico con elementi rustici era molto accogliente. Abbiamo approfittato della SPA con bella piscina, bagno turco e sauna. Colazione era semplice e deliziosa con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Abbiamo organizzato presso Hotel Villa Malaspina (VR) il nostro evento aziendale con la rete agenti Italia e l’esperienza è stata davvero speciale. La struttura, una splendida villa del ’500 restaurata con grande cura, è un luogo caldo e accogliente che combina storia e modernità in modo impeccabile. Perfetta sia per lavorare che per vivere momenti di convivialità. Un grazie alla Sig.ra Federica, sempre disponibile e attenta, che ci ha accompagnato con professionalità e gentilezza. Un plauso particolare anche allo chef e al maître, che hanno personalizzato il menù in base alle nostre esigenze, e all’intero staff per aver allestito la sala integrando i nostri prodotti con grande cura. Da sottolineare inoltre la disponibilità della responsabile della sala colazione, che ha adattato l’offerta per valorizzare al meglio le nostre proposte: un gesto molto apprezzato da tutti. Consiglio davvero il Villa Malaspina a chi cerca un luogo che unisca fascino storico, attenzione ai dettagli e un team capace di far sentire ogni ospite accolto e ascoltato.

I had a wonderful 9 day stay at this lovely quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. All staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The only drawback for me was the distance from town center, and I had to rely on local buses and taxis (I was there primarily for the opera). This turned out to be a good thing, as it gave me confidence to get around, and even take the train to Venice. Wonderful, thank you!

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel. Staff were friendly and approachable, there was a wide variety of food at breakfast. We appreciated how although the Hotel had a lot of guests, it didn't feel overcrowded or too busy. The rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable. Lovely hotel. Slightly outside of Verona so very quiet and quaint. Hotel restaurant had a small selection but once trying the food was impressed by the quality each dish was presented in. The hotel itself was in amazing condition for an older building. Staff were very friendly and were happy to help with any requests. Would book again if we returned to the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. All staff were attentive, the room was really clean and the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We stayed for two evening meals and this was amazing and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
