Barbara was exceptional in helping us before and during our stay. She arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and our taxi to the airport along with porter service. The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. I don't know the names of the people working in the restaurant but they were very helpful in getting us coffee and pastries while we waited for our room and the porter! Will come back and stay longer next time!

We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.

We had been traveling for almost 24 hours from the USA and then Rome by plane, train and then walking with our bags from the train station and were exhausted. Excellent consideration towards sustainability, generous welcoming drinks and chiccetti in the lounge. Very good breakfast selections. Really enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend and if possible stay again sometime soon.

From booking the room, to check in, to the quality of the room, the assistance from the hotel personnel, to the check out, everything was wonderful. Hotel is located in a great spot, quiet but close enough to nightlife if you do chose to do that. Seriously, every single person with whom we interacted were absolutely zoned into our comfort. We would recommend this hotel absolutely.

Everyone was incredibly accommodating and so nice. We had wedding cake that didn't fit in our in-room refrigerator and the front desk gladly kept it in their fridge for us. They also put my wedding bouquet in a vase during daily cleaning services.
