Appreciated the water filling station and the bottle to bring back to the room. Breakfast was beautiful, with great service and so many delicious options. The food was beautifully presented and constantly replenished to appear fresh and visually appealing. Decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast room and our room was appreciated. Room and bath were lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Staff is outstanding - so friendly and helpful, with great attention to detail. Enza (I think that is her name...at the front desk) and Vladimir were particularly helpful to us and we interfaced with them a lot. My brother is coming with a group of four in the autumn and I have recommended Hotel Moresco to him. We would love to visit Venice again and stay with you!

They placed her half dozen stuffed animals on the bed with care and consideration. We had an unfortunate experience due to a miscommunication amongst our travel agency and the agency responsible for our transportation upon departure. They showed up to take us by water taxi to the airport at 8:15am, while we were expecting them at 9:15am. The hotel staff tried knocking on our door and calling our room, but we had the “do not disturb” button pushed. We think the phone was silenced by that feature. My husband didn’t think the gentle knocking he heard was on our door. We were certainly not ready to leave an hour early despite their efforts to communicate with us. I was in the shower and didn’t even hear the knocking. When we got downstairs for checkout, the two women at the front desk told us what happened, and got to work offering solutions to our problem. The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful, both the women at front desk, and the two lovely waiters who served breakfast each morning. They all seemed genuinely concerned for our well-being as we were feeling very stressed to find out we missed our transport because they came an hour early. They ended up getting us the water taxi we needed by placing phone calls to the service we were expecting at 9:15 am. The waiters offered us a comfortable place to sit, coffee to go, watched out for our water taxi, carried our luggage in the rain, and held umbrellas above us as we got onto our water taxi. They all went above and beyond to ensure our safe departure. The attention to detail at this hotel was amazing, and the quality of staff was outstanding! I want them all to know how much we appreciate their hospitality. We are Abby and Dave DeLuca, we stayed in room 207, and left on Thursday morning, March 28.

We'd like to thank especially the check in staff (helpful and amiable) and the concierge: when we mentioned that we had to take an early morning bus (5am) he helped us figure out the best way to get to the airport. He took charge of the situation and handled the details (booking a taxi, handling the check out). At 5am, the taxi driver walked us from the hotel and the staff handed us a breakfast to-go bag. The staff was amazing. We felt very welcomed. The welcome drink was so nice. The food selection at the evening was so good. It was definitely better the first night we were there. On the second night the food was not quite as good and ran out very quickly. Drink service was great. We really enjoyed the bar and the outside area in the tent. The front desk was so helpful with travel arrangements and with dinner suggestions and really any question we had. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Loved the hotel and our stay there...Did lots of the "little things" right, such as a nice welcoming drink upon arrival. Very often anyone coming there for a stay has endured quite a process the day of traveling to get there, and to be offered a nice alcoholic (or n/a drink if preferred) upon arrival is a nice touch. We loved our 3rd floor hotel 'apartment', very cool space and most importantly, a great shower w/ nice water pressure...I'm all for being smart w/ water management but a good shower is of paramount importance and not the place to skimp. Front desk staff were great, very helpful w/ insights, suggestions, etc...and getting us water taxi to hotel front. Prices of water taxis are pretty ridiculous, if could work on that, that would be something...All in all a great stay, would definitely recommend & would definitely return...Ciao & mille grazie xxx Steven Pascale

I have to say this was one of the best places we stayed in Italy. Wonderful facility as well as the entire staff was just fabulous! We got the room we requested and it was beyond beautiful. The breakfast and cicchetti/drinks in the evening were wonderful. We felt very special every time we walked through the doors of the hotel. Fantastic location, close to the Train/Bus & vaporetto stations. This stay was the last of our trip across Italy and it was a great way to end it. If we every venture back, we will definitely return to the Hotel Moresco as well as recommend to everyone we know. Thank you again for a memorable 15 Year Anniversary stay!
