The prices for all are very much in line for such an establishment and appreciated. Few more "classic pastas" at more reasonable price, if so we would have eaten more often (potentially daily). Parmesan my son had with pasta here had clearly utilised even the end of the parmesan, the rind which gave bitter unpleasant taste. I worked in hospitality for over 10 years in UK. That poolside lunch spot could make an absolute killing if it focused on fresh pizza and pasta and a more reasonable price. Just my honest thought if it were my own place.

All were very pleasant and professional, as a Scots Italian I was proud of how they acted and showed the best of italian hospitality to my British wife and in laws. The experience was far more welcoming, just as I remember as a child going to casale marritimo (my nonna village). You don't always get that warmness in the major italian cities. Purtroppo non ricordo i nomi di nessuno. Il signore al ristorante che mi pare essere quello con maggiore anzianità di servizio è da sempre cordialissimo e professionale. Ha riferito di essere del viterbese. La signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno rassettava la nostra camera è stata sempre di una gentilezza e cortesia fuori dal comune. Grandi accortezze anche da parte del personale della reception al momento del check out. Il personale valorizza la struttura, ed è per noi motivo di fidelizzazione.

A family of five multigenerational females had a wonderful experience at your hotel, from cleanliness to garden areas and in particular service and menus on offer made for an unforgettable few days. Qualche primo di pesce e qualche secondo di pesce in piu non guasterebbe. La principale pecca sono i prezzi esorbitanti rispetto alla quantità e qualita dei piatti. Pasta alle vongole 24€, altri primi sopra 16€, insalate sopra i 18€, pizze sopra i 14€; soprattutto a pranzo per gli ospiti dell'hotel sarebbe gradito una convenzione con prezzi piu abbordabili, specie se hanno gia mezza pensione. Dei tre ristoranti era il meno attrezzato sia come location che come qualita dei piatti, nonostante l'estrema gentilezza del personale, non si puo pretendere nulla di piu che un pranzo veloce e quindi andrebbe rivisto il menù in tal senso se posso dare un suggerimento.

Tutto il personale è stato cordiale e professionale, un ringraziamento speciale alla Signora Ghita che si occupava della nostra camera al 3 piano che ci ha molto supportato con la sistemazione della camera quando nostro figlio è stato 4 giorni a letto per una forte gastroenterite. Anche un grazie ai camerieri dell' Anfora di Baratti, sempre gentili e attenti e a Alessandra che si è mostrata molto cordiale e attenti ai bisogno alimentari di nostro figlio quando non stava bene offrendoci supporto per farlo mangiare in camera con necessita specifiche.
