We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.

We had been traveling for almost 24 hours from the USA and then Rome by plane, train and then walking with our bags from the train station and were exhausted. We arrived late in the day after a long day of travel and the front office reception was so nice. The welcoming drink and snacks were the very best after a long afternoon on the train. The breakfast was delicious. The service was always gracious and thoughtful.

Every single thing about our stay was magnificent. We had lots of changes in the reservations -- we were all over the place! And the folks at the front desk remained patient and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk arranged for a water taxi to take us to the airport as well as a great dinner and gelato suggestion. We loved every single thing about our stay.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They took the time to map out our day of sightseeing including writing down the water bus numbers, directions, where to eat as well as marking everything on a map. They set up our transportation to the airport and confirmed it. They were welcoming and warm and everything you would want out of a staff!
