What a magical place! We had plans to tour the area and found ourselves not wanting to leave the hotel🥰 our room was clean and beautiful with an amazing balcony with the most wonderful view. The pool is magnificent, the restaurant and bar and the breakfast at the rooftop with breathtaking views. I have to give a huge credit to the hotel staff, the bartender Danino, antonio from the reception and above all to Gennaro who made our stay even more memorable.

All the staff were truly amazing! The day we arrived we were greeted by Anna who was so very helpful and polite. We attended the bar and met a very charming young man named Danilo, even though he was young his skills as a bartender were very good!! We also dined at the wonderful restaurant we were served by Milena and Vincenzo, we were advised by a very charismatic man named Gennaro. The cuisine was exceptional!! The service was first class. The spa was excellent and staff of Patrizia and Maria, were fabulous. The lifeguard Stefano was very friendly and extremely helpful! We could truly not fault anything!!!

The man in the suit whose name we didn’t get but I assume to be the manager made sure nothing was too much trouble including how long my friends eggs were boiled for. The overall attention to detail was excellent and we did not come across any member of staff that didn’t greet us professionally with a smile.

Everyone was very welcoming. Overly accommodating and attentive. They helped to celebrate my birthday with a cake my husband ordered which was incredible. The only issue is that the staff mentioned that they put everything in the car and when we arrived at the destination the cake was missing. They must have overlooked it. Considering we paid for two nights, could only use one due to the delay and additionally paid for a cake we were not able to enjoy, I would have expected someone to reach out with at the very least a small gesture. Otherwise staff was incredibly.

The chef’s cooking was outstanding, and the service privided by Gennaro in the restaurant was second to none. He created a very good rapport with us and even helped us plan some of our tours by recommending where to visit and even liaising with reception to get taxi organised for us. We had dinner 5 times at your restaurant and he always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Milena, Vincenzo and Daniela were also very professional and friendly. Always had a smile on their faces and made us feel very welcome each evening.

What a wonderful few days spent with you all. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and friendliness. We booked two rooms and both were spotless with amazing views. The staff were absolutely first class and whatever we asked, nothing was too much trouble. The service and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was fine dining standard. The gardens were magical with fairy lights in the lemon trees and the view from the breakfast terrace will be remembered forever. If you are wondering whether to stay here, just book!!! You will not be disappointed. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you again.

About the main diner: ‘primo piatto’ was very well, the ‘piatto principale’ was not what we expect in such a hotel. The frist two days without sauce, dry and the food was not warm enough. No complains of the dessert. Some waiters didn’t understand very good English but they were very friendly and helpful.

We were absolutely thrilled by everyone and the care they took of us. We genuinely felt liked and even “spoiled”. In particular, Gennaro at breakfast (and dinner), Luigi in the bar and Gaetano and Alessandro who drove us to and from the train station so many times. The staff at reception were so gracious and helpful (although we didn’t get any of their names).

Your hotel is so beautiful - it feels as if it should be on teh Riviera. It was so gorgeous with all its Christmas lights and decorations and the interior is very beautifully decorated. The grounds were so full of oranges and made for a peaceful and enjoyable walk - even though its winter. Above all though, I would like to commend your staff, particularly the check in and check out staff and the lovely young gentleman who served us at breakfast. Their customer service skills were exceptional and we were very impressed. A huge thank you to you all.
