The staff was wonderful they helped with recommendations to local restaurants and activities. Everything they suggested was great from food to fun. They were so kind as well. The staff in the breakfast restaurant was amazing. There was one staff member in particular and I wish I recalled her name. She was Indian and was so welcoming every morning and remembered my coffee preferences and was a welcome smile each day. She really added ton the A++ experience.

The staff on reception are amazing. We got stuck in Como and missed the last ferry home, we called the hotel and the lady on reception was so helpful and advised us how to get home using the bus and telling us which bus and bus station to go to. The same lady helped us the three nights we stayed with any questions we had. I apologise but we did not get her name, but she was fantastic. The ladies at breakfast were great too. Very organised and the room was always kept so tidyand clean.

I knew we’d love this hotel! Perfect location set behind the busy water’s edge, up a cobbled lane- so central yet so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are simply furnished but comfortable beds, crisp white cotton bedlinen, fabulous towels, great shower, spotlessly cleaned every morning and a stunning view out of our window across the lake. All the team there are fabulous- so friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable, giving us maps, boat timetables, booking our taxi and drinks on the rooftop terrace of their sister hotel 2mins away. A huge thank you to the housekeeper who spotted my birthday cards and arranged for a chilled bottle of Prosecco to be waiting in our room on our return!! And to the breakfast team- your coffee and croissants are devine. This was my dream trip! I would love to return! Thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel!

This is a great place that the owner Carlo set up as if it were his own, really feels like a home. It’s situated in a great area, 3 min walk to the metro M3. The place is very safe and on the first floor in a relatively new building, with a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen. The owner had water and bread ready. In fact he was so quick to help and welcome us as he lived in the neighborhood. Overall this place is great, lovely balcony, comfortable bed with an additional sofa that converts to a bed, we loved it.

My stay here has been wonderful- many reasons why. The location is perfect, but what makes it so much more is the people at the front desk, the breakfast staff, the housekeepers I talk to in the hall. wir fragten an der Promenade in dem dazugehörigen Hotel "Du Lac" nach einem Zimmer, da aber dort keins mehr frei war, wurden wir ans Hotel Bellagio verwiesen, wo die Dame am Empfang bei unserem Eintreffen bereits Bescheid wusste. Wir konnten uns vor der Zusage unser Zimmer, dass sehr groß und sauber war, vorher ansehen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen(Parkhaus ist weiter entfernt möglich zu buchen), dass heißt, dass man gut zu Fuß sein muss. Aber durch diese Lage hat das Hotel einen gewissen Charme.

The entire staff was outstanding. I didn't get anyone's names, but everyone was very professional and provided highly-commendable service. The nice gentleman who checked us in at about 1:15 in the morning and seemed to be everywhere--check-in, check-out, calls to transportation service, sweeping the steps outside the hotel office, serving coffee--was a friendly and courteous face, seemingly 24-hours-a-day. His wife--I learned at some point they were a couple--was a gracious hostess who greeted everyone with a sunshiny smile, as well. Made our visits to the breakfast area all the more enjoyable. The young man who so expertly prepared and presented our coffee every day made a nice impression. You all did. The whole Bellagio team was great, and we much appreciate each of you. And that includes the room service staff--they, too, were fantastic. As for our rooms, they were quite nice. Very clean, very comfortable, spacious, with plenty of electrical outlets. Nice little balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms--as I mentioned, very nice. We had three rooms, and you were so considerate to keep the room for my wife and I near to our children's rooms--and view of Lake Como were beyond beautiful. We were much grateful for the rooms that were assigned to us. Also, special thanks to our transportation service driver. He was there waiting for us at the airport, and he had to work late, into the early morning hours, because of our delayed flight into Malpensa. And then, on the morning of our departure, due to another delay to our outgoing flight, he graciously moved our hotel pick-up time back by an additional hour.

The gentleman in the breakfast area, tall, long hair with a bun was also so fun to talk to. He also provided excellent service and was so friendly and cheerful. We saw him when we were out to dinner and he recognized us and stopped to say hi. Kudos and many thanks to him also! We have stayed at the Hotel Bellagio twice and it is our favorite hotel! I hesitate to tell other travelers about how wonderful the hotel is because we would like to make sure we will always have a place to stay when we come to Lake Como!

We had a great room with a balcony. Well worth the extra cost. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy and the hotel is in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Our rooms were on the 4th floor with a spectacular view of Lake Como plus the electric sliding windows were a very unexpected wonderful surprise! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!!

Phenomenal hotel staff. We stayed in 6 different places throughout Italy and Switzerland and the courtesy of the staff at Hotel Bellagio was the best!

Thank you to the sweet front desk lady who helped us with our luggage. Our check in email mentioned the staff may be able to help with bags upon arrival. We had extremely large bags and we did not expect a women to be helping us with them up the stairs. We felt so bad when she came down to help! Thank you so much for your willingness to help! Thank you, Danielle for helping us with our car rental to Milan! You were so helpful to set that up for us last minute. We are very appreciative!

I want to call out your very helpful booking/front desk staff. During my booking process I emailed with a few different members. Each were knowledgeable, helpful and knew of my previous questions. I booked late and was only able to secure 1 of 3 nights needed. They kept me aware of new availability so I was able to complete my stay. We moved rooms every night for 3 night stay, but the staff moved our luggage for us the 1st time and called to let us know our room was ready the next day so we could move rooms easily. Again, each staff member was aware of the move and ensured we were taken care of. Our transportation was arranged by staff as well and was smooth. Your hotel is wonderful and all of your staff are too!! We felt fortuante to stray with you.
