Amazing staff, young guy with curly hair (didn't get his name) was so kind and courteous, Frank was also very nice and when checking out a gentlemen with a beard was also extremely friendly. So friendly and happy to answer any questions really made our trip easy and unforgettable.

Non penso che torneremo, ma per il semplice fatto che nella zona di Milano non andiamo mai! Ringrazio però il signore che, alle due di notte, è sceso ad aprirci e a darci le chiavi della stanza, sicuramente avremmo voluto arrivare prima ma non trovavamo mezzi pubblici. Il fatto che ci sia qualcuno disponibile 24 ore su 24 è prezioso, quindi grazie!
