You have a great team of staff, all very professional in their roles and very friendly and helpful. Special mention to those that we thought went that bit extra to make our stay great. Christina and Angelo in the main restaurant. Lisa and Federico and main bar man with glasses in the pool Bar area. Your main driver of the shuttle bus to and from Garda town.

Apart from my moans about the restaurant I enjoyed my holiday and was very happy at the hotel. The rest of the staff were friendly, courteous and efficient.

A beautiful week away, very chilled vibe, relaxing decor, pretty and well planned pool & patio areas. Sun loungers a bit rigid! Attentive knowledgeable and professional staff. Angelo was very up beat and welcoming. The chef is very inventive and produced some lovely meals. W

Compliments & thanks go to Angelo and all of the team at breakfast & dinner. Federico was always extremely helpful & pleasant. He engaged well with all of the guests in the restaurant and in the bar area. He showed pride in his work and enjoyment in what he was providing. Christina was very efficient and always asked about our plans for the day. At the pool area Lisa was constantly there to bring drinks or food. She has a lovely personality and shows pride in what she does. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel. We were greeted by all members of staff during the day. We felt valued as guests. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and Madrigale staff are some of the best

To the room maids who delivered a perfect service, so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and always there to answer question if needed. Main bar staff quick and pleasant and always there to offer advice about drinks. Main restaurant staff, polite pleasant and as above there when needed. Reception professional polite knowledgeable.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, stilvolles Hotel und der Duft sehr toll, wenn man ins Zimmer reinkommt. Auch sehr freundlicher Empfang durch aufgestelltes Team an der Reception. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Das passte alles sehr gut; vor allem die Ruhe ohne kleine Kinder am Pool war sehr schön. Es ist auch eine gute Entscheidung, den Pool in der Mittagszeit zu schließen, damit man in Ruhe am Rand des Pools essen kann. Besonders erwähnenswert erscheint mir die Sauberkeit überall.
