Vielen Dank für die schönen zwei Wochen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Roomservice. Sara hat sich sehr lieb um unser Zimmer und gekümmert und ist sehr rücksichts- und liebevoll mit unserem kleinen Hund umgegangen. I have never been treated in such a special way anywhere whatsoever. The consideration and assistance during meals are way beyond what is expected. The prices for all are very much in line for such an establishment and appreciated. A special thank you to Restaurant staff, but a special thank you to Rosario, the attendant in the restaurant, for always ensuring I was treated properly, food was prepared in such a way that there was no chance of any allergies. Parmesan my son had with pasta here had clearly utilised even the end of the parmesan, the rind which gave bitter unpleasant taste. I worked in hospitality for over 10 years in UK. That poolside lunch spot could make an absolute killing if it focused on fresh pizza and pasta and a more reasonable price. Just my honest thought if it were my own place.

All were very pleasant and professional, as a Scots Italian I was proud of how they acted and showed the best of italian hospitality to my British wife and in laws. The experience was far more welcoming, just as I remember as a child going to casale marritimo (my nonna village). You don't always get that warmness in the major italian cities. Rád bych moc poděkoval celému týmu hotelu za úžasný pobyt. Od prvního okamžiku jsme se cítili vítaní a o všechno bylo perfektně postaráno. Wir verweilten zwei Nächte in Ihrem Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich, professionell, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, willkommen und sicher. Unsere Kinder konnten sich sehr gut beschäftigen und als ein Petermännchenfisch unseren Sohn gestochen hat, wusste das Strandpersonal sofort was zu machen ist, sehr gut, danke.
