My two weeks at Splendido Bay were outstanding. With my work, I travel the world and am blessed to stay in great hotels. Splendido Bay is up with the very best. Regardless of facilities and location, it is the staff who make a hotel excellent. The team at all levels at Splendido Bay is exceptional and brilliantly trained. The staff in the bar and adjacent breakfast restaurant deserve a special mention. The best!

Had inadvertently booked a double room instead of a twin. The staff were extremely helpful to accommodate changing room. The staff at breakfast and dinner were also extremely pleasant, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed out time there and hope to be back when we visit the area next.

I scored the spa 0 as we didn’t use it on this occasion but would do in future I scored the cocktails 6 as the bar was closed Tues/Weds I think it might have been as it was close to the end of the pool season. Nous avons rencontré à deux reprises le propriétaire des lieux, il était très sympathique. Le concierge Tony est très accueillant et vous donne plein d'information. D'ailleurs nous avons fait une sortie en bateau privé sur le lac de Garde : très joli bateau ... par contre le skipper = bonjour / au revoir !!! le minimum syndical !!! nous en attendions un peu plus d'une sortie "privée" en bateau ...

I would like to thank you for a superb service … the hotel staff takes care of all jobs easily and efficiently. Twice I was really impressed with the willingness of the staff , once when the general manager offered to drive us all the way to gardaland just because our train had left , and second when we saw the owner of the hotel also helping during dinner service at the restaurant . The hotel while being luxurious still has a very homely feeling and we hope that when you spread your wings , it retains the charm forever

In particular, we are thankful for the flexibiltiy exhibited when it came to accomodating my son Ignacio as a last minute additional guest. Toni was understanding and willing to find a solution. He did not rush to it but rather reverted with the adequate proposal that made it viable for us to stay with you. We were at a difficult moment having had this last minute change due to our son not feeling well to stay at the hotel were he was participating in a football competition so this quick reaction and understading was really appreciated.
