Though I was nervous about my first trip to Italy, it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. We arrived early in the morning, intending only to drop off our luggage. We had an incredible time in Venice and this hotel was a big part of that experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and helpful anytime we passed the front desk. The location was perfect, because it was far enough away from the grand canal that it was quiet, but on a busy enough corner to feel safe and part of the Venezian culture. Fue un verdadero gusto hospedarnos en su hotel, la acogida y el recibimiento fueron espectaculares y el detalle de traerme una tartaleta con una vela por mi cumpleaños me encantó. Los empleados de la recepción y los camareros fueron muy amables y atentos.
