All that worked the desk and breakfast were very kind, professional and accommodating. Lorenzo in particular was very helpful, helping me book a water taxi, and with laundry service. He showed impressive awareness and hospitality by suggesting I settle my check out the night before my early departure. The front desk was also very helpful printing my ticket for a tour also. Delicious delicious breakfast with a great offering. I looked forward to it every day!

I was amazed by the professionalism of the entire staff. My needs were addressed at any time day or night. I was thoroughly impressed by the alcohol and especially the cigar collection of the hotels bar. This is an end of day ritual I enjoy and the selection of both were EXCELLENT and very reasonable prices. I was especially impressed by Lorenzo and Enrique. Both had an amazing ability to stay focused on their duties and still find time to be informative and personal. Lorenzo had very authentic suggestions that saved us time and money and improved our vacation experience. Enrique was extremely helpful to me personally and I was struggling with jet lag. He completed his duties and arranged for me to have American style coffee at a very early hour. After he was off duty we spent some time talking about Venice and Italy and he really added a personal touch to the entire stay that I will remember forever. As an American who travels a LOT I have to say an air conditioner that blows cold can make up for a lot of bad service,but,in the case of Hotel Moresco I had it all and will rerurn

Our stay was spectacular from beginning to end. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were easily able to walk from Piazza Roma. The amenities within the hotel were excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Moresco. Although I stayed for only two nights, I was very impressed by the level of service and attention from the staff. I urgently needed to have some clothes washed during my short stay, and the front desk arranged everything for me. The laundry service was excellent. Everything came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and beautifully presented. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently this was handled. I would especially like to thank the front desk team for all their help. They also arranged a porter for me when I was leaving the hotel for Venezia Santa Lucia station, which made my departure so much easier and more comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the service from the breakfast staff was excellent. Everyone was attentive, professional, and welcoming. Thank you very much to the entire Hotel Moresco team for taking such good care of me and making my stay in Venice so pleasant. I truly appreciate everything you did.

On arrival at Marco Polo airport, we realized that none of our luggage had made the connection in Schiphol. Your staff was very good about accommodating our immediate needs and also in assisting in the retrieval of our luggage.
