The reception staff were very professional and attentive. They provided extra assistance and information. The breakfast were great with a special mention for Veronica for her friendliness and helpfulness. The cleaners were very efficient, helpful and very friendly. They were much more than cleaners and really added to the guests experience with postive feeling and atmosphere. It's a hard job and they all represented the hotel professionally. I'm not sure of the names of all the ladies but Nikki set a fine example of them all. I was seriously impressed with the hotel and it's facilities but it's the staff that made it feel really special. Many thanks for helping us get our flat tire repaired. First they used a portable air compressor to fill up the flat tire, they found bolt embedded in the tire, they contacted a local service station, offered us coffee while we waited, and the repair person arrived within 10 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised at the exceptional level of service and attention above and beyond our accomodations.

This is an historical Hotel with nice histories. Thing when on the floors at the corridor's was carpet it looks better. Also understand that hold this hotel in originaly condition is harder. Your personal is absolutely friendly and professionally. Was nice to staying in your hotel. And the pool it is and Oasa of rests. On this side of Hotel is -10 degres feeling like on the side of street. The small garden between pool and terace can be used lik the herbal garten ……. And nice will be can stay at the terace on the afternoon. Please hold this hotel up !! Because same hotels will not exist in the future.
