We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.

Everyone was incredibly accommodating and so nice. We had wedding cake that didn't fit in our in-room refrigerator and the front desk gladly kept it in their fridge for us. They also put my wedding bouquet in a vase during daily cleaning services.

Amazing - the stay exceeded all our expectations! The eggs made to order in the morning was an unexpected and wonderful touch. The location on the canal was perfect - away from the touristy spots but close enough to walk to them. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.
