At your hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality and attentiveness to every request. The staff were friendly, calm, and always willing to accommodate guests' wishes. Everything in the hotel was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We would also like to highlight the excellent opportunity to use the swimming pool 24 hours a day, which was a great advantage. As for breakfast, we would have appreciated a wider variety of vegetables, cereals (porridge), and fish. It would also be nice to have a more diverse breakfast menu that changes from day to day.

Le ragazze alla reception, alla colazione e al bar in piscina sono state davvero gentilissime. I cocktail che abbiamo preso per aperitivo erano ottimi.

Had a lovely stay, have been here before 2016/17. The hotel modernisation under the new ownership is very impressive. The room was very clean with a lovely bathroom and sea view from the balcony. Every staff member was helpful polite and smiley. Highly recommended…👍

I am filing a complaint regarding the improper behavior of the lady who worked at the poolside bar on June 21 between 2-3 PM. She gave her name as Natania, but I am not sure if she was telling the truth. The lady snatched an inflatable mattress from my son’s hands that was available for everyone at the pool— it did not have an owner— and gave it to another child. She didn’t ask my son if she could take the mattress—she just grabbed it, bringing him to tears. She also didn’t ask us, the parents, if she could take it. Her behavior is outrageous and caused my son a lot of stress and tears. The child she gave the mattress to was probably from her home country. The lady lied, saying she couldn’t speak English, and she did not apologize for her behavior. This is the first time I have experienced such rude treatment from hotel staff. She took the mattress from my child without any explanation to give it to a friend's child from her home country. I am outraged by this lady's behavior and demand an explanation from the hotel.
