Un grand merci à l’ensemble de vos équipes, au contact de la clientèle, ce qui inclut le personnel de l’ombre (personnel de cuisine, de maintenance, d’entretien…) très impliqué dans la satisfaction du client, afin qu’il garde le meilleur souvenir, possible de son séjour. Par exemple, les bonjours spontanés adressés par le personnel le sont avec spontanéité et sincérité, ce qui n’est pas commun dans bon nombre de resorts. Un merci particulier à Federico pour la transmission de sa passion et sa réelle empathie.

Danke an das nette Personal beim Frühstück. Es waren alle überaus nett, fleißig und sehr bemüht. Außer ein Mann mit schwarzen Locken. Er war leicht genervt und hatte scheinbar keine richtige Aufgabe. Ansonsten haben sie tolles Personal. So etwas ist wirklich selten.

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von dem professionellen und überaus freundlichen Personal. Es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und man hatte nie das Gefühl, dass etwas zu viel war. Die Offenheit, (wir wurde von allen Mitarbeitern - vom Empfang über Gärtner, Zimmerreinigung, Restaurantpersonal und Strandpersonal - stets freundlich und mit einem Lächeln begrüßt) die Hilfsbereitschaft der rundum tolle Service hat uns begeistert und unseren Urlaub zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. To the waiting staff in the main restaurant. The lady who greeted us and found us a table was always so lovely, and all of the waiters especially Jacopo. The omelette lady made the best omelettes i have ever had, and I have them all over the world. The concierge was excellent and helped us with a trip to a beach and tennis with kind enthusiasm. And a wonderful lady who ran and found us tweezers because my husband had a tic in his skin. Even the gentleman greeting us at the door were lovely. Truly exceptional staff. All of the staff we encountered were so kind, friendly, helpful and professional. David’s was lovely to us on our arrival in serving us cocktails. Sultan was our sommelier and he was outstanding. We didn’t catch the names of the female staff (Claudia, Anya?, Ilaria, the lady who checked us in) - they were all outstanding. Stelvin was another staff member who was so kind and professional. We loved them all. This has been the best resort we have ever stayed in by far. The staff were a big reason for that. They made us feel special.

Wir wurden durch viele nette Leute bedient und egal ob das das Putzpersonal für die Reinigung der Zimmer oder auch beim Restaurant oder Bar ist, alle waren sehr hilfsbereit, nett und höflich. All staff were helpful, efficient and kind, and obviously very well trained, it reminded us of the standard of service at Claridges in London 😊 the restaurant was very good but expensive in the evening, it would be good if the lunchtime menu was available until 9.00pm, so guests could stay at the hotel instead of having to look elsewhere for variation. One further observation, it is a wonderful idea to allocate sunbeds on the beach for the duration of guests stays. One of our granddaughters was stung by a jellyfish and the two beach guys in the red shirts were fantastic dealing with the sting.😊

Il primo ringraziamento per la sua affabilità e cortesia al direttore Francesco Ficcanterri, sempre molto presente in struttura. Per quanto riguarda il personale alcune figure si distinguono: complimenti per la loro cortesia e la loro naturale eleganza ai due giovani addetti al ricevimento/assegnazione dei tavoli al Dimorà (la ragazza mi pare si chiami Corinna e il ragazzo di origini orientali di cui ora non ricordo il nome, mi perdonerà), un elogio in generale ai maître di sala e agli chef de rang per la loro professionalità che a volte deve supplire l'inesperienza dei più giovani componenti della brigata, infine per quanto riguarda la sala colazioni ringraziamo l'efficienza della sig.ra Ines. Un encomio agli chef, tutti i piatti gustati ci hanno lasciato un buon ricordo. Rispetto al soggiorno dello scorso anno l'assegnazione della camera (pur della stessa categoria) ci ha soddisfatti maggiormente, abbiamo preferito soggiornare nella palazzina Charme (a piano terra con patio privato e con ingresso autonomo dal parco che garantisce maggior riservatezza) rispetto al precedente soggiorno nella palazzina Emotion.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Hotel und es wurde jedes Mal noch besser und wir geben gerne diese hervorragende Bewertung. Das ganze Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent- besonders Ines und Claudia beim Frühstück und Service im Garten und das Zimmermädchen Elisabeth. Eine Anregung wäre - wie es bei uns in Österreich oft in guten Hotels der Fall ist - den Gästen zum Abschied und zur Erinnerung ein Geschenk zu geben wie beispielsweise ein kleines Fläschchen vom hauseigenen Olivenöl vom Nonno. Besonders für Stammgäste wie wir es sind und die das Hotel auch Freunden empfohlen haben, die im August und September kommen Norz und Cerezo/Mark ein kleines Geschenk als Dank und Anerkennung zu geben. Auch hier wäre eine Flasche vom exzellenten Olivenöl etwas, worüber wir uns sehr freuen würden. Liebe Grüße auch an Herrn Generalmanager Francesco, dessen Präsenz und persönliche Begrüßung wir sehr geschätzt haben. Margit und Thomas Bock
