What a lovely hotel experience, such a pleasant surprise. As avid travelers, we don’t say that lightly. We loved absolutely everything from hotel Bellagio. I couldnt believe my eyes with the window view. It was a dream!! Its like you are in a cruise ship with the lake just in front of you. The receptionists were welcoming and extremely helpful. It was my birthday on one of the days we stayed at the hotel and a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room in the afternoon along with a card with birthday wishes made my day.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bellagio. The location and room were both perfect. We had everything we needed from being a very short walk from the ferry, to being almost next door to the best gelato in town. We loved the room's power shower and gorgeous smelling saop, the excellent storage space, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable beds, from which, we had the best view in Bellagio. Waking up evry morning, to the most magical view of the lake and the mountains, only added to the Bellagio experience. The breakfast was beautiful, and the terrace exquisite. The biscuits were delicious too, thank you for leaving them out to have with a cup of tea later in the day! Thank you for everything you did for us during our stay, we hope to be back soon.

Le meilleur hôtel de Bellagio en termes de rapport qualité/prix, de plus avec parking ce qui est très appréciable à Bellagio. L'hôtel est magnifiquement placé, très lumineux, très bien entretenu, les chambres sont superbes et la vue sur le lac est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité hors du commun avec toujours le sourire tout en étant très professionnel. Bref, notre séjour dans cet hôtel fut vraiment un moment délicieux, entre parenthèse, avec l'envie d'y rester encore plus longtemps et d'y revenir avec plaisir. Un grand merci à tous pour ce très bon moment.

Aslında resepsiyonist hanım şehir merkezine aracımın girmesi için bildirimde bulundu ancak İtalya'da ZTL durumu beni çok korkutuyor. Bu nedenle aracımı Parcheggio del Parco ya farkettim ve bavullarımı da oraya götürmek zorunda kaldım. Bu otel ile ilgili değil. Eğer birgün Bellagio'ya tekrar gidersem başka hiçbir otele bakmam. Perfect experience! We were given the room with a fabulous view on top floor that I asked for. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff warm and very attentive. We had an amazing time in Venice and at Splendid Venice! All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We always felt like everyone wanted to be sure we were enjoying ourselves. Dev took great care of us at the bar, and he really knows how to make an Old Fashion! We tried them at other locations, and his was the BEST! We loved the location as it was centrally located to get around to everything. We will definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The coffee was very good too and I liked that they made the coffee for us rather than with a coffee machine. The view from our bedroom window was very quaint. There was very quick service to check in and check out. It was great to have Netflix on the TV and to have the choice of different languages to watch films.

The staff was excellent and helped with dinner reservations and transfers from the hotel back to Milan. The restaurant at Du Lac was phenomenal. We only wish there was a similar restaurant at the Bellagio with room service, Both my husband and I were ill with food poisoning our first night there. Some sort of room service would have been great as one of us had to venture out for food and water while ill. Some of the outlets in our room were non functional at times. Despite having our key in the proper outlet. There was no hairdryer in our room so I had to go down to reception to procure one. Please upgrade your hair dryers as they were extremely old. Also, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner in our shower.

We would go to breakfast for only 30 min and when we came back, our beds were already made and the room was already cleaned up, including the bathroom - so nice! The hotel breakfast is quite good (for Europe). Very friendly staff. Nice selection of breakfast items like mini muffins, ham, cheese, packaged cookies, croissants, toast, 4 different kinds of fruit juices, many tea options, coffee options, etc. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable receptionists who helped answer our many questions over email for several days before we arrived. I want to call out your very helpful booking/front desk staff. During my booking process I emailed with a few different members. Each were knowledgeable, helpful and knew of my previous questions. I booked late and was only able to secure 1 of 3 nights needed. They kept me aware of new availability so I was able to complete my stay. We moved rooms every night for 3 night stay, but the staff moved our luggage for us the 1st time and called to let us know our room was ready the next day so we could move rooms easily. Again, each staff member was aware of the move and ensured we were taken care of. Our transportation was arranged by staff as well and was smooth. Your hotel is wonderful and all of your staff are too!! We felt fortuante to stray with you.

The staff on reception are amazing. We got stuck in Como and missed the last ferry home, we called the hotel and the lady on reception was so helpful and advised us how to get home using the bus and telling us which bus and bus station to go to. The same lady helped us the three nights we stayed with any questions we had. I apologise but we did not get her name, but she was fantastic. The ladies at breakfast were great too. Very organised and the room was always kept so tidyand clean.

I knew we’d love this hotel! Perfect location set behind the busy water’s edge, up a cobbled lane- so central yet so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are simply furnished but comfortable beds, crisp white cotton bedlinen, fabulous towels, great shower, spotlessly cleaned every morning and a stunning view out of our window across the lake. All the team there are fabulous- so friendly and welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable, giving us maps, boat timetables, booking our taxi and drinks on the rooftop terrace of their sister hotel 2mins away. A huge thank you to the housekeeper who spotted my birthday cards and arranged for a chilled bottle of Prosecco to be waiting in our room on our return!! And to the breakfast team- your coffee and croissants are devine. This was my dream trip! I would love to return! Thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel!

The whole staff, lovely, accommodating. Location, despite the steps, was in the center of everything, easy to get around. The veranda we had outside was just dreamy, and the cleanliness was top notch.

The room was fantastic, accommodating and spacious. The view of the lake, surrounding villages and mountain ranges from our balcony were breathtaking. The hotel is well maintained and clean, perfectly located in the town. Restaurants, shopping and the ferry ports are all just a short walk away. We highly recommend this hotel would would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Hotel Bellagio and the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating a large group of cyclists and made our check out request which made a fantastic last day. The rooms were clean and very comfy beds, great breakfast in the morning and all hotel staff were fantastic.

Absolutely great, I was in the group of cyclists and you kindly provided a room for showering as a late checkout after a ride. Needed the ferry timetable and that was provided immediately. Superb breakfast and double espressos, spotlessly clean & lovely staff. Thanks for a memorable stay

The staff is very friendly and although there are a lot of tourist visiting your hotel I was actually recognized by one of your employees. The parking area for our car was top notch, the best over the years.

My wife and I have stayed in 4 different places in our stay in Italy, including a 3 star hotel in Florence, and a 4 star hotel in Tuscany. This place was my favorite. The staff really helped set it apart, along with the small things (like the terrace near the breakfast area and the rooftop patio area that no one was at). I am recommending this hotel to anyone coming to Italy!!!!
