Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen und bekamen sofort Auskunft über die Situation mit den umliegenden Restaurants bzw wurde uns gleich eines empfohlen da nur eine gewisse Auswahl geöffnet hatte. Auch beim Frühstück und im Wellnessbereich wurde einem immer sofort geholfen sollte man Fragen gehabt haben.

We stayed in room 102 and we couldn't turn off the lights of the balcony. Definitely could have been user error (our mistake), but we didn't really asked either. Also, room was a little hot even at the minimum setting. However, it did not affect our stay at all and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Big thanks to the staff.

The Linder is a wonderful hotel. There’s undoubtedly attention to detail. I stayed just 2 two nights. I was late check in & late check out. Place was very clean. Even noticed staff cleaning exit stairways. Housekeeping were extremely thorough, no shortcuts @ morning room make-up… & pleasant to talk too. Staff at the reception were extremely polite, attentive & informative even when arrived @ 22h00 & late check out at 12h00

There was a staff member that walked in on us in our room. Which was no problem and more funny than anything, we had an early night in and we’re just sleeping. But it was shocking to be woken up by a stranger walking into our room. Again, not anything serious for us…but in other circumstances it may have been really terrible 😂 But seriously I loved this place so much! The sauna and pool! The staff! I’m definitely coming back here!

This was our fourth stay at Linder so needless to say, your hotel just hits the right spot for us. The location, walkability to town without being in the very crowded area, is wonderful. We also love seeing some of the old faces every time we return. Cleaning staff do wonderful job even though we don’t see them. The multiway door hinge on our balcony door was faulty room 306, the tablet didn’t hold charge unless plugged in, we couldn’t work out what the temperature control was for or how to change them. Copio quello che ho scritto sulla recensione Booking: esperienza eccezionale. In 4 coppie per un week end senza figli. Non c'è stato un solo aspetto che meriti meno di 10. La struttura, la gentilezza dello staff, la spa, la piscina, il bar, la qualità molto molto alta sia della cena (10 e lode) che della colazione. Sarà difficile per noi trovare un posto che possa superare questo questo hotel nel concetto di  "il nostro posto del cuore in montagna". Voto 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you. The only small issue we incurred was with the hire of the Mountain Bikes. The first day both bikes worked fine, but the bikes on the 2nd day on a much longer ride, didnt go so well. One bike the pedal fell off, half way around the Sellaronda trail, and the other bike lost compression on the rear brakes. We managed to get both bikes safely back to the hotel, but we couldnt do the 2nd half on the mountain bike trails, as we had set out to do. Recommendation is for a bit more attention to the bike maintenance :-)

My family´s only complaint is that there is constant noise in the bedrooms from the slamming of doors in neighbouring rooms - to an extent that even the walls shake repeatedly. This is our second stay at the Lindner and we just love it. The Hotel is fantastic, the location perfect and the staff very efficient and friendly. I have worked in hospitality all my adult life and you are running a great hotel. To areas: a) Tuesday evening seemed to be very busy (restaurant was closed and bar staff was struggling to keep up) b) People continuously use the Sauna being dressed, that creates some discomfort for people that are not dressed. Enforcing the rules so everyone can enjoy the beautiful space would be great.

For us older generation, the electronic information is a bit overwhelming in the beginning. Like the electronic bar price list and scanning in to see our bill. Once I figured it out it was great. The green option and receiving money to spend in the bar is also a great idea that I did use. Thankyou.

Wonderful staff. We arrived early for skiing and it was so nice that I was able to get into our room early. Really appreciate it. We had so many questions before we traveled from the U.S. and the staff/owner always responded promptly which made it less stressful for us!

Vielen Dank für das herzliche Service-Team im Restaurant (Luis) und im Frühstücksbereich! Auch an die freundliche Putzdame! Die englisch und italienisch sprechende Dame an der Rezeption war eher reserviert, man hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass sie ihren Job gerne macht. Sie war aber nicht unfreundlich, alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön geworden, ich kenne es seit vielen Jahren, auch noch das Nachbarhaus mit den einfacheren günstigen Zimmern. Wir waren viel zum Radfahren da. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

Ottimo hotel, posizione vicino agli impianti di risalita e al centro città, l'arredamento era davvero impressionante, l'area spa, la piscina e le saune erano realizzate con un design unico. Congratulazioni a te e a tutto il team per averci permesso di trascorrere questo periodo presso il vostro hotel.
