On arrival, we were delighted to be able to upgrade to a room with balcony with no hesitation. Simone was so good to show us both rooms first so we could decide. All reception staff were so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is amazing! Buffet was kept well topped up so we never had to look for anything. It was so well run with plenty of pleasant and helpful staff keeping tables cleared. Thank you for getting every day of our stay off to a wonderful start!

Somit kann ich auch ein bisschen vergleichen. wie gesagt, das Frühstück kann sich durchaus sehen lassen, es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich habe mich auch gefreut, über die Jahre etwa in der Rezeption Mitarbeiter oder Mitarbeiterinnen zu treffen, die ich schon kenne. Hier möchte ich insbesondere Simona sehr hervorheben, sie ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We love coming to Italy but it must be said you all at the Eden Hotel have been absolutely delightful. Our short stay left us totally refreshed, relaxed and on top of the world. Alas on getting home we found the issues that you had let us escape from where still there but I suppose you cannot help us there. Just want to say a big “thank you” for providing us with such a wonderful time. You even organised some lovely weather for us. There is no holding you back.

First time at hotel and we received such a warm welcome from the ladies at reception. They were helpful and always gave a cheery smile The bar staff were friendly and made great Aperol spritzes The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very attentive and the food was fabulous. Meal times were a real treat! Our room was always cleaned to perfection and the cleaning staff always gave a smile, said hello and a laugh and joke with us. A great hotel with fantastic staff - THANK YOU!!!

All of your hotel staff were brilliant. Very efficient and welcoming and helpful. We will hopefully return at some point this year for another trip and the Eden Hotel will be top of the list if it isn't fully booked nearer the time.
