All staff very friendly and helpful and polite, receptionists helpful with advice and information, breakfast was nice and plentiful and tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Cleaners did a good job on the rooms and were friendly and polite The hotel is ideally placed to visit Verona, to see sights and attractions, we had a very good holiday and would recommend anyone visiting.

Hôtel très bien situé. Aucun bruit et pourtant situé en centre ville à deux pas des arènes . Une chambre très bien conçue, malgré son exiguïté mais avec un balcon très agréable même en période de canicule. Le service fut impeccable , tant pour l’entretien de la chambre , l’accueil et la restauration ( petit déjeuner). Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

The main positive aspect of tdhe hotel is the excellent location in the city, near to the old town with the arena, restaurants, things to seen etc. We got good suggestions for local and good resturants. We were very rapidly helped with arranging a wine tour when our original arrangement was canceled. The ordered room was too small but on request we got a somewhat bigger room. Staff were always nice and helpful.

What a wonderful hotel in a fabulous city, quite a surprise to us just how lovely Verona is. Hotel is in perfect location for seeing things, staff went out of their way to be wonderfully helpful. In particular there was a lovely young man at breakfast who was clearing the tables, he was really polite and friendly. We will be back to this hotel next summer when we come specifically for the opera 😍

First of all I am really grateful for the whatsapp message before arrival...I was able to ask about parking which was helpful. Initially we could access the hotel but a women at the front desk guided us to the front door which was so helpful. We receive a text about an hour after checking out that we had left something, I am hoping they pop it in the mail to us. Everyone was so support and friendly. We also thought the breakfast was one of the best we have seen.

Tutto curato in ogni minimo dettaglio dalla vastissima colazione, alle camere accoglienti e moderne, alla pulizia di ogni spazio, alla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo Staff, alle soprese romantiche, alla palestra che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Tutto davvero da incanto. Unica pecca i prezzi leggermente troppo alti in alcuni periodi ma la posizione centralissima e la qualità del servizio offerto li giustificano. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto optare per un altro hotel l'ultima notte causa prezzo raddoppiato della stessa stanza che il nostro budget non ci consentiva ma lo capiamo perfettamente. Ci siamo trovati tanto tanto bene e sicuramente torneremo. Ne portiamo un ricordo meraviglioso e abbiamo estrema nostalgia Un grazie speciale a tutti, in particolare a Giulia

Everything about this stay was great. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were greeted by Andressa and Julia with smiles, warmth, professionalism and lots of great information. I asked to have a glass of wine and the gentleman was very nice, friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and the staff was also very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The only reason we will not come back is because there are so. any other places to visit in the world, but we would recommend your hotel to anyone travelling to Verona

We had a lovely stay with you and the location is fabulous . We also enjoyed our balcony. The staff were exceptionally helpful and were always to hand. We did however, feel the noise from the arena was a bit much at times so for that reason we won’t be returning.
