Das Essen und die Auswahl der Speisen war immer hervorragend. Lob auch an die Köche die die Speisen und Teller hervorragend garniert haben. Leider ist es uns zweimal passiert, dass bei Fleischspeisen die Qualität des Fleisches nicht den Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne-Restaurants entsprachen. Es wurde Fleisch verwendet, welches den hohen Qualitätsansprüchen eines 4-Sterne-Restaurants nicht entsprachen. Die Fleischstücke waren mit Sehnen und nicht kaufähigen Teilen durchzogen. Hier sollte man auf eine bessere Fleischqualität achten. Das erste Mal haben wir es ignoriert, aber beim 2. Mal haben wir reklamiert. Wir aßen aber sonst auch Fleischstücke mit hervorragender Qualität. Der Koch sollte da etwas mehr auf die Fleichqualität achten.

We had a wondeful stay in the resort! Thank you so much, the whole team, especially also the two ladies creating the excellent breakfast, which is simply great! Thanks for their friendly and perfect service and the excellent coffee! Also many thanks to the man at the bar, we had excellent drinks and again, perfect sevice. the same for the team in the restaurant! Many thanks to te whole cleaning team! Sehr freundliches Personal, an der Rezeption und im Service. Die Damen beim Frühstück hatten immer gute Laune und wir haben jeden Tag ein bisschen Italienisch gelernt. Der Restaurantbereich, Lobby, Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Draussen konnten wir wegen der Wetterverhältnisse nicht viel nutzen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
