We had an amazing time at Splendido Bay. Upon our departure, we were unable to secure a taxi to the Desenzano train station and the concierge was able to secure the hotel transfer shuttle for us in quick fashion. We were very pleased with the service at the resort and hope to return again someday.

We were in the hotel on the evening of 13th June 2025 for the Bentley event. The preparation for the evening was happening as we were around the pool and found it entertaining to watch. My partner and I stayed at Splendido Bay between the 2nd and 6th of April to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff was welcoming, and the services were fantastic. It's a shame the pool wasn't available during these periods, but everything else in the resort was outstanding. Special thanks to the staff for surprising me with a birthday cake on the day of my actual birthday. It has moved me, and you don't know how special you made me feel. I recommend this resort to my family and friends who will be visiting Italy in the near future.

Had inadvertently booked a double room instead of a twin. The staff were extremely helpful to accommodate changing room. The staff at breakfast and dinner were also extremely pleasant, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed out time there and hope to be back when we visit the area next.

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the BBay restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The service and food quality was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly. Our Jet2 rep Guiseppe really enhanced our stay by helping us with our days out. The spa facilities were lovely and clean and our treatments were good. The attention to detail and the service provided was excellent and unobtrusive. Members of staff were always polite and attentive to guest's needs. The whole team are very professional and courteous, you couldn’t have looked after us better. I scored the spa 0 as we didn’t use it on this occasion but would do in future I scored the cocktails 6 as the bar was closed Tues/Weds I think it might have been as it was close to the end of the pool season.
