Hello, I thought your hotel was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay. Your reception staff were always nice and helpful however the staff (not all) during breakfast and dinner were cold and definitely not inviting hence why I only had dinner on the first night. Considering everyone else was very pleasant this let down stay and would question coming back in the snow season.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in ihrem Hotel und haben die Zeit genossen. Eine einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, die wir sehen, besteht im Badezimmer. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, eine Toilettentasche oder irgendwelche Utensilien dort abzustellen,beziehungsweise aufzuhängen. Ein paar Haken oder ein Regal wären schon sehr hilfreich.

We had a great stay and holiday and loved the hotel facilities, styling and vibe. We particularly loved the restaurant and bar staff who were friendly and helpful. Our only issues were a couple of lights didn't work in our room 203 we forgot to mention it on checkout, right side bedside lamp, and reading lamp socket over the chair. We also didn't receive some of the free gifts for the biking enudro package, energy bars, bottle and photographs that were listed on the invoice at the time of booking. Our biking tour 3 day enduro package was great nonetheless with our guide Carlos, trails and scenery were epic. The bar drinks were expensive I wish somebody had mentioned the beer fridge by the snooker table we found it on our last day as we love IPA beers!

Thanks for a lovely stay we had a great time. Some constructive feedback. I am gluten free and pescatarian (which is not uncommon in the UK) so although we wanted to eat in the hotel the only thing on the menu was burrata. Also I never saw any gluten free bread. It freezes/ toasts well so it is something that you could easily keep in the freezer and warm up when needed. The rooms were a little noisy. Too late to add soundproofing but perhaps a note asking folks not to walk about in shoes on the wooden floors? The bed (for me) was too hard. I asked daily and finally got an additional duvet to put underneath me but mattress toppers (again v common in the UK) would make all the difference. None of the above would stop us from returning but they are just suggestions. The reception staff were particularly helpful, finding the football for us on the TV and suggesting restaurants. And we really loved the spa. The chance to have a massage - even if just in room with a freelance person - would also be welcome!

We loved our stay at your hotel and would like to thank all the staff for their service. Loved the location as close to the ski slopes and the beautiful modern rooms and hotel amenities.
