Un sincero complimento in generale a tutto lo staff della ristorazione; Si percepisce un lavoro di selezione coordinamento e soprattutto formazione delle risorse. Un particolare ringraziamento al personale di eatè (Alex e Pinky) per l’impeccabile servizio (ci hanno saputo guidare ma mai forzare nel percorso, riuscendo ad interpretare le nostre preferenze) ed una speciale menzione a Pastry Chef Lucio Forini (nei dessert proposti ha avuto la capacità di osare con proposte sensoriali che hanno toccato gusto, vista, olfatto fino ad evocare ricordi di sapori di infanzia. Un viaggio non solo nel gusto ma nel tempo e anche nello spazio quando utilizza il piatto come tavolozza su cui disporre con armonica leggerezza tutti gli ingredienti. Lucio esprime in pieno il concept del the Sense. Grande professionalità). Nel complesso vacanza appagante in linea con le aspettative.

Davvero tutti, senza alcuna eccezione: il personale delle pulizie, sempre impeccabile, preciso e incredibilmente premuroso; tutti i camerieri del ristorante, del bar e della spiaggia, sempre sorridenti, attenti e cordiali; il personale della reception, i giardinieri e chiunque abbiamo incontrato durante il soggiorno. Ovunque ci siamo sentiti accolti con un sorriso e una sincera disponibilità. Vorremmo citare almeno alcune delle persone che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere un po' meglio: Federico, Ginevra, Jacopo, Soltan e la signora delle pulizie (purtroppo non ricordiamo il suo nome), che è stata davvero eccezionale per la sua gentilezza, precisione e cura. Ci dispiace non ricordare tutti i nomi, perché ognuno di loro meriterebbe di essere menzionato. È raro trovare un team così affiatato, professionale e, soprattutto, così genuinamente gentile. Tutti i vostri collaboratori sono semplicemente eccezionali e rappresentano uno dei punti di forza più belli della vostra struttura. Grazie di cuore a ciascuno di loro per averci fatto sentire come a casa.

Martina e Sara sono state gentilissime e disponibili. Anche Simone è stato molto bravo ed efficiente. In ogni caso tutti...tutti bravi e professionali. Discreti e non invadenti, qualità che noi apprezziamo molto in vacanza. Abbiamo conosciuto 5 minuti a cena la direttrice la quale, attentissima e carina ci ha fatto trovare un bellissimo mazzo di fiori in camera dopo che le avevamo accennato che il 23 c.m. era stato il nostro decimo anniversario di matrimonio. È stata una piacevole sorpresa, così come tutta la splendida festa del 23 sera che sembrava fatta per noi anche se era il sesto compleanno del Resort. Complimenti tutto perfetto, i musicisti, gli artisti, le attrazioni, i fuochi finali...meravigliosi! L'unico neo, se proprio proprio ma proprio... devo dire qualcosa, la Vs. torta era bellissima...ma non ce ne avete offerto neanche un pezzettino...molti bambini la volevano visto che hanno atteso il taglio fin dopo le 23. Ho apprezzato molto la Vs. struttura, moderna, mnimal, compatta e poi a misura di ospite. Tutto era comodo e veloce da raggiungere...come piace a noi. Tutto curato e pulito e la prossima volta porterei anche il mio barboncino toy...la pineta è un ottimo spazio per fare dei giretti all'ombra. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la piscina, in alternativa alla spiaggia quando c'era vento forte. Il bagnino puliva in continuazione gli aghi delle piante e il ragazzo al bar è stato molto carino quando gli abbiamo chiesto se potevamo pranzare li sui tavoli. Grazie di tutto, è stata una bella esperienza che consiglierei ai miei migliori amici. A presto. Laura

Ho trovato che tutto lo staff fosse eccellente, ma non possono non sottolineare come due persone in particolare si siano distinte. Corinna per l’accoglienza iniziale e la cortesia e supporto attraverso tutto il soggiorno. Sorriso genuino, ci ha fatto sentire di essere un po’ il nostro riferimento tutto il tempo. Un grand merci à l’ensemble de vos équipes, au contact de la clientèle, ce qui inclut le personnel de l’ombre (personnel de cuisine, de maintenance, d’entretien…) très impliqué dans la satisfaction du client, afin qu’il garde le meilleur souvenir, possible de son séjour. Par exemple, les bonjours spontanés adressés par le personnel le sont avec spontanéité et sincérité, ce qui n’est pas commun dans bon nombre de resorts. Un merci particulier à Federico pour la transmission de sa passion et sa réelle empathie.

To the waiting staff in the main restaurant. The lady who greeted us and found us a table was always so lovely, and all of the waiters especially Jacopo. The omelette lady made the best omelettes i have ever had, and I have them all over the world. The concierge was excellent and helped us with a trip to a beach and tennis with kind enthusiasm. And a wonderful lady who ran and found us tweezers because my husband had a tic in his skin. Even the gentleman greeting us at the door were lovely. Truly exceptional staff. All of the staff we encountered were so kind, friendly, helpful and professional. David’s was lovely to us on our arrival in serving us cocktails. Sultan was our sommelier and he was outstanding. We didn’t catch the names of the female staff (Claudia, Anya?, Ilaria, the lady who checked us in) - they were all outstanding. Stelvin was another staff member who was so kind and professional. We loved them all. This has been the best resort we have ever stayed in by far. The staff were a big reason for that. They made us feel special.

So many helpful staff at the front desk - to give us suggestions , to help us book things, to make life so much simpler and for having impeccable english so often! So appreciated all of them ! Also had lovely breakfast staff - in particular , cant remember her name, but she was out working the closest section to the beach both morning and she was so helpful to us, explaining the different terminology for italian coffees, etc....loved her!!

Vielen lieben Dank an alle Mitarbeiter/innen. Sie haben alle für ein unvergessliches Erlebnis beigetragen. Die kleinen täglichen Aufmerksamkeiten und der schöne Blumenstrauss auf dem Zimmer haben uns begeistert. Der Zimmerservice war perfekt. Insbesondere bedanken wir uns bei Igor, Clarissa und Valentyn für ihr persönliches Engagement. Die Küche hat täglich überrascht mit super Menuevorschlägen. Die Menues hatten eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die ganze Hotelanlage gefällt uns immer wieder. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder zum vierten Mal.

Federico from Massa Marittima was friendly, accommodating and made the experience really enjoyable in the restaurant. Stefanno was also fantastic and was so accommodating too making us feel relaxed and enjoy our stay. The house cleaning staff were also great and so very friendly. The Red Rabbit staff, the breakfast staff and the reception staff were also really friendly making our whole stay a great experience.

All staff were helpful, efficient and kind, and obviously very well trained, it reminded us of the standard of service at Claridges in London 😊 the restaurant was very good but expensive in the evening, it would be good if the lunchtime menu was available until 9.00pm, so guests could stay at the hotel instead of having to look elsewhere for variation. One further observation, it is a wonderful idea to allocate sunbeds on the beach for the duration of guests stays. One of our granddaughters was stung by a jellyfish and the two beach guys in the red shirts were fantastic dealing with the sting.😊

Thanks to Pinky for excellent customer service and care during our meal at Eate. She noticed that we were dealing with insect bites and proactively offered us after bite creams. Thanks to Frederico in Demora for excellent customer service - always prompt, cheerful and reliable. And thanks to the young male lifeguard who manned the beach desk most days we were there. He was always very helpful and courteous, and proactive. Thanks to the greeting team on duty at dinner times at the three restaurants - they always came over when we arrived to ensure we had a table to sit at and were made to feel very welcome.
