Though I was nervous about my first trip to Italy, it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We arrived early in the morning, intending only to drop off our luggage. However, you provided a welcome drink service and even prepared our room promptly, allowing us to change clothes and settle in. Thank you so much. All the linens were spotless, and the staff service was excellent. Having free drinking water was also appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast this time, so I look forward to savoring it on my next visit.

Barbara was exceptional in helping us before and during our stay. She arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and our taxi to the airport along with porter service. The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. I don't know the names of the people working in the restaurant but they were very helpful in getting us coffee and pastries while we waited for our room and the porter! Will come back and stay longer next time!

We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.
