Restaurant staff.. Gaby and Aravandi were friendly and helpful everyday. Housekeeping staff of Nicole and Monica were so very helpful with questions we had about our room #402. Also reception personnel, Daniele, Marina and Graziano were always welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Bellagio area. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

wir fragten an der Promenade in dem dazugehörigen Hotel "Du Lac" nach einem Zimmer, da aber dort keins mehr frei war, wurden wir ans Hotel Bellagio verwiesen, wo die Dame am Empfang bei unserem Eintreffen bereits Bescheid wusste. Wir konnten uns vor der Zusage unser Zimmer, dass sehr groß und sauber war, vorher ansehen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen(Parkhaus ist weiter entfernt möglich zu buchen), dass heißt, dass man gut zu Fuß sein muss. Aber durch diese Lage hat das Hotel einen gewissen Charme.

The entire staff was outstanding. I didn't get anyone's names, but everyone was very professional and provided highly-commendable service. The nice gentleman who checked us in at about 1:15 in the morning and seemed to be everywhere--check-in, check-out, calls to transportation service, sweeping the steps outside the hotel office, serving coffee--was a friendly and courteous face, seemingly 24-hours-a-day. His wife--I learned at some point they were a couple--was a gracious hostess who greeted everyone with a sunshiny smile, as well. Made our visits to the breakfast area all the more enjoyable. The young man who so expertly prepared and presented our coffee every day made a nice impression. You all did. The whole Bellagio team was great, and we much appreciate each of you. And that includes the room service staff--they, too, were fantastic. As for our rooms, they were quite nice. Very clean, very comfortable, spacious, with plenty of electrical outlets. Nice little balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms--as I mentioned, very nice. We had three rooms, and you were so considerate to keep the room for my wife and I near to our children's rooms--and view of Lake Como were beyond beautiful. We were much grateful for the rooms that were assigned to us. Also, special thanks to our transportation service driver. He was there waiting for us at the airport, and he had to work late, into the early morning hours, because of our delayed flight into Malpensa. And then, on the morning of our departure, due to another delay to our outgoing flight, he graciously moved our hotel pick-up time back by an additional hour.

So wonderful receiving a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary, this was far more than we expected and we are so grateful. The staff were so kind and helpful! Earlier check in than anticipated was amazing. The server making the coffees was so hospitable, and remembered us when we went to the terrace bar. I have been in your hotel several times, always enjoy to stay. It is clean with comfortable bed, nice location, friendly reception and service. One day was cold weather, but It was warm in the room, heating works well.

Thanks to the staff for making our stay perfect! We came for an anniversary get away over the weekend and will definitely be returning! From the welcome and assistance upon arrival, the surprise in our room and all of the staff’s courteousness throughout our stay and checking out, it made for a memorable stay. One of the best experiences, if not the best, in staying at a hotel in over 5 years of traveling in Europe and the States. We will definitely be returning for a stay!

Très bon accueil, personnel serviable et disponible. L'hôtel est bien situé à 2 pas des embarquements pour les ferries, tres bien entretenu. Nous avions une chambre avec une belle vue sur le lac et un tout petitbalcon avec 2 chaises et table d'appoint. La chambre était très propre pas grande mais très agréable avec un grand lit avec une bonne literie avec climatisation mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. La salle bain avec douche et bidet était spacieuse, propre et avait un séchoir et une fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec des produits frais tous les jours et tout était bon. Avec une salle intérieure et extérieure. Un grand merci au personnel dédié aux petits déjeuner qui était aux petits soins, d'une grande gentillesse, disponible et serviable. Nous avions réservé un garage pour notre voiture situé à 300 m de l'hôtel. Tres appréciable. Merci nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à vous.

My friend and I loved our time here. It was just what we needed. The accommodation was glamorous - clean bathroom and beds, beds were comfortable and our view of the lake was beautiful! Thank you for a fantastic stay at Hotel Bellagio - we had to tear ourselves away from such a lovely place. The hotel has a lovely vibe with helpful kind and super friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The continental breakfast was absolutely perfect, with friendly, attentive and efficient staff who did an amazing job. The room was fantastic with a most amazing view over Lake Como and Bellagio itself. The window is brilliantly designed to make the most of the scene. The hotel is situated perfectly for the restaurants, bars, shops and waterfront. It is easy to catch the ferries to Lenno and Varenna for instance. The Leoni family make superb hosts and we can’t wait to visit again.

Graziano was extremely helpful charting a course for us from Bellagio-Lecco, Lecco-Milano. The bus to Lecco did arrive as he said it would at 6:40am and despite the many stops to pick up children for their school day, we arrived in time to catch the Lecco-Milano train. Grazie, Graziano!
