Ho avuto bisogno di richiedere un check-out posticipato e ho avuto gentilezza e disponibilità, ho apprezzato tantissimo anche il parcheggio di fianco alla struttura. Sono stata ospite per lavoro ma spero di tornare in compagnia, magari pe un we di relax. This hotel has got to be one of best in Italy in terms of service that I have experienced including my stay at the higher ends. Giuseppe was amazing from the time I rang to tell him about my migraines for the room because if I do get a migraine episode I can lose my vision, feel dizzy and wouldn’t make for great holiday. He was so helpful, kind and amazing and gentle. He helped us book restaurants and it’s not just us I saw him patiently help another guest and he wrote everything down for her. There was another gentleman at reception he too was great and kind and made the best Hugo’s. The breakfast staff were smiling. Trust me I have been living in Italy this is rare. What I think you have created is a “culture” of genuine service. I hope you treat all your staff well and give them a big bonus. They are an asset. People come for holidays for many reason and staff on how they treat you can make or break your holiday. I will definitely be returning.

977 / 5.000 Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Lamorosa di Rimini diverse volte e ogni volta ci siamo sentiti un po' come a casa. Ancora una volta, siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. La qualità è costantemente alta: le camere sono ben tenute, pulite e confortevoli, il cibo è delizioso e vario e si percepisce la grande attenzione ai dettagli. Vorremmo in particolare sottolineare il personale, il più caloroso e accogliente che si possa desiderare. Ogni singolo membro del personale è attento, disponibile e ti fa sentire il benvenuto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno in famiglia con due bambini più grandi, che si trattasse di una colazione tranquilla, di relax in spiaggia o di una passeggiata serale. La posizione è ideale e l'atmosfera dell'hotel è semplicemente familiare e calorosa. Grazie di cuore a tutto il team per questi giorni meravigliosi! Non vediamo l'ora di essere di nuovo vostri ospiti.
