The main positive aspect of tdhe hotel is the excellent location in the city, near to the old town with the arena, restaurants, things to seen etc. We got good suggestions for local and good resturants. We were very rapidly helped with arranging a wine tour when our original arrangement was canceled. The ordered room was too small but on request we got a somewhat bigger room. Staff were always nice and helpful.

What a wonderful hotel in a fabulous city, quite a surprise to us just how lovely Verona is. Hotel is in perfect location for seeing things, staff went out of their way to be wonderfully helpful. In particular there was a lovely young man at breakfast who was clearing the tables, he was really polite and friendly. Even though it was a short visit, among the three hotels we have been already, Melia Milano, Giulietta and Romeo in Verona, Hilton in Venice and Radisson Blue in Florence, the best services were provided at Verona. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was sofort eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück war einfach großartig: eine reichhaltige Auswahl mit frischem Obst, Müsli, leckerem Gebäck und Kuchen. Dazu gibt es tollen Kaffee und eine vielfältige Teeauswahl. Ich war besonders vom Bananen-Smoothie begeistert – absolut köstlich! Wir waren wunschlos glücklich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Initially we could access the hotel but a women at the front desk guided us to the front door which was so helpful. Tutto davvero da incanto. Unica pecca i prezzi leggermente troppo alti in alcuni periodi ma la posizione centralissima e la qualità del servizio offerto li giustificano. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto optare per un altro hotel l'ultima notte causa prezzo raddoppiato della stessa stanza che il nostro budget non ci consentiva ma lo capiamo perfettamente. Ich war mit der Unterkunft während dieser 4 Tage sehr zufrieden und versuche ganz sicher bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder ein Zimmer in diesem Hotal zu bekommen. Was ich bemängelte ist, dass ich kein Glas im Badezimmer hatte.Die Becher waren bei uns schon am 1.Tag für Kaffe gebraucht wowrden und es gab kein Nachschub.Ich werde das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen

Hi, thank you for making our stay comfortable and stress free. You helped with reaching the hotel by car and also with finding good places to eat. We went to Osteria greppa which was a good recommendation. You also allowed us to go to our room earlier than the allotted time, which helped make our day easier. The beds were comfortable, the room quiet (a little smaller than we expected for three people but fine for a short stay), and the breakfast truly excellent. It would be good to offer bar coffee at a small extra cost. The hotel feels very well run but manages to do this and remain friendly and relaxed, which is quite an achievement. Thanks and ci vediamo!

From the front desk, to the truly wonderful breakfast, the excellent location, the convenient garage services, the balcony (couldn't find Giuliette though 😅). A wonderful staff – friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and smelled fresh, with inviting and well-designed bathrooms. We highly recommend this hotel!

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were adjoining for a family, but on the small side. Saw some ants in the room and mold build up in the shower area. Other than that it was all good things. Short walk to the arena and the main shopping area. Louis Vuitton store right around the corner. It rained so that limited what we did and saw. The hotel offers valet which is nice and convenient. Restaurants right next to the hotel. I would recommend.
