2026-09-14
Eine wunderschöne Anlage - einzigartig! Haben im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen!
2026-09-14
It was a fantastic visit!
2026-09-14
2026-09-14
Beautiful spot - we loved it here!

Very friendly and patient in answering my questions. Very knowledgeable as well. There was one young man(I’m sorry, I don’t know his name) that was helping out at different locations throughout Poseidon. Great job.

2026-07-06
Va tutto bene👍

The wine bar is excellent. The food is the best in Poseidon. And the location is great. There should be more signs pointing to the wine bar. The man Cooking the bruschetta makes the best bruschetta on the island in my experience.

2026-05-21
Thankyou for making our day in paradise!
2026-05-21
Our day at Giardini Poseidon Terme was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of our time in Ischia. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why this place is considered such a special destination on the island. The gardens are absolutely stunning, the thermal pools are beautifully maintained, and the views overlooking Citara Bay are breathtaking at every turn. What truly elevated the experience was the incredible management and staff. Everything runs so smoothly despite the size of the property, and you can tell there is a strong attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. The entire park was spotless, organized, and peaceful, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the day. Many visitors mention how well-managed and relaxing the park feels, and we completely agree.

Grazie!

2026-04-26
I have never visited a wellness resort with such high quality service before. perfect cleaning, cleanliness of the environment, maintenance of furniture and equipment in top condition. I work in hospitality and I have a critical eye. :) congratulations, the attitude of all employees was very kind and professional. very good job! if I can mention one thing that does not fit the whole concept, it is the food trays. they slightly "degrade" the quality of the food - it would be enough to replace them .. but that is really a small thing. compared to the great service of the entire resort.
2026-04-25
👌
2026-04-23
Thanks all!!!
2026-04-22

I don’t know his name but there was a young man who explained the “path” of the baths. I encountered him about 2 hours after I arrived. He was friendly & helpful. I mentioned going to the wine bar & he told me it wasn’t yet open.
