I appreciate the kindess shown by Lorenzo and Luca. There were a couple others who extended their kindness as well .. the man in the bar area, and the two gals during breakfast. For someone who travels alone, it was especially welcome.

Maria from housekeeping is awesome! She went out of her way to make sure I had towels. The hotel needs to invest in new towels! They are old and well used. Lorenzo a server from the restaurant. I missed the cut off time for lunch, I asked another server if there was a possibility to make something simple anything, he said no. When Lorenzo saw me, he said we can make you a mixed salad no problem. A total different attitude from one server to another. Mind you I stayed at your hotel from June 14-June 30 that's 16 days! I should have been treated like a VIP customer, not like one of your tour guide groups that steal your sugars you put on the table, yep I watched a bunch of old ladies steal sugar to put in the backpack every day? Lucca, the restaurant manager, he always greeted me with a huge big smile every morning for breakfast! Love his energy. Your front desk team is awesome and very important as first impressions. Marlow I believe is his name, super great, always willing to take time to listen to my stories of the days adventure. Another two nice ladies, one with short salt and pepper hair wears glasses and the blonde from Sweden always asking how my day was, as a solo traveler I appreciated them asking.

It was amazing to see the strong improvement in the restaurant,everything was better than last time’s. All from service to food! Big compliments to the manager and his team

Bra personal, bra och god frukost. Fantastiskt hotell med fint rum och härligt med ljudet från badet nedan, det somnade vi skönt till efter att ha lämnat en mycket bra balkong. Tack all personal 🥰

The two ladies on reception wearing glasses who spoke excellent English were both very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to your hotel. Sorry I can’t remember their names.

I had made a mistake in the booking of my accommodation in Rapallo so needed to urgently arrange somewhere to stay for 2 extra nights. The staff were so kind and helpful, fitting me in at very short notice, and nothing was too much trouble.
