I would like to thank A man with dark hair at the reception who greats us on our arrival date ans was helping us for a later check out ( when the same lady asked us for 50€ extra to pay). This man was honest, friendly and helpful. Maybe he was also the one who email us some advices about beaches. The gastronomic restaurant manager and service were really professionnal and it was very pleasant to have a dinner there with a pianist/singer Overall the property is beautiful and relaxing

We would like to thank a few people. Starting with Anna at the front desk who welcomed us in the most wonderful way, pleasant, and thorough. She is a great personality to have as your first impressions greeter. Mariano was our server for most meals, starting with our first dinner at the hotel to our last breakfast. We feel very well taken care of from his attention to our table. Please let him know. And finally, but not the least of which, Gennaro made our time with your hotel excellent!! WE can't thank Gennaro enough for what he did. He asks questions, and listens to the answers, and then takes action immediately!! All in a very quiet and professional manner. He provided valuable information about the area and what to do and see. He is always attentive, and was there the entire time of our stay. Never have I had such a great relationship with someone in a hotel I stayed at. We will never forget him!!

J'étais déjà venu à votre magnifique hôtel il y a une vingtaine d'années avec ma femme et mes deux enfants et nous avions gardé un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Je suis donc revenu cette fois-ci avec mon papa et je dois dire que l'expérience était à nouveau fabuleuse. Tout est parfait : l'hôtel lui-même, sa décoration, ses installations, ses merveilleux extérieurs, son animation en soirée et ses chambres, mais aussi les prestations de restauration au déjeuner, au diner et au petit déjeuner, qui lorsque nous étions venus la première fois n'était pas encore au magnifique 4ème étage. Tout le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel, félicitations à tous ! J'espère pouvoir revenir avant 20 ans ! en tout cas je recommanderai votre établissement à tous ceux qui me demandent un conseil pour leur séjour dans la baie de Naples.

This was a perfect place to stay beginning with the welcome staff explaining all of the amenities to the beautifully clean room and deliciously prepared breakfasts!!! The first night we ate dinner, it was absolutely delicious but there wasn't enough food. However, the next evening there was an abundance of deliciously prepared food!!! The service was outstanding and the evening music both nights was outstanding! We would return to your hotel if ever we return to your area, no doubt about it!

I cannot speak highly enough of our whole stay from start to finish. The hotel is immaculately presented with so much charm and sophistication in the public areas. The gardens are mature and stunning. I imagine will be even more beautiful once everything is open for the summer season. However, more importantly than this, ALL of the staff at LaMedusa were wonderful and a pleasure to be with. It’s not fair to single anyone out for praise as everyone we interacted with were so pleasant and kind. That being said we did bond in particular with Gennaro, Milena and all of the staff for both breakfast service and in the Restaurant. Wow, the restaurant Donn’Eugenia was simply outstanding. We said during our stay that it was consistently the best food we have ever eaten. Amazing. We are heavier now than when we arrived because we could not say no to any of it! A real gastronomic experience and cannot recommend this highly enough. We loved our week long stay at LaMedusa. If we are in this part of the world at anytime in the future we will only ever stay here. It’s a credit to everyone that works there. Thank you for being so nice to us. X

La Medusa is a beautiful hotel and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at all levels and in all sections is of a very hight standard. Nothing is too much trouble. This is what marks this hotel out from others of the same classification. We would like to thank the Reception team for helping my husband out with repairing his suitcase which was damaged on the inbound flight and most particularly for the care and attention we received from Gennaro and his team in the restaurant. The whole front desk staff is excellent!! My wife and I have been traveling for over 50 years and Antonino, Achille, Anna, Fabio, Sara and Vincenzo are the best!! They were super attentive, polite, informative and courteous!! They all are the main reason we are planning to return to La Medusa. I also want to acknowledge the great staff at the breakfast buffet. Genaro, Nuncia, Milena, Luigi and the “teacher” were all exceptional!! Also, the gentleman at the bar, Luigi, was great!! His personality and humor made it always an enjoyable time. We had a lovely stay. I was very impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff. The culture the leadership has built with its staff is impressive. The environments were all beautiful and well kept. The pool water was too cold to use but the gardens, room and views were all amazing. Food at breakfast and lunch was delicious. The room service sandwich was very expensive and not very nice unfortunately. Shuttle bus was useful as hotel is a little cut off and you can’t get to places by foot.

I am astounded by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff of the hotel. They fact that they valet my car for free (or a part of my purchase), a welcome drink with a presentation of what you can do in the hotel. Free shuttling to certain local areas and only 10 euros if outside those local areas. I only stayed 1 night so I wasn't able to properly enjoy the amenities of the hotel. I would come back if I were to stay longer than 2 or more days).

What a magical place! We had plans to tour the area and found ourselves not wanting to leave the hotel🥰 our room was clean and beautiful with an amazing balcony with the most wonderful view. The pool is magnificent, the restaurant and bar and the breakfast at the rooftop with breathtaking views. I have to give a huge credit to the hotel staff, the bartender Danino, antonio from the reception and above all to Gennaro who made our stay even more memorable.

All the staff were truly amazing! The day we arrived we were greeted by Anna who was so very helpful and polite. We attended the bar and met a very charming young man named Danilo, even though he was young his skills as a bartender were very good!! We also dined at the wonderful restaurant we were served by Milena and Vincenzo, we were advised by a very charismatic man named Gennaro. The cuisine was exceptional!! The service was first class. The spa was excellent and staff of Patrizia and Maria, were fabulous. The lifeguard Stefano was very friendly and extremely helpful! We could truly not fault anything!!!

We have just got back from spending a week at your hotel. We were travelling with our 17 year old autistic son (who doesn't always enjoy new places) and I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and attention. Particularly the restaurant and bar staff. Please give our thanks to Gernaro, Milena and there were two younger members of staff (one female with glasses) who Finley will forever remember as the 'nice cheese lady' for giving him extra cheese. They made our evening so enjoyable by meeting Finleys needs. Felt like a very special place.
