We spent 3 wonderful nights in Hotel Bellagio and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel location is fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time in Venice and at Splendid Venice! All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We always felt like everyone wanted to be sure we were enjoying ourselves. Dev took great care of us at the bar, and he really knows how to make an Old Fashion! We tried them at other locations, and his was the BEST! We loved the location as it was centrally located to get around to everything. We will definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The coffee was very good too and I liked that they made the coffee for us rather than with a coffee machine. The view from our bedroom window was very quaint. There was very quick service to check in and check out. It was great to have Netflix on the TV and to have the choice of different languages to watch films.

The staff was excellent and helped with dinner reservations and transfers from the hotel back to Milan. The restaurant at Du Lac was phenomenal. We only wish there was a similar restaurant at the Bellagio with room service, Both my husband and I were ill with food poisoning our first night there. Some sort of room service would have been great as one of us had to venture out for food and water while ill. Some of the outlets in our room were non functional at times. Despite having our key in the proper outlet. There was no hairdryer in our room so I had to go down to reception to procure one. Please upgrade your hair dryers as they were extremely old. Also, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner in our shower.

We would go to breakfast for only 30 min and when we came back, our beds were already made and the room was already cleaned up, including the bathroom - so nice! The hotel breakfast is quite good (for Europe). Very friendly staff. Nice selection of breakfast items like mini muffins, ham, cheese, packaged cookies, croissants, toast, 4 different kinds of fruit juices, many tea options, coffee options, etc. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable receptionists who helped answer our many questions over email for several days before we arrived. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back! Honestly one of the best services was offering to help book private cars from Milan/Como. That was huge and extremely helpful! And when our car was severely delayed picking us up to bring us back to Milan, the front desk was communicative and apologetic. I want to call out your very helpful booking/front desk staff. During my booking process I emailed with a few different members. Each were knowledgeable, helpful and knew of my previous questions. I booked late and was only able to secure 1 of 3 nights needed. They kept me aware of new availability so I was able to complete my stay. We moved rooms every night for 3 night stay, but the staff moved our luggage for us the 1st time and called to let us know our room was ready the next day so we could move rooms easily. Again, each staff member was aware of the move and ensured we were taken care of. Our transportation was arranged by staff as well and was smooth. Your hotel is wonderful and all of your staff are too!! We felt fortuante to stray with you.

The staff on reception are amazing. We got stuck in Como and missed the last ferry home, we called the hotel and the lady on reception was so helpful and advised us how to get home using the bus and telling us which bus and bus station to go to. The same lady helped us the three nights we stayed with any questions we had. I apologise but we did not get her name, but she was fantastic. The ladies at breakfast were great too. Very organised and the room was always kept so tidyand clean.

I knew we’d love this hotel! Perfect location set behind the busy water’s edge, up a cobbled lane- so central yet so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are simply furnished but comfortable beds, crisp white cotton bedlinen, fabulous towels, great shower, spotlessly cleaned every morning and a stunning view out of our window across the lake. All the team there are fabulous- so friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable, giving us maps, boat timetables, booking our taxi and drinks on the rooftop terrace of their sister hotel 2mins away. A huge thank you to the housekeeper who spotted my birthday cards and arranged for a chilled bottle of Prosecco to be waiting in our room on our return!! And to the breakfast team- your coffee and croissants are devine. This was my dream trip! I would love to return! Thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel!

The room was fantastic, accommodating and spacious. The view of the lake, surrounding villages and mountain ranges from our balcony were breathtaking. The hotel is well maintained and clean, perfectly located in the town. Restaurants, shopping and the ferry ports are all just a short walk away. My wife and I have stayed in 4 different places in our stay in Italy, including a 3 star hotel in Florence, and a 4 star hotel in Tuscany. This place was my favorite. The staff really helped set it apart, along with the small things (like the terrace near the breakfast area and the rooftop patio area that no one was at). I am recommending this hotel to anyone coming to Italy!!!!

This is a great place that the owner Carlo set up as if it were his own, really feels like a home. It’s situated in a great area, 3 min walk to the metro M3. The place is very safe and on the first floor in a relatively new building, with a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen. The owner had water and bread ready. In fact he was so quick to help and welcome us as he lived in the neighborhood. Overall this place is great, lovely balcony, comfortable bed with an additional sofa that converts to a bed, we loved it.
