Da wir flexibel reisen (müssen), fänden wir es sehr schön, wenn die Option bestünde, ein Zimmer mit Stornierungsmöglichkeit bis 18.00 zu buchen. So wie das andere Hotels auch haben. Dafür würde man dann natürlich mehr zahlen für das Zimmer. Der Herr (Brille, graue Haare), Liselotte und Tiziana an der Rezeption waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I appreciate the kindess shown by Lorenzo and Luca. There were a couple others who extended their kindness as well .. the man in the bar area, and the two gals during breakfast. For someone who travels alone, it was especially welcome.

Maria from housekeeping is awesome! She went out of her way to make sure I had towels. The hotel needs to invest in new towels! They are old and well used. Lorenzo a server from the restaurant. I missed the cut off time for lunch, I asked another server if there was a possibility to make something simple anything, he said no. When Lorenzo saw me, he said we can make you a mixed salad no problem. A total different attitude from one server to another. Mind you I stayed at your hotel from June 14-June 30 that's 16 days! I should have been treated like a VIP customer, not like one of your tour guide groups that steal your sugars you put on the table, yep I watched a bunch of old ladies steal sugar to put in the backpack every day? Lucca, the restaurant manager, he always greeted me with a huge big smile every morning for breakfast! Love his energy. Your front desk team is awesome and very important as first impressions. Marlow I believe is his name, super great, always willing to take time to listen to my stories of the days adventure. Another two nice ladies, one with short salt and pepper hair wears glasses and the blonde from Sweden always asking how my day was, as a solo traveler I appreciated them asking.

We booked this stay on hotels.com and it was exactly as shown. There was a slight sewage stench in the room however when we asked the front desk about it, she said it happens when the tide comes in and there is not a ton that can be done. I do think an air freshener was added and we did get used to it and honestly the view of the room was worth it ;) The desk manager was able to extend our stay in our same room as well as organize us a scooter one day. The staff at the restaurant is awesome as well and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was so kind; nothing felt forced. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful- they went out of their way to help us with reservations for dinner (cancelled one and made a new one). The reason this was so helpful is the language barrier we had as we do not speak Italian!
