For tourists I think it would be a good idea to provide a history of the hotel, describe use of rooms and building ingeneral, importance to the Trani over the ages - and highlight location, which is perfect - on the water, near water front restaurants, the historic harbor and park, and the old town.

There was a young man working the evening shift at the front desk. He was very kind and eager to help us with an issue we had with our key. He was extremely pleasant and spoke great English, which was so important because we didn’t speak Italian. You are lucky to have him on your staff! Also our room was cleaned so well every day and it was perfect!

Forvirring omkring betaling af vand på værelser - jeg tror jeg var en af de få der betalte - kun et lilli minus når det er en gruppe. Havde ikke selv fundet stedet det havde PUST rejser.
