Toen ik eerder deze week mijn iPhone vergeten was op het toilet en ik dit 10 min later ontdekte, kon ik terecht bij een heel vriendelijke en bereidwillige life gard. Hij kon mij vrijwel meteen geruststellen en aangeven dat mijn toestel gevonden was en kon afgehaald worden aan de ingang. Bedankt voor zo’ n efficiënte en loyale service!!!

Es ist mir wichtig, dass ich Sie bitte, der Physiotherapeutin, die vom 13. - 20. Juli die Wassergymnastik angeleitet hat, großen Dank auszusprechen. Leider hat das am 20. persönlich nicht geklappt. Ich hatte im März 2026 eine Hüft-TEP, und die Physiotherapeutin (ich vermute Barbara) hat meine Fragen äußerst zuvorkommend beantwortet. Bei allen Übungen hat sie mir immer wieder Zeichen gegeben, was ich evtl. meiden soll - ganz große Hochachtung für so viel Empathie!!

The clerks that helped me to book a massage were very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Right away I knew that I could trust them. The staff at the nearby lockers were helpful as well. Very friendly and patient in answering my questions. Very knowledgeable as well. There was one young man(I’m sorry, I don’t know his name) that was helping out at different locations throughout Poseidon. Great job.

Sono ormai diversi anni che vengo presso la vostra struttura a fine giugno, dopo aver girato alcuni altri parchi termali e avendo capito la superiorità del Poseidon specie per quanto riguarda la pulizia in generale ed in particolare dell'acqua delle vasche. Trovo meravigliose le varie prestazioni con gli ombrelloni con vista mare e davvero utili gli armadietti dove riporre le cose personali, nonché la cura del giardino con le spettacolari piante che trovano evidentemente il loro habitat perfetto.

Our day at Giardini Poseidon Terme was one of the most relaxing and memorable experiences of our time in Ischia. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why this place is considered such a special destination on the island. The gardens are absolutely stunning, the thermal pools are beautifully maintained, and the views overlooking Citara Bay are breathtaking at every turn. What truly elevated the experience was the incredible management and staff. Everything runs so smoothly despite the size of the property, and you can tell there is a strong attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience. The entire park was spotless, organized, and peaceful, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the day. I have never visited a wellness resort with such high quality service before. perfect cleaning, cleanliness of the environment, maintenance of furniture and equipment in top condition. I work in hospitality and I have a critical eye. :) congratulations, the attitude of all employees was very kind and professional. very good job! if I can mention one thing that does not fit the whole concept, it is the food trays. they slightly "degrade" the quality of the food - it would be enough to replace them .. but that is really a small thing. compared to the great service of the entire resort.

I went to Poseidon to celebrate my birthday following a friend recommendation. It was even better than I thought! This is the place to go if you really want to relax and immerse yourself in the nature. The staff around the park is extremely helpful and kind, I felt truly spoiled! Particularly I would like to thank Marianna for providing me with all the details and information I needed and also Tina who gave me the most amazing massage! I highly recommend the Ayurveda massage, she was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely caring.. overall I had a wonderful experience in Poseidon Terme and certainly the perfect birthday treat! I’ll definitely go back and bring all my loved ones with me

The most beautiful spot at the entire Ischia island! Highly appreciated the peaceful, silent ambience of the resort — could only hear the water, loved it. Other than that it’s really clean, well kept, highly aesthetical, the food in the restaurant was the best we had during our stay at the island, the shop is super nice (a golden spot for ladies;), it was such a panpering and nourishing experience to spend there 2 days! And an extra thank you for the staff in the restaurant — they are super kind and friendly.

I just want to thank the woman with reddish shoulder length hair who worked at the clothing retail shop. I was concerned about security of my belongings using the locker room system with the wristbands. She assured me 110% that the locker room was secure and NO ONE could break in. Questo luogo è un vero gioiello di Ischia: incastonato in una baia meravigliosa, circondato da natura rigogliosa e con una vista sul mare che lascia senza fiato. Le piscine termali, con le loro diverse temperature, offrono un percorso di benessere unico, sempre curato con grande attenzione. L’atmosfera è rilassante, elegante ma mai artificiosa, perfetta per rigenerarsi corpo e mente. In tutti questi anni ho potuto apprezzare non solo la bellezza senza tempo del parco, ma anche la professionalità e la costante qualità dei servizi. Per me il Poseidon resta un punto di riferimento insostituibile, un angolo di paradiso che continua a regalarmi emozioni da oltre quarant’anni.

Mi sono trovata benissimo: un’oasi di pace e bellezza, con panorami mozzafiato, piscine termali curate e un’atmosfera rilassante che rigenera davvero corpo e mente. Tutto perfetto, dall’organizzazione agli spazi verdi curatissimi. È stato un piacere trascorrere del tempo qui, sicuramente un luogo dove ritornerò con piacere.
