I went to Poseidon to celebrate my birthday following a friend recommendation. It was even better than I thought! This is the place to go if you really want to relax and immerse yourself in the nature. The staff around the park is extremely helpful and kind, I felt truly spoiled! Particularly I would like to thank Marianna for providing me with all the details and information I needed and also Tina who gave me the most amazing massage! I highly recommend the Ayurveda massage, she was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely caring.. overall I had a wonderful experience in Poseidon Terme and certainly the perfect birthday treat! I’ll definitely go back and bring all my loved ones with me

Great job. The site was beautifully kept, immaculately clean and the planting made for a beautiful back drop. The layout made it feel very uncrowded as there was always a little corner of peace and quiet to be found. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The most beautiful spot at the entire Ischia island! Highly appreciated the peaceful, silent ambience of the resort — could only hear the water, loved it. Other than that it’s really clean, well kept, highly aesthetical, the food in the restaurant was the best we had during our stay at the island, the shop is super nice (a golden spot for ladies;), it was such a panpering and nourishing experience to spend there 2 days! And an extra thank you for the staff in the restaurant — they are super kind and friendly.

I just want to thank the woman with reddish shoulder length hair who worked at the clothing retail shop. I was concerned about security of my belongings using the locker room system with the wristbands. She assured me 110% that the locker room was secure and NO ONE could break in. I trusted her guidance because of her tone and reassurance, and had a great time not worrying about my belongings. I will be back!

Frequento il Parco Termale Poseidon fin dal lontano 1978, e ogni volta che vi ritorno è come rivivere la magia della prima volta. Questo luogo è un vero gioiello di Ischia: incastonato in una baia meravigliosa, circondato da natura rigogliosa e con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Le piscine termali, con le loro diverse temperature, offrono un percorso di benessere unico, sempre curato con grande attenzione. L’atmosfera è rilassante, elegante ma mai artificiosa, perfetta per rigenerarsi corpo e mente. In tutti questi anni ho potuto apprezzare non solo la bellezza senza tempo del parco, ma anche la professionalità e la costante qualità dei servizi. Per me il Poseidon resta un punto di riferimento insostituibile, un angolo di paradiso che continua a regalarmi emozioni da oltre quarant’anni.

The park is very well organized, with all necessary facilities available — clean and in good condition (changing rooms, showers, lockers for valuables). The restaurant offers tasty, high-quality food at reasonable prices. Even in high season, it is not overcrowded, which makes the visit comfortable. I also had an excellent, professional relaxing massage which, despite the high cost, was absolutely worth it in my opinion. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the park was an amazing experience and we absolutely loved the very well maintained gardens and the use of the unique natural resources. Maybe a ticket which is for couple of hours may attract more customers to the park. We recommend as well kids menu at the restaurant, and restaurant menu on English. Overall we are extremely happy with our experience at the park.Great Job! Keep doing it!

Prima volta all’isola di Ischia e la sorpresa del primo giorno è stata immensa. Fin dall’ingresso ho notato organizzazione, serietà, pulizia e professionalità. Bene le cuffie anche se ho notato che alcuni clienti avevano bandane, consiglio un attenzione maggiore per i furbetti. Spogliatoi e docce veramente molto comode e pulite. L’idea del bracciale è geniale, ti facilita negli armadietti ed eventualmente se vuoi uscire/entrare dalla spiaggia e dalle terme stesse. Il percorso consigliato è molto semplice e bello e se rispetti le indicazioni senti realmente il benessere. Percorso giapponese e sauna nella grotta il meglio. Curato e mantenuto molto bene. Consiglierò a chiunque mi chieda di Ischia sicuro la vostra struttura. Bravi.

Frequento assiduamente il Poseidon sin da bambina, da 48 anni, sempre eccellente e con la grande capacità di ampliare i propri servizi ed alzare lo standard dei servizi. Il personale tutto qualificato e sempre gentile. E' sempre un piacere trascorrere qualche giorno di relax e abbiamo deciso di sottoscrivere gli abbonamenti per il periodo feriale che come sempre trascorreremo ad Ischia. Es war beeindruckend durch die Anlage zu wandern, immer wieder in ein Becken zu steigen, sich abzukühlen, die tolle Sauna zu genießen, sich in der Grotte de la Vino zu laben und anschließend ins Meer baden zu gehen. Nicht zu vergessen, dass auf Sauberkeit sehr viel Wert gelegt wird. Ich werde diesen Tagesaufenthalt nie vergessen und weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis .
