È già passata una settimana da quando la vita è ripresa con il suo ritmo, e ripensare a quel soggiorno ci riempie di felicità… Siete riusciti a trasformare il nostro viaggio nell’immersione che avevamo immaginato. L’anima di Venezia si è installata nel vostro hotel, che ne è la rappresentazione più autentica: tutto era perfetto – il fascino del luogo, i suoi profumi, le sue texture, le luci soffuse e colorate, la qualità della selezione dei prodotti offerti a colazione, l’esperienza su misura e il servizio impeccabile. Un’ovazione particolare a Michele, che ha dedicato parte del suo prezioso tempo a raccontarci con grande rispetto il desiderio della direzione di offrire un’esperienza unica in una Venezia splendida e senza tempo, e per i suoi preziosi consigli sulle visite nei dintorni. Un grazie di cuore anche al caloroso staff della reception. Grazie ancora per la bottiglia di prosecco che ci avete offerto all’arrivo e per la particolare attenzione che avete avuto nel rendere il mio compleanno un momento indimenticabile e meraviglioso, vissuto con mia madre durante questo prezioso soggiorno madre-figlia.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, from the Reception staff to the those in the breakfast room. The service was first-class and contributed to a wonderful holiday.
