Our stay at your hotel was simply wonderful. The establishment is great with lots of history. Eating in a chapel setting was a great feeling and most nostalgic. Very well situated near the beach and main road. Furthermore near the train station as well as the port. The view of the port from our room window was soo magical and very picturesque. Was a great stay at alcentro. It is a new build so all new and clean, quiet and different to the older style hotels. Is an out of the busy centre and had lunch/dinner vouchers that were a surprise and so enjoy this bonus and the food and company at Pepinos trattoria. Breakfast was good Italia style. Overall a great visit to Catania.

Overall we had a lovely stay. One negative comment would be to be a bit better with the cleaning. We found hair in some areas and in my son’s washroom there was apparently some mould. That should be taken care of as this could be a health hazard. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel with the caution of correcting what was said.

Wonderful historic hotel in one of the most beautiful harbour of Puglia ! We have been accommodated in a large room with a shady terrasse that was overlooking the park which was perfect for us and our dogs to relax ! Your hotel had been highly recommended by a friend that had attended a meeting there. On our way to Greece it was a memorable stay and we will come back. The only problem was the long distance to the safe parking place. Next time we might organise a taxi transfer ahead… Many thanks to you and the charming team. Franz and Agnes Schmidlin from Geneva .

All the staff were excellent and very professional and welcoming especially Sara who corresponded with us well in advance and arranged so many things for us. Staff that was working on Friday and Saturday were fantastic. Hotel was sold out originally on Saturday and we only booked one night and then they called us that some one had cancelled. Room was big and spacious and the location was perfect. NO complaints and will highly recommend.

The front desk assisted us before the trip, putting us in touch with a personal guide, and making dinner reservations at a spectacular local restaurant, Quintessenza. Also answered several stupid questions for us, and always promptly and with accurate information.

They helped me from the United States as I was making the reservation, I had so many questions. They always had a very fast response and gave me what I needed. One suggestion would be to estimate the cost of the taxi when people arrive in Bari Airport. So that the visitor is aware of approximately what the cost is. The front desk recommended, Annamaria, Tucci, and her company, Puglia, Taste, and culture. She was excellent and provided us with a wonderful tour of Trani, Castel, Del, Monte, and Bari . She should be recommended often. Trani is most beautiful.
