Front desk staff very nice, as was the breakfast room man who made the coffees. It was nice to have a place to put the luggage -- some of the other hotels didn't provide. Breakfast food was good and varied.

Our stay at your hotel was simply wonderful. The establishment is great with lots of history. Eating in a chapel setting was a great feeling and most nostalgic. Very well situated near the beach and main road. Furthermore near the train station as well as the port. The view of the port from our room window was soo magical and very picturesque. Was a great stay at alcentro. It is a new build so all new and clean, quiet and different to the older style hotels. Is an out of the busy centre and had lunch/dinner vouchers that were a surprise and so enjoy this bonus and the food and company at Pepinos trattoria. Breakfast was good Italia style. Overall a great visit to Catania.

Overall we had a lovely stay. One negative comment would be to be a bit better with the cleaning. We found hair in some areas and in my son’s washroom there was apparently some mould. That should be taken care of as this could be a health hazard. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel with the caution of correcting what was said.

Wonderful historic hotel in one of the most beautiful harbour of Puglia ! We have been accommodated in a large room with a shady terrasse that was overlooking the park which was perfect for us and our dogs to relax ! Your hotel had been highly recommended by a friend that had attended a meeting there. On our way to Greece it was a memorable stay and we will come back. All the staff were excellent and very professional and welcoming especially Sara who corresponded with us well in advance and arranged so many things for us. Staff that was working on Friday and Saturday were fantastic. Hotel was sold out originally on Saturday and we only booked one night and then they called us that some one had cancelled. Room was big and spacious and the location was perfect. NO complaints and will highly recommend.
