The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. Reception staff were exceptional. We were made so welcome on arrival by the receptionist. We were given excellent help and advice by Enza too and the gentleman serving breakfast was charming and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean.

We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.
