Our housekeeping, especially Monica, and dining staff were amazing. Friendly, warm, so hard working and made our stay memorable. The woman who cleans many of the tables greeted us with the most beautiful smile every morning. The room was wonderful. The gentleman in reception and who cleans the sidewalk in the am was so kind as well. He also makes coffee.

A good quality hotel at a reasonable price. The 15 minute walk to Stresa was OK, but unfortunately it rained heavily one nigjt and we got very wet in spite of having umbrellas.. obviously not the hotels fault. But beware.

The location is simply stunning, with beautiful lake views and easy access to everything Bellagio has to offer. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had the most wonderful view, making our stay even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their recommendations, assistance and attention to detail made us feel incredibly well looked after. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the whole experience felt truly special. We travel regularly and can honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. If we could give more than 10 out of 10, we would. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bellagio for such a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to returning.

The hotel and staff were fantastic from the build up right through to check out. No ask or request was too much. They helped with booking restaurants in the arra in advance and when our flight was delayed and we were due to miss our first night's dinner reservation, they kindly cancelled that for us. Your staff is amazing. We had a problem with our suitcase not opening and was told by a kind gentleman at the front desk the next morning exactly where to go to get the lock opened. Such a relief. Your breakfast staff were superb. The lady that would greet us every morning with a huge welcoming smile really made us feel good. We arrived late the night before because of a train strike and was in the rain waiting for the ferry plus not able to open the suitcase the first night made for a sad arrival. As soon as we saw her she brightened our day each day. I believe she’s married to the kind man in the breakfast area. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. Anyway she’s a gem and very precious. Please tell her thank you again from the couple from San Francisco.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bellagio. The location and room were both perfect. We had everything we needed from being a very short walk from the ferry, to being almost next door to the best gelato in town. We loved the room's power shower and gorgeous smelling saop, the excellent storage space, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable beds, from which, we had the best view in Bellagio. Waking up evry morning, to the most magical view of the lake and the mountains, only added to the Bellagio experience. The breakfast was beautiful, and the terrace exquisite. The biscuits were delicious too, thank you for leaving them out to have with a cup of tea later in the day! Thank you for everything you did for us during our stay, we hope to be back soon.

Le meilleur hôtel de Bellagio en termes de rapport qualité/prix, de plus avec parking ce qui est très appréciable à Bellagio. L'hôtel est magnifiquement placé, très lumineux, très bien entretenu, les chambres sont superbes et la vue sur le lac est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité hors du commun avec toujours le sourire tout en étant très professionnel. Bref, notre séjour dans cet hôtel fut vraiment un moment délicieux, entre parenthèse, avec l'envie d'y rester encore plus longtemps et d'y revenir avec plaisir. Un grand merci à tous pour ce très bon moment.

I believe it was Marina who contacted me about arranging for a driver from the Milan airport- I very much appreciated that. There was a very friendly woman at breakfast- sorry I can’t remember her name - we did tip her, but she was lovely, same for the housekeeper who tended to our room. Bu nedenle aracımı Parcheggio del Parco ya farkettim ve bavullarımı da oraya götürmek zorunda kaldım. Bu otel ile ilgili değil. Eğer birgün Bellagio'ya tekrar gidersem başka hiçbir otele bakmam. Dev took great care of us at the bar, and he really knows how to make an Old Fashion! We tried them at other locations, and his was the BEST! My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The coffee was very good too and I liked that they made the coffee for us rather than with a coffee machine. The view from our bedroom window was very quaint. There was very quick service to check in and check out. It was great to have Netflix on the TV and to have the choice of different languages to watch films.

The staff was excellent and helped with dinner reservations and transfers from the hotel back to Milan. The restaurant at Du Lac was phenomenal. We only wish there was a similar restaurant at the Bellagio with room service, Both my husband and I were ill with food poisoning our first night there. Some sort of room service would have been great as one of us had to venture out for food and water while ill. Some of the outlets in our room were non functional at times. Despite having our key in the proper outlet. There was no hairdryer in our room so I had to go down to reception to procure one. Please upgrade your hair dryers as they were extremely old. Also, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner in our shower.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were so fast and efficient! We would go to breakfast for only 30 min and when we came back, our beds were already made and the room was already cleaned up, including the bathroom - so nice! The hotel breakfast is quite good (for Europe). Very friendly staff. Nice selection of breakfast items like mini muffins, ham, cheese, packaged cookies, croissants, toast, 4 different kinds of fruit juices, many tea options, coffee options, etc. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable receptionists who helped answer our many questions over email for several days before we arrived. Fluent in English and Italian.

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back! Honestly one of the best services was offering to help book private cars from Milan/Como. That was huge and extremely helpful! And when our car was severely delayed picking us up to bring us back to Milan, the front desk was communicative and apologetic. EVERY staff person we met was kind and helpful, from the receptionist, to the cleaner, to the breakfast attendant. We made an error in our booking and over-stayed our reservation and the person on duty made arrangements that enabled us to keep our room for one more night and was extremely polite and understanding. I love Hotel Bellagio!

I want to call out your very helpful booking/front desk staff. During my booking process I emailed with a few different members. Each were knowledgeable, helpful and knew of my previous questions. I booked late and was only able to secure 1 of 3 nights needed. They kept me aware of new availability so I was able to complete my stay. We moved rooms every night for 3 night stay, but the staff moved our luggage for us the 1st time and called to let us know our room was ready the next day so we could move rooms easily. Again, each staff member was aware of the move and ensured we were taken care of. Our transportation was arranged by staff as well and was smooth. Your hotel is wonderful and all of your staff are too!! We felt fortuante to stray with you.

Hotel Bellagio is a wonderful place for a vacation. Very friendly service, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. It is located in a nice and communicative place - you can quickly get anywhere in exactly 5 minutes. Breakfast is on a terrace overlooking the lake - a wonderful panorama. A very peaceful and invigorating place. Thank you for the nice weekend I spent with you. I would be happy to come back ❤️
