Your hotel is very very clean , looks brand new and well placed for bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very pleasant and informative, I even found the cleaning staff a delight to see in the morning. If I was to be picky it would be to say bed side tables with draws a bigger shower cubicle and the double glazing doesn't quite keep all the noise out. But having said that great hotel and staff

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe mich in Ihrem Hotel Eden sehr, sehr gut gefühlt, für mich hat alles gepasst. Das Zweibettzimmer für mich alleine hat gereicht, aber mit einer zweiten Person wäre mir dieses Zimmer etwas zu eng gewesen. Das ist keine Kritik, aber für eine Zweierbelegung würde ich persönlich ein etwas größeres Zimmer bevorzugen. Jedenfalls werde ich das bei einer neuerlichen Buchung, vielleicht im nächsten Jahr, mit meinem Reisebüro ansprechen. Herzliche Grüße von Ursula Wessely

Every question we had was answered politely and any problems were resolved easily. Possibly the most helpful and accommodating staff I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. This was everywhere in the hotel, from front desk staff to the breakfast team. Hopefully we were not demanding guests, but the care taken to ensure we were helped even down to remembering breakfast preferences was impressive.
