We booked this stay on hotels.com and it was exactly as shown. There was a slight sewage stench in the room however when we asked the front desk about it, she said it happens when the tide comes in and there is not a ton that can be done. I do think an air freshener was added and we did get used to it and honestly the view of the room was worth it ;) The desk manager was able to extend our stay in our same room as well as organize us a scooter one day. The staff at the restaurant is awesome as well and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was so kind; nothing felt forced. I would absolutely stay here again.

She went out of her way to find a vase for flowers I had purchased from the market. The restaurant wouldn't let me borrow even a "glass" to put the flowers in, but she found a beautiful vase for me. I appreciated her willingness to go a little bit further1

The reason this was so helpful is the language barrier we had as we do not speak Italian! The staff at reception were exceptional and made us feel extremely welcome. They also made great coffee. The location was magnificent. Our favorite hotel in Italy.

Buongiorno, wir waren sehr glücklich im Italia e Lido. In Hotels sind wir jedes Jahr ein paar Wochen, wir finden Ihr Hotel sehr sauber und die Dusche funktionierte bestens, was selten vorkommt. Das Personal war ruhig und einfach anzusprechen. Am Empfang wurde uns jederzeit kompetent und freundlich geholfen. Es gibt Nichts zu kritisieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Sie weiter.
