Graag willen wij een speciaal woord van dank uitspreken aan het geweldige team van The Sense Experience Resort dat ons verblijf zo bijzonder heeft gemaakt. In het bijzonder bedanken we Giulia en Stefano van het restaurant voor hun attente en vriendelijke service, en Lisa van de receptie voor haar warme ontvangst en hulpvaardigheid. Ook veel dank aan de barman uit Napels voor zijn heerlijke cocktails en gastvrijheid, evenals de restaurantmanager en de twee heren met brillen in het restaurant, die altijd met een glimlach klaarstonden. En niet te vergeten Silvia – ook zij deed haar werk met veel toewijding en zorg. Daarnaast willen we benadrukken dat al het andere personeel ook super gastvrij was. Dankzij jullie inzet en vriendelijkheid kijken we terug op een onvergetelijke vakantie!

We checked in on 18th April around 10 pm. Starting from the reception to the restaurant - everyone in that shift was amazingly helpful. It was an exceptional experience. For example, taking our luggage to the room while check-in taking place, and getting our dinner table booked (we left our home in London at 1 pm, and kids were so hungry) beyond there standard timing, plus keep the stuff in restaurants available to give us good. Food was amazing. Special thank you to the the person who servered (don't remember his name, Sorry), but he stayed back beyond his shift timing to serve us. We wholeheartedly thank you the entire team involved, company ethos on the customer service. We do travel a lot around the world, but this was an amazing family experience. So huge thank you to everyone involved in this process!

Vi giro la recensione fatta su Google 5/5 Posto molto bello, tenuto e manutenuto in maniera esemplare, la spiaggia di pertinenza è un plus non indifferente, con ombrelloni e lettini assegnati, senza la consueta corsa al posto all’alba come accade nella maggior parte delle strutture con 300 stanze ed un fazzoletto di spiaggia.i sassolini originari sono stati coperti con una morbidissima sabbia, che aumenta notevolmente il confort.Il direttore molto efficiente ed assolutamente del mestiere ha risolto una mia perplessità, garantendomi un soggiorno di assoluto relax Viaggio molto, prevalentemente in resort, ed i direttori sono come entità astratte, in poche parole non ti calcolano, lui ogni giorno sul pezzo a coordinare una squadra, molto molto giovane. colazione varia e di ottima qualità, si vede la presenza di un pasticcere e di una solida cucina alle spalle.Il personale alla reception sempre cortese, l’attenzione al cliente è evidentemente alta, relativamente alle critiche del personale lato ristorazione in sala, se si familiarizza un attimo con il concetto che lo stesso, in questo preciso momento storico non si trova più, si può avere una chiave di lettura diversa, seppur non tutti esperti, quantomeno la struttura ne ha impiegati in quantità, di sicuro non si attende per ordinare la caffetteria .valutazione complessiva ottima, di sicuro ci tornerò. Bonjour, Tout d'abord merci pour l'accueil malgré le "loupé" de l'arrivée relatif à la chambre. Une équipe d'accueil et un responsable du site à l'écoute, sans faille, et ayant fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme à notre égard. Une équipe, à la restauration, très à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Un Fédérico, au petit déjeuner, vraiment très pro et toujours souriant et disponible! Nous voyageons 3 fois par année et souvent dans des hôtels I Prefer. Vous vous démarquez par la propreté et diligence de votre équipe d’entretien des chambres (femmes de chambres). Nettoyage et service client impeccable. De plus, nous avons eu une assistance pour prévoir une excursion et la personne à la réception a été d’une très grande gentillesse. Finalement, nous avons apprécié que les places à la plage étaient assignées… cela nous garantissait d’avoir des chaises. Félicitations!

My daughter was sick when we arrived. Right away the reception ask if they could help me and wanted to do everything they could to help! When we needed a doctor, they called one for us. The the nicest thing, someone came with icecream with a wafel and a beautiful get well note for my daughter. She loved it so much!! Our family was a big user of your bicycle and tennis offering. All were in good shape and available when we needed them. We had our dog with us and he particularly liked relaxing in the "relax in nature" pine forest with a calm and cooling wind while we laid reading in the hammocks ;-) We have stayed at the Sense 3 time with various friends. The resort remains the intimate and the right balance of luxury, exclusivity and quality for us. Thank you to Massimo for providing us the insights in to new Tuscan wine regions that we did not know. We not only enjoyed the wine recommended we visited the towns and wineries too as per his suggestion. Excellent experiences. Also thanks to Annalisa to took care of us at dinner for the entire week and the rest of the staff at breakfast and dinner. Final thanks to the cleaning staff who remained flexible to us and accommodated cleaning around our need to keep our dog in the room

L'atmosfera di relax, tranquillità e riservatezza che caratterizza la vostra struttura ha risposto pienamente alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina del ristorante Dimorà dove abbiamo cenato più volte con servizio alla carta; il vostro personale è sempre riuscito ad accontentarci nella prenotazione del tavolo da noi richiesto, in particolare l'ultima sera non potendo soddisfarci ce ne ha riservato uno in posizione migliore (abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia). Di nostro gradimento anche lo stile raffinato dell'intrattenimento musicale con musica dal vivo di qualità. Abbiamo trovato interessante la libera fruizione delle attrezzature per gli sport acquatici che ci ha incuriositi verso esperienze che non avevamo (per pigrizia) mai provato pur vivendo sul Lago di Garda dove vengono ampiamente praticati. Una particolare lode alla tempistica di rassetto della camera che veniva svolto mentre facevamo colazione. Infine un complimento al lavoro di tutto il suo staff.

A special mention goes to Illaria, Martina, and all the ladies there. They went above and beyond to help us, particularly when we had difficulty getting to the hotel on the day we arrived due to a train strike. Illaria was incredibly helpful, assisting us in navigating all our options to ensure we arrived safely. Martina was fantastic, helping us with wine tours and recommending places to eat. We can't remember all their names, but every staff member we encountered was exceptional. The concierge team, who helped with our luggage and other needs, were wonderful, and the housekeeping team was excellent, ensuring our room was always spotless and comfortable. Non da ultimo, ho apprezzato molto l'aver voluto cercare una soluzione per il piccolo inghippo capitato in sede di check-out legato alla fatturazione di una bottiglia.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman whose name was Daniele. He also provided us a dinner recommendation and made a reservation for us (which was terrific). The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. Daniele was that extra step of above and beyond expectations.

Grundsätzlich eine tolle Anlage im schönsten Bereich, direkt am Strand unter den Pinien! Leider lassen scheinbare Sparmaßnahmen den Aufenthalt nicht so angenehm erscheinen.
