We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the BBay restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The service and food quality was excellent and the staff attentive and friendly. Our Jet2 rep Guiseppe really enhanced our stay by helping us with our days out. The spa facilities were lovely and clean and our treatments were good. We would recommend Splendido to friends and family. Thank you all.

Er war immer sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt, wie auch alle anderen Servicekräfte beim Frühstück sowie die Zimmermädchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt.

Twice I was really impressed with the willingness of the staff , once when the general manager offered to drive us all the way to gardaland just because our train had left , and second when we saw the owner of the hotel also helping during dinner service at the restaurant . In particular, we are thankful for the flexibiltiy exhibited when it came to accomodating my son Ignacio as a last minute additional guest. Toni was understanding and willing to find a solution. He did not rush to it but rather reverted with the adequate proposal that made it viable for us to stay with you. We were at a difficult moment having had this last minute change due to our son not feeling well to stay at the hotel were he was participating in a football competition so this quick reaction and understading was really appreciated.
