A big thank you to everybody we met during our stay for making it a lovely 5 days - Grazie Mille !!!

2026-09-26

Our stay was wonderful! Thank you for providing us with an excellent room with the best and biggest terrace! We stayed for 12 days and the terrace was used every day. Thank you for being kind and available for us. Breakfast was somewhat «boring», we hoped for some variation. But that is a minor detail. We will come back one day😃 Kind regards, Ingrid & Øystein

2026-09-10

2026-08-01

Amazing staff who gave excellent service!

2026-08-01

2026-07-27

2026-07-26

Thankyou all for being so kind and nice during our stay. Your smiles alone made the trip great

2026-07-25

2026-07-24

The staff were friendly and professional. My small fridge in the room broke down during my stay and it was replaced within an hour of advising the reception staff! It was also nice to be able to have a drink at the bar downstairs at the end of the day.

2026-07-02

2026-06-30

I appreciate the kindess shown by Lorenzo and Luca. There were a couple others who extended their kindness as well .. the man in the bar area, and the two gals during breakfast. For someone who travels alone, it was especially welcome.

2026-06-27

Maria from housekeeping is awesome! She went out of her way to make sure I had towels. The hotel needs to invest in new towels! They are old and well used. Lorenzo a server from the restaurant. I missed the cut off time for lunch, I asked another server if there was a possibility to make something simple anything, he said no. When Lorenzo saw me, he said we can make you a mixed salad no problem. A total different attitude from one server to another. Mind you I stayed at your hotel from June 14-June 30 that's 16 days! I should have been treated like a VIP customer, not like one of your tour guide groups that steal your sugars you put on the table, yep I watched a bunch of old ladies steal sugar to put in the backpack every day? Lucca, the restaurant manager, he always greeted me with a huge big smile every morning for breakfast! Love his energy. Your front desk team is awesome and very important as first impressions. Marlow I believe is his name, super great, always willing to take time to listen to my stories of the days adventure. Another two nice ladies, one with short salt and pepper hair wears glasses and the blonde from Sweden always asking how my day was, as a solo traveler I appreciated them asking.

2026-06-27

It was amazing to see the strong improvement in the restaurant, everything was better than last time’s. All from service to food! Big compliments to the manager and his team

2026-06-22

The two ladies on reception wearing glasses who spoke excellent English were both very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to your hotel. Sorry I can’t remember their names.

2026-06-22

Tack all personal 🥰

2026-06-22

2026-06-18

I had made a mistake in the booking of my accommodation in Rapallo so needed to urgently arrange somewhere to stay for 2 extra nights. The staff were so kind and helpful, fitting me in at very short notice, and nothing was too much trouble.

2026-06-14

Appreciated staff filling our water bottles with cold water in the morning. Thank you to Reception staff for helpful service.

2026-06-14

2026-06-09

Profundo agradecimiento al personal. Maravillosa gente. De mucha calidad humana.

2026-06-02

We booked this stay on hotels.com and it was exactly as shown. There was a slight sewage stench in the room however when we asked the front desk about it, she said it happens when the tide comes in and there is not a ton that can be done. I do think an air freshener was added and we did get used to it and honestly the view of the room was worth it ;) The desk manager was able to extend our stay in our same room as well as organize us a scooter one day. The staff at the restaurant is awesome as well and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was so kind; nothing felt forced. I would absolutely stay here again.

2026-06-02

2026-05-23

Thank you and my compliments to the wonderful staff when I checked in, they were so welcoming and friendly and gave me suggestions and information on the Cinque Terre which I really wanted to explore.

2026-05-23

There was a lovely woman at the front desk with reddish hair who was kind, helpful and went out of her way to make my stay just as I wanted. She went out of her way to find a vase for flowers I had purchased from the market. The restaurant wouldn't let me borrow even a "glass" to put the flowers in, but she found a beautiful vase for me. I appreciated her willingness to go a little bit further1

2026-05-23

It was a wonderful stay in room #103. My husband and I would like to come again and stay for a week on room 103! Thank you all for a most enjoyable stay.

2026-05-20

2026-05-19

Köszönjük az Önöknél eltöltött gyönyörű pihenésünket. Elismerás a kollegáiknak mind a recepción dolgozókat, mind a reggeliztetőket, külön kiemelve a vacsoránál közreműködő csapatukat. Nem szeretnék a dícséret során megfeledkezni a szoba tisztaságáról gondoskodó takarítószemélyzetről sem, akiknek köszönhetően szobánkba visszatérve olyan szoba várt, mint első nap érkezésünk pillanatában

2026-05-18

Sehr freundlicher Empfang

2026-05-15

Thanks for your assistance seeking medical services

2026-05-15

Gentilissimi, molto cordiali.

2026-04-30

I want to thank the ENTIRE staff at the hotel (except the few times the cleaning ladies knocked on my door when I had the "CLOSED SIGN") for their gracious helpfulness. From the breakfast ladies, to the waiters (Lorenzo, the guy from Le Marche, the manager- I didn't catch their names), to the reception people. Great service, very helpful and professional!

2026-04-29

Gente,se fumate fatelo all'aperto, l'odore è forte, resta !

2026-04-17

Our stay at this hotel made a fantastic end to our vacation in italy. We will be back. Thank you for your service!

2026-04-14

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful- they went out of their way to help us with reservations for dinner (cancelled one and made a new one). The reason this was so helpful is the language barrier we had as we do not speak Italian! This is very much appreciated and would be one of the reasons we will share our experience with friends and family. Please thank them for us!! (There was a man and woman there when we arrived last Saturday afternoon).

2026-04-03

All the staff I interacted with were the consummate hospitality professionals. I would recommend the Hotel to anyone and look forward to a return trip. Liselotte was exceptional in assisting us when our plans were changed because of the train strike. Our chef was so fun and helpful to us in learning how to make pesto and gnocchi. Everyone we met was kind and helpful.
