Ich bin 79 jährig und habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wenn ich noch Autofahren würde, käme ich wieder zu Ihnen. Vielleicht habe ich ja wieder einmal die Gelegenheit mit einem Carunternehmen oder mit Familie oder Freunden die noch Autofahren bei Ihnen zu logieren. Sie haben sehr freundliches und gut geschultes Personal, eine sehr gutes Küchenteam, das Essen war immer heiss und sehr schön angerichtet. Eine tolle Leistung, wenn 80 Personen zur gleichen Zeit zum Essen kommen. Bravo und vielen Dank für den äusserst guten Service im ganzen Haus. Bitte weiterleiten an das arbeitende Team! We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The evening meal in the restaurant was comparable to michelin star - your chefs are to be congratulated. We made use of most of the facilities and everything was excellent. All of your staff are to be congratulated. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They all seemed happy working there and you could feel their support of each other and team work. They all deserve a good rest when the hotel closes for the season (though some of them are are no doubt going to work through winter at the ski resorts). We will be recommending your hotel to friends and family and will definitely be returning. Thank you.

We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, The lady on reception was very accommodating as we had checked in a lot earlier than 4pm but she was able to get our room sorted for us. Lisa and Jacamo (???) who we saw everyday at the bar and pool area are both a credit to your hotel. They were always welcoming and friendly when they saw us. The bus shuttle was a great and very useful service. Great views of Lake Garda, we will definitely be returning.

Meine Freundin und ich waren vom 17.09. bis zum 25.09. bei Ihnen zu Gast und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir waren insgesamt begeistert von der Lage des Hotels, seiner Sauberkeit, der schönen Poollandschaft und vielem mehr. Am meisten werden uns jedoch Ihre Gastfreundschaft und der exzellente Service in Erinnerung bleiben – ganz gleich, ob von Lisa an der Bar, Alessandro an der Rezeption oder dem Reinigungspersonal, das uns täglich mit Handtüchern versorgt hat, stets mit einem strahlenden Lächeln. Auch die kostenlose Lademöglichkeit für unser E-Auto war ein gern gesehenes Detail. Ich hatte meinen Lautsprecher im Badezimmer vergessen und wurde auf der Heimreise direkt telefonisch von Ihnen kontaktiert. Auch wenn ich diesbezüglich noch auf eine Rückmeldung von Ihnen warte, habe ich absolut keine Bedenken, dass auch dies – wie alles andere – problemlos über die Bühne gehen wird. Wenn ich zwingend etwas Verbesserungswürdiges nennen müsste, fällt mir tatsächlich nur ein, dass mir die Spa-Behandlung in Form einer Ganzkörpermassage nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat. Das ist jedoch eher eine subjektive Einschätzung; die behandelnde Dame war auf jeden Fall sehr freundlich. Wie Sie dem oben Genannten entnehmen können, waren wir vollkommen zufrieden. Auch wenn wir voraussichtlich nicht wiederkommen werden, da wir eher an neuen Erfahrungen interessiert sind, habe ich bereits im Familien- und Freundeskreis von unserem Urlaub bei Ihnen geschwärmt und werde das Hotel auch weiterhin gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die laufenden Renovierungen, der zweite Pool und die Außenanlagen sind wirklich toll. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich nach wie vor das Maß aller Hotels am Gardasee.

Compliments and thanks must go to the caring and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They made sure to meet our needs with curtesy and respect regardless of how busy they were. They made us feel special and that they understood our holiday experience was important. Particular mention should go to the cleaning staff for keeping our room and all the public areas of the hotel beautifully clean and tidy . The linguistic ability of the reception staff is a great asset . The waiting and bar staff are exceptional . Many thanks also to the shuttle bus driver who made additional trips to ensure those who wanted to could get to and fro to Garda. None of this is possible unless the management create the right atmosphere and train staff appropriately to ensure consistency so compliments to them for establishing a wonderful hotel.

