We loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back! Honestly one of the best services was offering to help book private cars from Milan/Como. That was huge and extremely helpful! And when our car was severely delayed picking us up to bring us back to Milan, the front desk was communicative and apologetic. We were in no hurry, but they were sincere and took care of us until the car finally arrived.

I want to call out your very helpful booking/front desk staff. During my booking process I emailed with a few different members. Each were knowledgeable, helpful and knew of my previous questions. I booked late and was only able to secure 1 of 3 nights needed. They kept me aware of new availability so I was able to complete my stay. We moved rooms every night for 3 night stay, but the staff moved our luggage for us the 1st time and called to let us know our room was ready the next day so we could move rooms easily. Again, each staff member was aware of the move and ensured we were taken care of. Our transportation was arranged by staff as well and was smooth. Your hotel is wonderful and all of your staff are too!! We felt fortuante to stray with you.

The staff was wonderful they helped with recommendations to local restaurants and activities. Everything they suggested was great from food to fun. They were so kind as well. The staff in the breakfast restaurant was amazing. There was one staff member in particular and I wish I recalled her name. She was Indian and was so welcoming every morning and remembered my coffee preferences and was a welcome smile each day. She really added ton the A++ experience.

The staff on reception are amazing. We got stuck in Como and missed the last ferry home, we called the hotel and the lady on reception was so helpful and advised us how to get home using the bus and telling us which bus and bus station to go to. The same lady helped us the three nights we stayed with any questions we had. I apologise but we did not get her name, but she was fantastic. The ladies at breakfast were great too. Very organised and the room was always kept so tidyand clean.

I knew we’d love this hotel! Perfect location set behind the busy water’s edge, up a cobbled lane- so central yet so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are simply furnished but comfortable beds, crisp white cotton bedlinen, fabulous towels, great shower, spotlessly cleaned every morning and a stunning view out of our window across the lake. All the team there are fabulous- so friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable, giving us maps, boat timetables, booking our taxi and drinks on the rooftop terrace of their sister hotel 2mins away. A huge thank you to the housekeeper who spotted my birthday cards and arranged for a chilled bottle of Prosecco to be waiting in our room on our return!! And to the breakfast team- your coffee and croissants are devine. This was my dream trip! I would love to return! Thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel!

This is a great place that the owner Carlo set up as if it were his own, really feels like a home. It’s situated in a great area, 3 min walk to the metro M3. The place is very safe and on the first floor in a relatively new building, with a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen. The owner had water and bread ready. In fact he was so quick to help and welcome us as he lived in the neighborhood. Overall this place is great, lovely balcony, comfortable bed with an additional sofa that converts to a bed, we loved it.

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location in Bellagio. Friendly staff who give a warm welcome and ensure you know they are available to assist you as you may need. Loved the breakfast. Great variety and the best croissants I’ve had in Italy. Highly recommend Hotel Bellagio ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff was very pleasant. They were very helpful getting us wine glasses and ice buckets for our happy hour. Rooms were very clean.
