My thanks to the cleaning staff and also to the restaurant(s) staff - I would like to mention the friendly talkative south Italian guy, I think he's from Puglia, we chatted in the italian language; also the Romanian guy from Cluj that served us in the Bistro, our compatriot. Not to forget your friendly wine sommelier, who does a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes, but who also knows his wines, I liked his recommendations.

This is our second stay at the Lindner and we just love it. The Hotel is fantastic, the location perfect and the staff very efficient and friendly. I have worked in hospitality all my adult life and you are running a great hotel. To areas: a) Tuesday evening seemed to be very busy (restaurant was closed and bar staff was struggling to keep up) b) People continuously use the Sauna being dressed, that creates some discomfort for people that are not dressed. Enforcing the rules so everyone can enjoy the beautiful space would be great.

Your reception staff were always nice and helpful however the staff (not all) during breakfast and dinner were cold and definitely not inviting hence why I only had dinner on the first night. We had a great stay and holiday and loved the hotel facilities, styling and vibe. We particularly loved the restaurant and bar staff who were friendly and helpful. Our only issues were a couple of lights didn't work in our room 203 we forgot to mention it on checkout, right side bedside lamp, and reading lamp socket over the chair. We also didn't receive some of the free gifts for the biking enudro package, energy bars, bottle and photographs that were listed on the invoice at the time of booking. Our biking tour 3 day enduro package was great nonetheless with our guide Carlos, trails and scenery were epic. The bar drinks were expensive I wish somebody had mentioned the beer fridge by the snooker table we found it on our last day as we love IPA beers!