We had a wonderful week’s holiday at your beautiful hotel. It is so very relaxing and your staff are exemplary in all ways they could not do enough for us from the cleaners to waitresses and waiters in the restaurant and bar areas. The food was fantastic for breakfast and our evening meal. We would like to mention a few people but everyone was so good. Lisa in the bar what a delight she made us feel welcome every day and the barman Jacobo, Sonia our waitress and Anjelo the restaurant manager they were incredible these people made our holiday even remembering our room number, what we drank and that I like my coffees hot!! They are all even the ones not mentioned a credit to you. The views are absolutely stunning too yes we will be back.

Your other stand out members of staff is the restaurant Maitre d, I am sorry I cannot remember his name, but everyone is welcomed into the restaurant with a “BONJOURNO” and then again in their native language, he tries to attend personally to every guest and goes out of his way to make sure that their every need is attended to. Once your breakfast/ evening meal is completed you are wished a pleasant day/evening and look forward to seeing you later. But again I must reiterate that all staff are excellent

I have a food allergy, and I felt very reassured by the staff when I was being served at dinner that my food was safe to eat. Having trusting staff who show care rather than annoyance at managing a food allergy is incredibly appreciated! There was one server in particular (who was recommended to us as his English was the best, sorry I can’t remember his name!) who answered my questions many times, was always patient and reassuring, even remembered my salad order from the night before to ask the chef to remake it. Diese Besonderheit hat uns auch zu diesem Hotel geführt, da es in gängigen Internetportalen für einen glutenfreien Urlaub als positiv bewertet wird. Oftmals wird diese besondere Leistung in der Internetpräsenz von Hotels gar nicht so deutlich erwähnt. Nochmals muss man die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter als besonders positiv ervorheben.

The hotel location was perfect. It also suited us that the hotel was an adult only hotel (over 14 years). We were also happy that the hotel does not accept dogs. The staff in all areas were excellent - reception, bar, housekeeping, grounds and shuttle bus drivers. The restaurant staff were excellent - Angelo ensures everything runs smoothly and interacts with all guests to ensure they are all happy and satisfied. Our main waiter, Sultan, was excellent. Christina was very pleasant. Monica was so kind to us when we arrived half an hour early for breakfast on the day of our departure - we thought breakfast started at 7 am. She was very kind and allowed us to stay which meant we could have breakfast before we left for our flight, which we appreciated. Compliments also to the chef - the food wss excellent. We were especially delighted with our table location in the restaurant for dinner - it was perfect! The provision of the shuttle service at various times was extremely useful. I also enjoyed the yoga class by the pool.

We had a lovely time at Madrigale. I have positive feedback all around. I liked the room service standard, the waiters/waitresses were dedicated. The use of the courtesy room on the the last day and the storage of the bags was really helpful. I liked the garden area at the pool. Everything was how we expected it to be and more. We loved the area too, as a couple that like to keep fit and walk whenever possible, knowing the walking routes or trails is always useful.

I have already left a trip advisor review about how lovely we found the hotel and our stay, we would certainly recommend it to anyone, all the staff were extremely kind and helpful and hard working and an asset to the hotel. I don't like to single out anyone normally but Christina in the restaurant was really good and looked after us very well.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the food outstanding. Every person who works at your hotel is fantastic! Everyone who looked after us in reception, in the bar, in the restaurants, who cleaned our room, the maintenance team, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Wir waren das zweite Mal im Madrigale und wieder sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Als Gast fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen und zugleich vom ersten Tag an wohl. Das Frühstücksangebot ist hervorragend, es fehlte an nichts, einfach ein Genuss. Auch das Halbpensionsangebot war optimal. Der Barkeeper hat uns qualitativ hervorragende Cocktail gemixt, sehr lecker 😋 Auch der Poolbereich ist wunderschön zum Entspannen - und dazu die herrliche die Aussicht. Wir spielen gerne Golf und haben uns sehr über den Preisnachlass beim örtlichen Golfclub gefreut. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We had originally booked with another hotel in the area which didn't work out and so we came to you instead and I am so glad we did. The staff are all amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The room was one of the best we have ever had, food was great and we will definitely be coming back in the future

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar und ist insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand. Doch vor allem wird es durch ein hervorragendes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Team geführt. Es beginnt bereits beim Empfang durch den netten jungen Mann auf dem Parkplatz, der auch ein besonderes Lob verdient. Das Haus erhält seine persönliche Note durch die Menschen, die dort arbeiten.
