We would like to thank Ben from reception who was fantastic and so helpful at our arrival after we had serious problems with the car rental company. It was truly a joy to be welcomed to the hotel by him and he was so caring. Also the cleaning lady was excellent. We never had this level of cleaning at any other place. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. We asked for help booking a bike activity which was wonderful and they went out of their way to do us favors such as a breakfast bag to go when we had to leave early in the morning which I must express my gratitude for. The lovely woman who first greeted us at reception was very appreciated after a disappointing morning. Our room wasn’t ready so we enjoyed a nice lunch in the restaurant. We were then upgraded unexpectedly & that small act turn our bad morning into a great great stay. Thank you!

At every turn each member of staff was unfailingly helpful and welcoming. On a personal note, I would not have got through breakfast on the morning of Sarah and Raffaele’s wedding without coffee and hugs from the wonderful breakfast staff!
