We had a fantastic stay! Everything was beyond our expectations. Walkable from the train station, felt like a quieter part of town, gorgeous decor, awesome breakfast. Staff was attentive and helpful every time we talked to them. The “welcome drink” was fun and a host walked us to the room to show us around. Really, the whole experience was perfect.

Though I was nervous about my first trip to Italy, it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We arrived early in the morning, intending only to drop off our luggage. Barbara was exceptional in helping us before and during our stay. She arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and our taxi to the airport along with porter service. The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. I don't know the names of the people working in the restaurant but they were very helpful in getting us coffee and pastries while we waited for our room and the porter! Will come back and stay longer next time!
