The porter was late and she let him know it!! The hospitality was remarkable. We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Having happy hour saved us the stress of needing to find a spot everyday and gave us some time to relax comfortably to recharge.

We really appreciated the hospitality, professionalism and the warm welcome we received upon arrival. We had been traveling for almost 24 hours from the USA and then Rome by plane, train and then walking with our bags from the train station and were exhausted.
