Amazing stay and customer experience starting from check-in throughout our stay. Professional and high quality service in all interactions with the staff. The view from the restaurant was awesome and the food and service top notch, at reasonable price. No reason to even consider dinner outside the hotel. Thank you to reception manage when we arrived who was charming and gave us Prosecco whilst we had to wait as he was attending another customer. Compliments to the chefs who designed and created a wonderful menu which was delivered to perfection; to the sommelier whose wine recommendations were perfectly paired with our menu choices. We had a great 9 night stay at the resort, the staff in particular were all very polite and helpful, responding quickly when had additional requests and making arrangements like the courtesy bus for trips into town. Their efforts made the stay that much more enjoyable.

We were so pleased with personal all around, but particularly enjoyed Ben (Benjamin) A true host who makes you want to come back and get to know this beautiful area. By his suggestion we made a stop in our way out and absolutely loved it and made for a special memory to the end of our trip. Stefanie was very kind and helpful. Maar het genieten blijft duren dankzij de zeer goede service tijdens het ontbijt, aan het zwembad, tijdens de lunch en in het restaurant. Dagelijkse perfect onderhoud van de kamers.
