Bar and restaurant staff were exceptional. They were friendly and offered a very high level of service. The breakfast quality and choice were outstanding. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. The reception staff were friendly, polite and efficient. I was also delighted to be given a cake on my birthday- this demonstrated your excellent attention to detail as I presume you had noticed my birthday from my passport details.

My partner and I stayed at Splendido Bay between the 2nd and 6th of April to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff was welcoming, and the services were fantastic. It's a shame the pool wasn't available during these periods, but everything else in the resort was outstanding. Special thanks to the staff for surprising me with a birthday cake on the day of my actual birthday. It has moved me, and you don't know how special you made me feel. I recommend this resort to my family and friends who will be visiting Italy in the near future.

Außerdem haben wir viel dazugelernt und können von seinem Wissen profitieren. Maurizio, der Chef de Rang, ist ebenfalls lobenswert zu erwähnen. Er hat uns Tipps für ein vorzügliches Olivenöl gegeben. Er war immer sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt, wie auch alle anderen Servicekräfte beim Frühstück sowie die Zimmermädchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt.

I would like to thank both Concierge Tony & Patrick. Tony arranged with my booking agent, balloons for my daughter's birthday. He also advised in organising a small cake. He made an extra effort to say happy birthday to my daughter during breakfast on the day of her birthday. Patrick was helpful with planning a day trip for us, during Tony's absence. Both pleasant, helpful gentleman. An asset to Spendido.

I would like to thank you for a superb service … the hotel staff takes care of all jobs easily and efficiently. Twice I was really impressed with the willingness of the staff , once when the general manager offered to drive us all the way to gardaland just because our train had left , and second when we saw the owner of the hotel also helping during dinner service at the restaurant . The hotel while being luxurious still has a very homely feeling and we hope that when you spread your wings , it retains the charm forever
