We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.

We really appreciated the hospitality, professionalism and the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We had been traveling for almost 24 hours from the USA and then Rome by plane, train and then walking with our bags from the train station and were exhausted. It was a relief to have the bags brought to our room and be offered a refreshing drink upon checking in, and then being escorted to our room and shown around.

Enza on reception was so wonderful to me and my husband when he was unwell, due to food poisoning. She made some tea for him and also offered to contact me via WhatsApp when I went out for a walk whilst he was sleeping in our room. She is a lovely lady who was so helpful and kind. Also, Vladimir who checked us in on the day of our arrival deserves a special mention, as he was so welcoming and genuinely friendly.

What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect balance of elegance and warmth. Garden and common areas beautiful and welcoming. Enjoyed the aperitivo time before dinner. Appreciated the water filling station and the bottle to bring back to the room. Breakfast was beautiful, with great service and so many delicious options. The food was beautifully presented and constantly replenished to appear fresh and visually appealing. Decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast room and our room was appreciated. Room and bath were lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. Staff is outstanding - so friendly and helpful, with great attention to detail. Enza (I think that is her name...at the front desk) and Vladimir were particularly helpful to us and we interfaced with them a lot. My brother is coming with a group of four in the autumn and I have recommended Hotel Moresco to him. We would love to visit Venice again and stay with you!

They placed her half dozen stuffed animals on the bed with care and consideration. Our initial greeting, especially the drinks and pastries , was so welcoming and set the standard for the remainder of our stay. I was very happy with the help I received from management and the care they took everyday to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I also thought the maids that took care of our rooms did a wonderful job. They even left tea sized cups for me as they noticed I had asked for a hot water pot in addition to our coffee maker. Many warm thanks to all the management team but especially the ones we got to know better: bar tender when we arrived was so nice, Andrea was super, as was bar tender Mabobmo (spelling?), and we very much appreciated Enzo, Barbara (online help). Everyone was so very, very nice! We will be back!
