We booked this stay on hotels.com and it was exactly as shown. There was a slight sewage stench in the room however when we asked the front desk about it, she said it happens when the tide comes in and there is not a ton that can be done. I do think an air freshener was added and we did get used to it and honestly the view of the room was worth it ;) The desk manager was able to extend our stay in our same room as well as organize us a scooter one day. The staff at the restaurant is awesome as well and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was so kind; nothing felt forced. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at your hotel for over 30 years. Your staff is so friendly and professional. You can not beat your location and the view.

Compliments to the management for hiring such wonderful staff. Everyone that we met, mainly at reception and those in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal, were so pleasant, helpful and cheerful.

Il sig.Luca in particolare e tutto lo staff ristorazione sono stati estremamente cordiali con il nostro piccolo, cosa mai scontata e ad alto valore aggiunto. in generale il personale è stato tutyo molto cordiale. Grazie
