Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was sofort eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück war einfach großartig: eine reichhaltige Auswahl mit frischem Obst, Müsli, leckerem Gebäck und Kuchen. Dazu gibt es tollen Kaffee und eine vielfältige Teeauswahl. Ich war besonders vom Bananen-Smoothie begeistert – absolut köstlich! Wir waren wunschlos glücklich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

I had a great experience in this hotel with its lovely rooms and mine with a balcony I used to read early morning. The breakfast was so good and the best cappuccino made by I think Gian Maria, the young, handsome waiter in the breakfast area! Also loved the great location close to everything I wanted to see. First of all I am really grateful for the whatsapp message before arrival...I was able to ask about parking which was helpful. Initially we could access the hotel but a women at the front desk guided us to the front door which was so helpful. We receive a text about an hour after checking out that we had left something, I am hoping they pop it in the mail to us. Everyone was so support and friendly. We also thought the breakfast was one of the best we have seen.

Abbiamo passato un weekend da sogno. Tutto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio dalla vastissima colazione, alle camere accoglienti e moderne, alla pulizia di ogni spazio, alla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo Staff, alle soprese romantiche, alla palestra che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Tutto davvero da incanto. Unica pecca i prezzi leggermente troppo alti in alcuni periodi ma la posizione centralissima e la qualità del servizio offerto li giustificano. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto optare per un altro hotel l'ultima notte causa prezzo raddoppiato della stessa stanza che il nostro budget non ci consentiva ma lo capiamo perfettamente. Ci siamo trovati tanto tanto bene e sicuramente torneremo. Ne portiamo un ricordo meraviglioso e abbiamo estrema nostalgia Un grazie speciale a tutti, in particolare a Giulia

We were greeted by Andressa and Julia with smiles, warmth, professionalism and lots of great information. I asked to have a glass of wine and the gentleman was very nice, friendly and professional. We had a lovely stay with you and the location is fabulous . We also enjoyed our balcony. The staff were exceptionally helpful and were always to hand. We did however, feel the noise from the arena was a bit much at times so for that reason we won’t be returning.

This was our 2nd stay, having traveled with my Mum in 2022 (delayed from 2020) and it didn’t disappoint. In fact, it was very important for us that everything went well this year again as we brought four friends with us for their first time. We were in Room 102 which was particularly nice, possibly as we were the ones to making all 3 bookings. The staff are all very friendly as indeed they were on our first visit. Was ich bemängelte ist, dass ich kein Glas im Badezimmer hatte.Die Becher waren bei uns schon am 1.Tag für Kaffe gebraucht wowrden und es gab kein Nachschub.Ich werde das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen

Hi, thank you for making our stay comfortable and stress free. You helped with reaching the hotel by car and also with finding good places to eat. We went to Osteria greppa which was a good recommendation. You also allowed us to go to our room earlier than the allotted time, which helped make our day easier. The beds were comfortable, the room quiet (a little smaller than we expected for three people but fine for a short stay), and the breakfast truly excellent. It would be good to offer bar coffee at a small extra cost. The hotel feels very well run but manages to do this and remain friendly and relaxed, which is quite an achievement. Thanks and ci vediamo!

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were adjoining for a family, but on the small side. Saw some ants in the room and mold build up in the shower area. Other than that it was all good things. Short walk to the arena and the main shopping area. Louis Vuitton store right around the corner. It rained so that limited what we did and saw. The hotel offers valet which is nice and convenient. Restaurants right next to the hotel. I would recommend.

The reception and services were really excellent, with special thanks to Judith who was so gracious, kind, and quick to help. The car parking service was unexpected and wonderful, too. Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la chambre, la literie, le buffet petit-déjeuner, à la réception le personnel très agréable et serviable, la situation.
