The bartender at the pool was really nice and attentive. There was also a guy with a French mustache that was always attentive and seemed to do multiple jobs. He was amazing! Seemed to always be on top of things!

Lady who was in charge of cleaning of our room did a wonderful job! She was amazing, always on time, finishing everything while we were having a breakfast. Also, the waitress Chiara was so friendly with our child, all along doing her job in a professional way. She was not noticable, she did not disturb us, and yet she was always on time taking care of all we needed. These two ladies are for us the faces we will remember always from the Villa, people like them are the best ambassadors of the service.

Die Leute, welche im Restaurant, in welchem das Frühstück serviert wurde, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Dame, welche das Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat eine tolle Arbeit gemacht und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Leute, welche abends, also während des Pizza-Abends, des Hochzeitsdinners und des BBQ gearbeitet haben, haben weniger hilfsbereit, freundlich und motiviert gewirkt. Wenn man z.B. die Bitte, beim Hochzeitsdinners einen Teller mit Pasta warmzustellen, weil eine Person nicht am Tisch ist und diese Person dann 20 Minuten später an den Tisch kommt, während noch der Nachschlag beim Pastagang serviert wird, der Teller mit Pasta, der eigentlich hätte warm gestellt werden sollen, dann komplett kalt kommt, ist dass wirklich keine gute Leistung. Zudem sind Pasta, die al dente gekocht sind, selbst für Kleinkinder (18 Monate) in Italien nicht geeignet, da die Pasta nicht genügend gekocht ist, so dass das Kind diese im Mund "zerkauen" oder besser gesagt zerdrücken kann.
