We were very happy staying at your hotel and will recommend it. We liked: -location and view -helpful knowledgeable staff - very nice and helpful -nice breakfast and terrace - very nice waitress there taking our coffee order and cleaning up! -clean and neat We would like a bigger room next time we come, but we need to book earlier. Also - it would be good if someone is there to help with our bags, although some other people did help us a little.

2026-09-23

We LOVED our stay at Bellagio Hotel! The staff were very helpful with recommending restaurants and sites, our room was very nice with a beautiful lake view and we loved the bed sheets and plush towels! The breakfast area staff provided outstanding service by greeting us each morning and asking if we would like coffee and brought anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would return again! Thank you!!

2026-09-17

Nice serive and good location.

2026-09-18

Great location, extraordinary staff. Our rental car broke down, not far from the hotel. Your manager (I think) called a tow truck and had it to us within 20 minutes. The tow truck dropped us off at the hotel and took care of the car. Being in a foreign country and not speaking the language, this could have been a very stressful incident. Your staff took care of us so efficiently. We were so grateful. Thank you!

2026-09-18

Everyone was so nice an courtesy

2026-09-17

Happy with everything. The staff was very helpful. Our rental car broke down about 6 miles from the hotel and when we called the front desk to let them know, they were extremely helpful in arranging to tow service for the car and transportation to hotel for us. With a very challenging day, the staff "saved the day!" Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bellagio. Every one working at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location (up stairs, but that's to be expected in Bellagio). The building and rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Well worth the price, especially in Bellagio, which can be expensive!

They also had good hairdryers in the rooms and plenty of outlets, nice shower, beautiful indoor/outdoor dining area for breakfast. The staff was friendly and do helpful.

Specially thanks to the married couple from SriLanka, so sweet and helpful ❤️❤️

2026-08-31

On our drive to the hotel, we took a wrong turn off and ended on a toll road. Not being familiar with the payment structure, we spent much time attempting to solve the payment problem. The receptionist (Carolina) spent as much time as was needed to help us straighten out the problem. If we couldn't have paid the toll ticket, we would have paid much more in penalties. Carolina was so patience and gracious with her help, we would have had a negative beginning to our entire trip without her. She was amazing and had such a great smile to top everything off. We would gladly stay there again.

2026-06-30

My husband and I travel throughout the world. We chose to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary at your establishment on Lake Como; such a beautiful little romantic This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The photographs and website do not do it justice. The quality of the service, accommodations and price are beyond reproach. Everything exceeded our expectation by tenfold. We look forward to coming back and staying with you in the future!

2026-06-29

Everyone at Hotel Bellagio was wonderfully professional but also kind and considerate; our stay was lovely and we so appreciated everyone's help. We were able to check in early and everything from the breakfast to check out was great. Thanks so much to all.

The breakfast staff was amazing. They remembered our coffee request on our second and third days and were so cheerful when bringing us whatever we needed. Marco, the driver you arranged to bring us to Milan after our stay with you, was an excellent driver and we appreciated the appropriately sized vehicle for four adults.

2026-06-08

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – Exceeded Every Expectation From the moment we arrived, Hotel Bellagio exceeded every expectation we had. The location is simply stunning, with beautiful lake views and easy access to everything Bellagio has to offer. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had the most wonderful view, making our stay even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their recommendations, assistance and attention to detail made us feel incredibly well looked after. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the whole experience felt truly special. We travel regularly and can honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. If we could give more than 10 out of 10, we would. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bellagio for such a wonderful stay. We are already looking forward to returning.

2026-05-24

Your staff was amazing! Everyone was so great. This is our second time at your hotel (the first was seven years ago) and we were treated so well.

2026-05-25

Your staff is amazing. We had a problem with our suitcase not opening and was told by a kind gentleman at the front desk the next morning exactly where to go to get the lock opened. Such a relief. Your breakfast staff were superb. The lady that would greet us every morning with a huge welcoming smile really made us feel good. We arrived late the night before because of a train strike and was in the rain waiting for the ferry plus not able to open the suitcase the first night made for a sad arrival. As soon as we saw her she brightened our day each day. I believe she’s married to the kind man in the breakfast area. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. Anyway she’s a gem and very precious. Please tell her thank you again from the couple from San Francisco.

2026-05-24

Thanks to Jane and Luca for there hospitality and all the staff, go above and beyond to of made our stay special, which it certainly was.

2026-04-23

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bellagio. The location and room were both perfect. We had everything we needed from being a very short walk from the ferry, to being almost next door to the best gelato in town. We loved the room's power shower and gorgeous smelling saop, the excellent storage space, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable beds, from which, we had the best view in Bellagio. Waking up evry morning, to the most magical view of the lake and the mountains, only added to the Bellagio experience. The breakfast was beautiful, and the terrace exquisite. The biscuits were delicious too, thank you for leaving them out to have with a cup of tea later in the day! Thank you for everything you did for us during our stay, we hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing time in Venice and at Splendid Venice! All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We always felt like everyone wanted to be sure we were enjoying ourselves. Dev took great care of us at the bar, and he really knows how to make an Old Fashion! We tried them at other locations, and his was the BEST! We loved the location as it was centrally located to get around to everything. We will definitely come back!

2025-10-26

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bellagio. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. The coffee was very good too and I liked that they made the coffee for us rather than with a coffee machine. The view from our bedroom window was very quaint. There was very quick service to check in and check out. It was great to have Netflix on the TV and to have the choice of different languages to watch films.

2025-10-18

The staff was excellent and helped with dinner reservations and transfers from the hotel back to Milan. The restaurant at Du Lac was phenomenal. We only wish there was a similar restaurant at the Bellagio with room service, Both my husband and I were ill with food poisoning our first night there. Some sort of room service would have been great as one of us had to venture out for food and water while ill. Some of the outlets in our room were non functional at times. Despite having our key in the proper outlet. There was no hairdryer in our room so I had to go down to reception to procure one. Please upgrade your hair dryers as they were extremely old. Also, it would have been nice to have hair conditioner in our shower.

2025-10-11

We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were so fast and efficient! We would go to breakfast for only 30 min and when we came back, our beds were already made and the room was already cleaned up, including the bathroom - so nice! The hotel breakfast is quite good (for Europe). Very friendly staff. Nice selection of breakfast items like mini muffins, ham, cheese, packaged cookies, croissants, toast, 4 different kinds of fruit juices, many tea options, coffee options, etc. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable receptionists who helped answer our many questions over email for several days before we arrived. Fluent in English and Italian.
