having been let down by service for the first few nights of our stay in Bardolino, your staff were all amazing at making us feel welcome: helping selection for my wife's gluten allergy, checking in to top up our drinks, and generally being kind and happy. the couple at the table next to us said exactly the same thing. We have already recommended you to another family staying at our hotel.
