Though I was nervous about my first trip to Italy, it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We arrived early in the morning, intending only to drop off our luggage. However, you provided a welcome drink service and even prepared our room promptly, allowing us to change clothes and settle in. Thank you so much. The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. The man who checked us in and worked at the front desk our first and second evening was incredibly helpful and service oriented, and then there was a man who did breakfast two of the days, tall and slender, who was also fantastic!!

We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.
