Loved the wellness pool area. We did find the lack of fridge in the room odd, we are from Australia and that’s standard for us. We also would have liked another pillow each as they were a tad thin. A fan or some kind of air circulation in room also would be beneficial as we found room felt very stagnant and if door is open you hear road traffic outside whilst sleeping. Other than that excellent hotel we loved our stay!

We were impressed by the quality of the finishings in all aspects of the building. The attention to details throughout was impeccable. The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in during our whole trip. A special mention to the staff working hard in the spa area to constantly keep it spotless.

Overall epic but the servers in the restaurant both breakfast and dinner were a bit dry, slow (at breakfast) and a little funny about us paying the bill on checkout day.

Just like last year, we had another fantastic stay. The location, the cleanliness and, above all, the friendliness of the staff are truly excellent. Everything just comes together perfectly here: starting the day with a delicious breakfast, heading out into the mountains for a beautiful hike, having the option to charge our car, and then relaxing in the spa and wellness area. What really makes the difference for us is the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Whenever there is a small issue or we have a question, someone is immediately there to help. And that really goes for everyone: from the reception staff to the bartenders and the housekeeping team. Everyone is equally friendly, helpful and attentive. This year again, it felt a little bit like coming home. The fact that we happily return after a year probably says enough. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, the hotel itself, the facilities and, most importantly, the people makes us leave with an amazing feeling every time. If we could give 6 stars, we absolutely would. We are already looking forward to coming back again!

The best hotel of our trip! The staff was attentive and helpful. We were treated very well. The room was excellent, pleasant, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality items. We also went to the Luís Eatery restaurant—the food was exceptional. I have nothing but praise for the hotel. I’ll recommend it to friends and family, and I’d even like to return one day in the winter.

I just wanted to say how amazing our stay was at the hotel. It looked nice from the photos but it far exceeded expectations and was incredible value for money. A special mention must go to your team, from the reception, cleaners, bar & restaurant / breakfast staff - they all made us feel so incredibly welcomed and looked after. Marina & Pasquale were particular highlights but I didnt get a chance to learn everyone elses name, they were all so pleasant to deal with. Marina helped me organise a special afternoon to celebrate the engagement with my fiance. Pasquale and the bar / restaurant stuff were jovial, attentive & exceptional at their craft & service Thank you so much!
