Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Moresco. Although I stayed for only two nights, I was very impressed by the level of service and attention from the staff. I urgently needed to have some clothes washed during my short stay, and the front desk arranged everything for me. The laundry service was excellent. Everything came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and beautifully presented. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently this was handled. I would especially like to thank the front desk team for all their help. They also arranged a porter for me when I was leaving the hotel for Venezia Santa Lucia station, which made my departure so much easier and more comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the service from the breakfast staff was excellent. Everyone was attentive, professional, and welcoming. Thank you very much to the entire Hotel Moresco team for taking such good care of me and making my stay in Venice so pleasant. I truly appreciate everything you did.

On arrival at Marco Polo airport, we realized that none of our luggage had made the connection in Schiphol. Your staff was very good about accommodating our immediate needs and also in assisting in the retrieval of our luggage. Additionally, they made all the arrangements for our transfer to Fusina port, both porter assistance and ground transportation. All our contacts with your staff were both professional and gracious.

Though I was nervous about my first trip to Italy, it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We arrived early in the morning, intending only to drop off our luggage. However, you provided a welcome drink service and even prepared our room promptly, allowing us to change clothes and settle in. Thank you so much.
