We had a fantastic stay! Everything was beyond our expectations. Walkable from the train station, felt like a quieter part of town, gorgeous decor, awesome breakfast. Staff was attentive and helpful every time we talked to them. The “welcome drink” was fun and a host walked us to the room to show us around. Really, the whole experience was perfect.

Barbara was exceptional in helping us before and during our stay. She arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and our taxi to the airport along with porter service. The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable.
