Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Moresco. Although I stayed for only two nights, I was very impressed by the level of service and attention from the staff. I urgently needed to have some clothes washed during my short stay, and the front desk arranged everything for me. The laundry service was excellent. Everything came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and beautifully presented. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently this was handled. I would especially like to thank the front desk team for all their help. They also arranged a porter for me when I was leaving the hotel for Venezia Santa Lucia station, which made my departure so much easier and more comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the service from the breakfast staff was excellent. Everyone was attentive, professional, and welcoming. Thank you very much to the entire Hotel Moresco team for taking such good care of me and making my stay in Venice so pleasant. I truly appreciate everything you did.

Excellent geführtes Hotel!

2026-01-06

However, you provided a welcome drink service and even prepared our room promptly, allowing us to change clothes and settle in. Thank you so much. All the linens were spotless, and the staff service was excellent. Having free drinking water was also appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast this time, so I look forward to savoring it on my next visit.
