By comparison with our regular international travels as seniors we felt that the breakfast facilities were outstanding. None in Europe elsewhere, America, Canada, Africa, Russia, India, Sri Lanka, Croatia, and other countries visited in recent years compare or match the quality and generosity of range of foods that you set out. Everything about our stay at Giulietta e Romeo was first class. Our only regret was that we only arranged two nights in Verona and should have made it three. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Colazione was wonderful in all respects. Car drop-off and pick-up was always handled quickly and professionally. The main positive aspect of tdhe hotel is the excellent location in the city, near to the old town with the arena, restaurants, things to seen etc. We got good suggestions for local and good resturants. We were very rapidly helped with arranging a wine tour when our original arrangement was canceled. The ordered room was too small but on request we got a somewhat bigger room. Staff were always nice and helpful.

What a wonderful hotel in a fabulous city, quite a surprise to us just how lovely Verona is. Hotel is in perfect location for seeing things, staff went out of their way to be wonderfully helpful. In particular there was a lovely young man at breakfast who was clearing the tables, he was really polite and friendly. We will be back to this hotel next summer when we come specifically for the opera 😍

The room was really clean and dust free and we appreciated it. The rose petals for a welcome were a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and the location is fabulous. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück war einfach großartig: eine reichhaltige Auswahl mit frischem Obst, Müsli, leckerem Gebäck und Kuchen. Dazu gibt es tollen Kaffee und eine vielfältige Teeauswahl. Ich war besonders vom Bananen-Smoothie begeistert – absolut köstlich! Wir waren wunschlos glücklich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

I had a great experience in this hotel with its lovely rooms and mine with a balcony I used to read early morning. The breakfast was so good and the best cappuccino made by I think Gian Maria, the young, handsome waiter in the breakfast area! Also loved the great location close to everything I wanted to see. First of all I am really grateful for the whatsapp message before arrival...I was able to ask about parking which was helpful. Initially we could access the hotel but a women at the front desk guided us to the front door which was so helpful. We cannot remember the beautiful lady with the dazzling smile and long black hair that checked us in but she was the most gracious of hosts and made us feel welcome immediately. Above and beyond customer service and so very lovely to deal with. Shame on us for not remembering her name but we won’t forget her and wish her all the best.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room size was good with a lot of storage spaces. It was very clean. The breakfast has varieties of selections and good quality. Just a small suggestion is to add some vegetable options. The staffs in the breakfast buffet room and cleaning services were great. Thank you very much!
