I’d like to give a big shout-out to the reception team. The young lady there was so kind and accommodating; she saw how desperate I was and really saved the day 😅 She was very helpful in other situations, too. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well!

At your hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality and attentiveness to every request. The staff were friendly, calm, and always willing to accommodate guests' wishes. Everything in the hotel was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. We would also like to highlight the excellent opportunity to use the swimming pool 24 hours a day, which was a great advantage. As for breakfast, we would have appreciated a wider variety of vegetables, cereals (porridge), and fish. It would also be nice to have a more diverse breakfast menu that changes from day to day.
