I really loved your hotel. It was my favourite of my two-week stay in Italy. The small touches, like the welcome drink, the fan provided, the coffee in the room, the water station, all made it delightful. Personnel hyper à l'écoute, qui donne de très bons renseignements à la clientèle. L'hôtel est très propre, magnifiquement entretenu par l'équipe d'entretien. Nous avons pris 3 chambres, elles sont toutes spacieuses, bien décorées, de plus, chacune d'entre elle avait sa particularité, l'offre de la bouteille de prosecco dans la chambre était un plus. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans votre établissement.

Though I was nervous about my first trip to Italy, it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We arrived early in the morning, intending only to drop off our luggage. However, you provided a welcome drink service and even prepared our room promptly, allowing us to change clothes and settle in. Thank you so much. All the linens were spotless, and the staff service was excellent. Having free drinking water was also appreciated. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast this time, so I look forward to savoring it on my next visit.

Barbara was exceptional in helping us before and during our stay. She arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and our taxi to the airport along with porter service. The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. I don't know the names of the people working in the restaurant but they were very helpful in getting us coffee and pastries while we waited for our room and the porter! Will come back and stay longer next time!
