Your staff took care of us so efficiently. We were so grateful. Thank you!

2026-08-31

Thank you for an outstanding stay

2026-08-31

On our drive to the hotel, we took a wrong turn off and ended on a toll road. Not being familiar with the payment structure, we spent much time attempting to solve the payment problem. The receptionist (Carolina) spent as much time as was needed to help us straighten out the problem. If we couldn't have paid the toll ticket, we would have paid much more in penalties. Carolina was so patience and gracious with her help, we would have had a negative beginning to our entire trip without her. She was amazing and had such a great smile to top everything off. We would gladly stay there again.

My husband and I travel throughout the world. We chose to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary at your establishment on Lake Como; such a beautiful little romantic This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The photographs and website do not do it justice. The quality of the service, accommodations and price are beyond reproach. Everything exceeded our expectation by tenfold. We look forward to coming back and staying with you in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – Exceeded Every Expectation From the moment we arrived, Hotel Bellagio exceeded every expectation we had. The location is simply stunning, with beautiful lake views and easy access to everything Bellagio has to offer. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had the most wonderful view, making our stay even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their recommendations, assistance and attention to detail made us feel incredibly well looked after. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the whole experience felt truly special. We travel regularly and can honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. If we could give more than 10 out of 10, we would. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bellagio for such a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to returning.

2026-05-25

Thank you to the front desk staff for assisting my friend with arranging a round-trip ride to the police station to retrieve his lost phone. Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help are truly appreciated. Kudos to the entire front desk team for going above and beyond to support your guests. Please give them a raise — they certainly deserve the recognition! Thank you again for the outstanding service.

2026-05-25

Great location

2026-05-25

Your staff is amazing. We had a problem with our suitcase not opening and was told by a kind gentleman at the front desk the next morning exactly where to go to get the lock opened. Such a relief. Your breakfast staff were superb. The lady that would greet us every morning with a huge welcoming smile really made us feel good. We arrived late the night before because of a train strike and was in the rain waiting for the ferry plus not able to open the suitcase the first night made for a sad arrival. As soon as we saw her she brightened our day each day. I believe she’s married to the kind man in the breakfast area. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. Anyway she’s a gem and very precious. Please tell her thank you again from the couple from San Francisco.

2026-05-24

Service was phenomenal. Help getting us a taxi to the airport was greatly appreciated.

Its just stunning. Everything was clean the people were very nice, helpful and courteous. I can't wait to come back! Loved my stay in Hotel Bellagio!

Thanks to Jane and Luca for there hospitality and all the staff, go above and beyond to of made our stay special, which it certainly was.

2026-04-23

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bellagio. The location and room were both perfect. We had everything we needed from being a very short walk from the ferry, to being almost next door to the best gelato in town. We loved the room's power shower and gorgeous smelling saop, the excellent storage space, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable beds, from which, we had the best view in Bellagio. Waking up evry morning, to the most magical view of the lake and the mountains, only added to the Bellagio experience. The breakfast was beautiful, and the terrace exquisite. The biscuits were delicious too, thank you for leaving them out to have with a cup of tea later in the day! Thank you for everything you did for us during our stay, we hope to be back soon.

2026-04-22

The receptionists were welcoming and extremely helpful. It was my birthday on one of the days we stayed at the hotel and a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room in the afternoon along with a card with birthday wishes made my day.

Sadece Hotel Bellagio

I would just like to say this our third year here for our 25th, 26th and now 27th anniversary and the staff from top to bottom has been top notch. Perfect reception by the girl with the cool wing tips to Kumari at breakfast stopping what she was doing to let us find out all the ins and outs to the sweetest smiles from Monica ( Monique?) in the hall ways. You have accommodated us above and beyond with sparkling wine in a room we specifically requested and was fulfilled. Room 403. We are forever grateful and will see you again. Stephen and Anabelle Planas

Dev took great care of us at the bar, and he really knows how to make an Old Fashion! We tried them at other locations, and his was the BEST! My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The coffee was very good too and I liked that they made the coffee for us rather than with a coffee machine. The view from our bedroom window was very quaint. There was very quick service to check in and check out. It was great to have Netflix on the TV and to have the choice of different languages to watch films.

The staff was excellent and helped with dinner reservations and transfers from the hotel back to Milan. The restaurant at Du Lac was phenomenal. We only wish there was a similar restaurant at the Bellagio with room service, Both my husband and I were ill with food poisoning our first night there. Some sort of room service would have been great as one of us had to venture out for food and water while ill. Some of the outlets in our room were non functional at times. Despite having our key in the proper outlet. There was no hairdryer in our room so I had to go down to reception to procure one. Please upgrade your hair dryers as they were extremely old. Also, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner in our shower.
