What makes this hotel truly exceptional is not only its elegance, beautiful atmosphere and attention to detail, but above all, the remarkable people behind it. The management demonstrates a rare combination of genuine warmth, professionalism and sincere dedication to hospitality. It is a pleasure to encounter a place where excellence is not simply a standard to maintain, but a philosophy embraced with such authenticity and heart. Our sincere compliments and appreciation to the entire management team. You have created something truly special.

We have just returned from ten spoiling days in this most comfortable hotel with its very attentive and impressive staff. Our visit to Lake Garda and having visited some of the nearby towns what a joy it was return to the calm and beautiful setting followed by a delicious meal. Well done the kitchen for producing different dishes every night - a rare happening. Loved the salads and then good choices. Appreciated being allowed to finish the meal with a generous bowl of fruit salad. All the staff helped make our holiday the success it was so thanks all round.

Not only did the hotel care for me under their roof but at reception I was also 'coached' in how to request Senza Glutine foods in cafes etc. Nichole also suggested the best ice cream in the area. Thank you.

2026-08-17

2026-07-22
All the staff were absolutely superb;courteous, friendly and delightful to interact with Special mention to the head of the restaurant (sorry don’t know his name) who was a man completely on top of his game and ran a very tight shop Special special mention to Sylvia who was my main point of contact and couldn’t do enough for us- absolutely superb- thank you
2026-07-21
The staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. The standard of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was excellent, and the rooms were immaculate. Despite having overnight rain/storms a number of times during our stay, the pool area and the pool itself was kept really clean. There seemed to always be someone cleaning somewhere everytime we walked through the hotel, which says a lot about the standards in the hotel.
2026-07-20
This was our first visit to Lake Garda and to the hotel. Our experience exceeded expectations. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, for example, I wanted to access the gym before the official opening hours and the night manager opened it at 7am for me to do a little exercise before the heat of the day. I very much appreciated this. I did not have breakfast but my husband, who is very picky, enjoyed the service and the food very much indeed. One of the very best hotels he said!!

2026-07-12

2026-07-01
We would like to especially compliment Nicole who is an excellent employee and made our visit delightful

The hotel and its gardens are kept immaculately clean and combined with a very professional and friendly service from all the staff made it a wonderful holiday. The breakfast provided had everything you would want with both hot and cold food and it’s served right up to 1100hrs which suited us. The swimming pool was a delight with the extremely hot weather and there was plenty of sun beds for everyone. Thanks to the Madrina for a wonderful holiday

Grazie Grazie Grazie. Euer Haus hätte von mir mindestens 5.Sterne verdient. Liebe Grüße Michaela Exel

We had two wonderful nights at Villa Madrina! Sylvia was so helpful via email and What'sAp before our arrival. Check in was easy, rooms were beautiful and clean. The dining experience was excellent. Highly professional staff and well prepared food - always! One day was rainy and we had to come up with alternate plans. We did the yoga class with Dianna, and it was really great! Then we chose to do spa and also a beauty treatment in the afternoon. It was all lovely. Thank you for a great stay! PS...I'm an animal person, and I also really loved seeing cute Leo on the property. Love how he surveys "his" kingdom. :-)

I wanted to write to you all at the “Villa Madrina” to say THANK YOU for a wonderful stay at your hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves and were very lucky with the weather too. I have been putting a lot of photos etc on my travel agency social-media pages – which you might like to take a look at… www.Facebook.com/lucymorganstc with very best wishes to Mrs. Tondini too.
