Desideriamo rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale al team della reception—Ellen, Simona e la loro collega con gli occhiali di cui purtroppo non ricordiamo il nome (vi preghiamo di perdonarci se abbiamo sbagliato qualche nome!). Sono state straordinarie nell'organizzare una bottiglia di Pinot a sorpresa in camera nostra per festeggiare il nostro 50° anniversario di matrimonio, un pensiero davvero delizioso. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, sia per consigli sui luoghi da visitare sia per aiutarci a pianificare l'itinerario per Venezia. Un caloroso grazie va anche allo staff della sala colazioni, che ogni mattina ci ha accolto con straordinario calore, sorrisi e un servizio eccellente. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare all'Hotel Eden. Your hotel is very very clean , looks brand new and well placed for bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very pleasant and informative, I even found the cleaning staff a delight to see in the morning. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe mich in Ihrem Hotel Eden sehr, sehr gut gefühlt, für mich hat alles gepasst. Das Zweibettzimmer für mich alleine hat gereicht, aber mit einer zweiten Person wäre mir dieses Zimmer etwas zu eng gewesen. Das ist keine Kritik, aber für eine Zweierbelegung würde ich persönlich ein etwas größeres Zimmer bevorzugen. Possibly the most helpful and accommodating staff I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. This was everywhere in the hotel, from front desk staff to the breakfast team.
