The quality was on par for a 3* hotel. We stayed at a 4* hotel in Firenze before arriving in Verona and that was nowhere near as good as yours. The service was good (particularly the cleaning was done excellently and efficiently), the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options for me and my girlfriend (vegetarian). The only thing I could wish for is a proper coffee machine in the room (not just instant coffee) and maybe some complementary water bottles on arrival. But that's just a minor thing. I don't know what the star rating system for hotels in Italy is, but if the one in Firenze is a 4* hotel, yours should be, too.

Staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we drove our car right up to hotel, staff was already anticipating us and assisted with unloading our luggage from the car and taking over the car to the garage. Everything was pleasant, instructions given were clear. Rooms were very clean and hotel location was superb. Will be better if hotel provided complimentary bottled water. It was the weekend of the marathon and so you had few rooms left, which the occupancy meant were quite expensive. I could only get a “very small room”. The name made it sound extremely small and I was concerned how comfortable I would be. I want to recommend you could market it as a single room and not mention very small as it really was a very pleasant room, the bed was bigger than a single and for one person very comfortable.

All the staff, including the front desk staff, were friendly and always greeted me with a smile, which was a great thing for me as a solo traveler. Moreover, they were very professional, so I had a comfortable stay. Also, as I have allergies, a clean room is important, but there was no dust at all and the bed and sheets were very comfortable, which was great. During my four nights at breakfast, there were so many hot dishes that it was hard to decide what to get, and I was very satisfied. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. Der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel hat uns sehr entsprochen. Das Team an der Rezeption war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch der Parkierservice in der Garage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Wir erhielten gute Restaurantipps und Ryan von der Rezeption hat uns auf unsere Anfrage gleich für zwei Abende in zwei verschiedenen Lokalen reserviert und uns dies per WhatsApp bestätigt. Für unseren Opernabend in der Arena erhielten wir bequeme Kissen. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden Ihr Hotel sicherlich weiterempfehlen.

We were offered an upgrade to the Tosca room which was great but the hot water in the shower was tricky and didn’t really work from the top rose. The staff were very kind and didn’t make us pay for the upgrade on check out.
