Hi, thank you for making our stay comfortable and stress free. You helped with reaching the hotel by car and also with finding good places to eat. We went to Osteria greppa which was a good recommendation. You also allowed us to go to our room earlier than the allotted time, which helped make our day easier. The beds were comfortable, the room quiet (a little smaller than we expected for three people but fine for a short stay), and the breakfast truly excellent. It would be good to offer bar coffee at a small extra cost. The hotel feels very well run but manages to do this and remain friendly and relaxed, which is quite an achievement. Thanks and ci vediamo!

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were adjoining for a family, but on the small side. Saw some ants in the room and mold build up in the shower area. Other than that it was all good things. Short walk to the arena and the main shopping area. Louis Vuitton store right around the corner. It rained so that limited what we did and saw. The hotel offers valet which is nice and convenient. Restaurants right next to the hotel. I would recommend.

The reception and services were really excellent, with special thanks to Judith who was so gracious, kind, and quick to help. The car parking service was unexpected and wonderful, too. The quality was on par for a 3* hotel. We stayed at a 4* hotel in Firenze before arriving in Verona and that was nowhere near as good as yours. The service was good (particularly the cleaning was done excellently and efficiently), the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options for me and my girlfriend (vegetarian). The only thing I could wish for is a proper coffee machine in the room (not just instant coffee) and maybe some complementary water bottles on arrival. But that's just a minor thing. I don't know what the star rating system for hotels in Italy is, but if the one in Firenze is a 4* hotel, yours should be, too.

Staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we drove our car right up to hotel, staff was already anticipating us and assisted with unloading our luggage from the car and taking over the car to the garage. Everything was pleasant, instructions given were clear. Rooms were very clean and hotel location was superb. Will be better if hotel provided complimentary bottled water. Highly recommend others to stay.

It was the weekend of the marathon and so you had few rooms left, which the occupancy meant were quite expensive. I could only get a “very small room”. The name made it sound extremely small and I was concerned how comfortable I would be. I want to recommend you could market it as a single room and not mention very small as it really was a very pleasant room, the bed was bigger than a single and for one person very comfortable.

All the staff, including the front desk staff, were friendly and always greeted me with a smile, which was a great thing for me as a solo traveler. Moreover, they were very professional, so I had a comfortable stay. Also, as I have allergies, a clean room is important, but there was no dust at all and the bed and sheets were very comfortable, which was great. During my four nights at breakfast, there were so many hot dishes that it was hard to decide what to get, and I was very satisfied. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, apart from being well decorated and having a lovely smell. What made my day, as a lactose intolerant person, was finding there was hot vegan cappuccino and vegan chocolate at the coffee machine at breakfast time. I had NEVER seen this in any other hotel I stayed at! Congratulations for being so thoughtful!

Veniamo a Verona ogni anno per l'evento di Hostaria, abbiamo sempre alloggiato in B&B o appartamenti zona via Mazzini. In tutta sincerità, anche il prossimo anno sceglieremo voi, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unica segnalazione: la camera molto calda di notte ma è una cosa soggettiva. Colazione perfetta, staff eccezionale.
