All in all, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were highly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Abu & Gio took excellent care of us at all of the restaurants and the bar. We stayed in room 102 and we couldn't turn off the lights of the balcony. Definitely could have been user error (our mistake), but we didn't really asked either. Also, room was a little hot even at the minimum setting. However, it did not affect our stay at all and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Big thanks to the staff.

The Linder is a wonderful hotel. There’s undoubtedly attention to detail. I stayed just 2 two nights. I was late check in & late check out. Place was very clean. Even noticed staff cleaning exit stairways. Housekeeping were extremely thorough, no shortcuts @ morning room make-up… & pleasant to talk too. Staff at the reception were extremely polite, attentive & informative even when arrived @ 22h00 & late check out at 12h00

There was a staff member that walked in on us in our room. Which was no problem and more funny than anything, we had an early night in and we’re just sleeping. But it was shocking to be woken up by a stranger walking into our room. Again, not anything serious for us…but in other circumstances it may have been really terrible 😂 But seriously I loved this place so much! The sauna and pool! The staff! I’m definitely coming back here!

This was our fourth stay at Linder so needless to say, your hotel just hits the right spot for us. The location, walkability to town without being in the very crowded area, is wonderful. The multiway door hinge on our balcony door was faulty room 306, the tablet didn’t hold charge unless plugged in, we couldn’t work out what the temperature control was for or how to change them. Maybe some instructions or guidance. We also got extremely hot in the night so not sure if there is air conditioning or not. Copio quello che ho scritto sulla recensione Booking: esperienza eccezionale. In 4 coppie per un week end senza figli. Non c'è stato un solo aspetto che meriti meno di 10. La struttura, la gentilezza dello staff, la spa, la piscina, il bar, la qualità molto molto alta sia della cena (10 e lode) che della colazione. Sarà difficile per noi trovare un posto che possa superare questo questo hotel nel concetto di  "il nostro posto del cuore in montagna". Voto 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you. The only small issue we incurred was with the hire of the Mountain Bikes. The first day both bikes worked fine, but the bikes on the 2nd day on a much longer ride, didnt go so well. One bike the pedal fell off, half way around the Sellaronda trail, and the other bike lost compression on the rear brakes. We managed to get both bikes safely back to the hotel, but we couldnt do the 2nd half on the mountain bike trails, as we had set out to do. Recommendation is for a bit more attention to the bike maintenance :-)

My thanks to the cleaning staff and also to the restaurant(s) staff - I would like to mention the friendly talkative south Italian guy, I think he's from Puglia, we chatted in the italian language; also the Romanian guy from Cluj that served us in the Bistro, our compatriot. Not to forget your friendly wine sommelier, who does a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes, but who also knows his wines, I liked his recommendations.

This is our second stay at the Lindner and we just love it. The Hotel is fantastic, the location perfect and the staff very efficient and friendly. I have worked in hospitality all my adult life and you are running a great hotel. To areas: a) Tuesday evening seemed to be very busy (restaurant was closed and bar staff was struggling to keep up) b) People continuously use the Sauna being dressed, that creates some discomfort for people that are not dressed. Enforcing the rules so everyone can enjoy the beautiful space would be great.
