We stayed in room 102 and we couldn't turn off the lights of the balcony. Definitely could have been user error (our mistake), but we didn't really asked either. Also, room was a little hot even at the minimum setting. However, it did not affect our stay at all and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Big thanks to the staff.

The Linder is a wonderful hotel. There’s undoubtedly attention to detail. I stayed just 2 two nights. I was late check in & late check out. Place was very clean. Even noticed staff cleaning exit stairways. Housekeeping were extremely thorough, no shortcuts @ morning room make-up… & pleasant to talk too. But it was shocking to be woken up by a stranger walking into our room. This was our fourth stay at Linder so needless to say, your hotel just hits the right spot for us. The location, walkability to town without being in the very crowded area, is wonderful. The multiway door hinge on our balcony door was faulty room 306, the tablet didn’t hold charge unless plugged in, we couldn’t work out what the temperature control was for or how to change them. Copio quello che ho scritto sulla recensione Booking: esperienza eccezionale. In 4 coppie per un week end senza figli. Non c'è stato un solo aspetto che meriti meno di 10. La struttura, la gentilezza dello staff, la spa, la piscina, il bar, la qualità molto molto alta sia della cena (10 e lode) che della colazione. Sarà difficile per noi trovare un posto che possa superare questo questo hotel nel concetto di  "il nostro posto del cuore in montagna". Voto 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you. The only small issue we incurred was with the hire of the Mountain Bikes. The first day both bikes worked fine, but the bikes on the 2nd day on a much longer ride, didnt go so well. One bike the pedal fell off, half way around the Sellaronda trail, and the other bike lost compression on the rear brakes. We managed to get both bikes safely back to the hotel, but we couldnt do the 2nd half on the mountain bike trails, as we had set out to do. Recommendation is for a bit more attention to the bike maintenance :-)

Please reconsider your system regarding the exchange of the sauna towels. We threw the wet towels in the boxes within the sauna area, but didn’t receive new ones but had to ask for them every day.

The food is excellent, your team is very courteous and friendly, the facilities are really good. My family´s only complaint is that there is constant noise in the bedrooms from the slamming of doors in neighbouring rooms - to an extent that even the walls shake repeatedly. The door absorptions (Türfederungen) simply do not work properly.
