This hotel has got to be one of best in Italy in terms of service that I have experienced including my stay at the higher ends. Giuseppe was amazing from the time I rang to tell him about my migraines for the room because if I do get a migraine episode I can lose my vision, feel dizzy and wouldn’t make for great holiday. He was so helpful, kind and amazing and gentle. He helped us book restaurants and it’s not just us I saw him patiently help another guest and he wrote everything down for her. There was another gentleman at reception he too was great and kind and made the best Hugo’s. The breakfast staff were smiling. Trust me I have been living in Italy this is rare. What I think you have created is a “culture” of genuine service. I hope you treat all your staff well and give them a big bonus. They are an asset. People come for holidays for many reason and staff on how they treat you can make or break your holiday. I will definitely be returning.

I would like to emphasise the friendly and courteous way in which guests are treated, whether at reception or in the breakfast room. Furthermore, the quality of the mattresses is very good, as is the cleanliness of the rooms. Finally, the location of the hotel, practically on the beach, is ideal.

We stayed 8 nights at Lamorosa, everything was perfect. Extremely clean, nice staff, excellent breakfast. We didn't use their parking space, we parked on the street, no problems. Guiseppe and Carlo were very helpful and courteous. Excellent English.

Très bon séjour. Personnel disponible et très agréable. Chambre très propre et jolie. Ce que j ai préféré c est le petit déjeuner qui est vairié avec beaucoup de proposition. Le personnel dynamique réapprovisionne sans cesse les produits. Merci pour les conseils profigués en français. Je recommanderai cet endroit.
