We were very happy with the welcome we received. We especially wanted to mention our appreciation to David who works at the restaurant/bar. The first night we got in, we slept through dinner service and woke up very hungry around 11/12 pm. David tried to find restaurants for us but when nothing was open, he gave us bar snacks. We were so grateful and appreciated his hospitality. He also told us more about the hotel and made us feel very welcome. Throughout our stay, everyone was very kind and welcoming. We also thought the hotel was very tastefully designed and well kept. It was obviously the best looking hotel in the area. We really liked the doors/windows and the outside decor. The pool was very nice too. It made our stay in Dolomite very pleasant and memorable. We are definitely recommending your hotel. Thank you.

We stayed in room 102 and we couldn't turn off the lights of the balcony. Definitely could have been user error (our mistake), but we didn't really asked either. Also, room was a little hot even at the minimum setting. However, it did not affect our stay at all and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Big thanks to the staff.

Even noticed staff cleaning exit stairways. Housekeeping were extremely thorough, no shortcuts @ morning room make-up… & pleasant to talk too. Staff at the reception were extremely polite, attentive & informative even when arrived @ 22h00 & late check out at 12h00

There was a staff member that walked in on us in our room. Which was no problem and more funny than anything, we had an early night in and we’re just sleeping. But it was shocking to be woken up by a stranger walking into our room. Again, not anything serious for us…but in other circumstances it may have been really terrible 😂 But seriously I loved this place so much! The sauna and pool! The staff! This was our fourth stay at Linder so needless to say, your hotel just hits the right spot for us. The location, walkability to town without being in the very crowded area, is wonderful. We also love seeing some of the old faces every time we return. Cleaning staff do wonderful job even though we don’t see them. The multiway door hinge on our balcony door was faulty room 306, the tablet didn’t hold charge unless plugged in, we couldn’t work out what the temperature control was for or how to change them. Maybe some instructions or guidance. We also got extremely hot in the night so not sure if there is air conditioning or not. Copio quello che ho scritto sulla recensione Booking: esperienza eccezionale. In 4 coppie per un week end senza figli. Non c'è stato un solo aspetto che meriti meno di 10. La struttura, la gentilezza dello staff, la spa, la piscina, il bar, la qualità molto molto alta sia della cena (10 e lode) che della colazione. Sarà difficile per noi trovare un posto che possa superare questo questo hotel nel concetto di  "il nostro posto del cuore in montagna". Voto 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you. The only small issue we incurred was with the hire of the Mountain Bikes. The first day both bikes worked fine, but the bikes on the 2nd day on a much longer ride, didnt go so well. One bike the pedal fell off, half way around the Sellaronda trail, and the other bike lost compression on the rear brakes. We managed to get both bikes safely back to the hotel, but we couldnt do the 2nd half on the mountain bike trails, as we had set out to do. Recommendation is for a bit more attention to the bike maintenance :-)

Please reconsider your system regarding the exchange of the sauna towels. We threw the wet towels in the boxes within the sauna area, but didn’t receive new ones but had to ask for them every day.
