We had an amazing time at Splendido Bay. Upon our departure, we were unable to secure a taxi to the Desenzano train station and the concierge was able to secure the hotel transfer shuttle for us in quick fashion. We were very pleased with the service at the resort and hope to return again someday.

We were in the hotel on the evening of 13th June 2025 for the Bentley event. The preparation for the evening was happening as we were around the pool and found it entertaining to watch. There was no disruption to our day and we stayed and enjoyed the evenings events. The organisation was great and all the staff worked so hard that day. It was a credit to the hotel.

When we arrived we were unfortunately without our luggage. The concierge staff were extremely helpful and considerate and arranged for us to travel to the nearest shopping centre. They then kept us fully informed as to the status of our luggage and even placed a chilled bottle of champagne in our room to make us feel better! 10/10

My partner and I stayed at Splendido Bay between the 2nd and 6th of April to celebrate my 30th birthday. The staff was welcoming, and the services were fantastic. It's a shame the pool wasn't available during these periods, but everything else in the resort was outstanding. Special thanks to the staff for surprising me with a birthday cake on the day of my actual birthday. It has moved me, and you don't know how special you made me feel. I recommend this resort to my family and friends who will be visiting Italy in the near future.

Tutto il personale è molto professionale e gentile, dalla reception e poi a seguir room service, veloce ed efficiente. La colazione è ottima, scelta è molto vasta, il bar è eccezionale, il barman fa dei coctail fantastici.
