I emailed before our stay asking for a larger sea view room to celebrate my husbands 70th which was in March. We were given room 103 with the most beautiful view and large balcony. We spent quite a few hours relaxing on the sun loungers after touring Venice and Verona. We are so grateful to everyone involved. Your staff is absolutely the BEST! Front desk with Waldo and the young girl with dark hair (is her name Amma? don't know) They greeted us VERY WARMLY and helped us with some special needs that we had. Liselotte continued this GREAT service throughout our stay and even gave us a "cheery" sendoff! Your breakfast staff Giamba and Alessandra are "one in a million"! The breakfast itself was amazing! The BEST part was the care given by these two. I was pleasantly surprised on our last morning. We arrived for breakfast as soon as they opened as we were checking out that day. The pistachio cream was not yet out so I decided maybe I just didn't need it that day. I needed to leave the breakfast area for a few minutes and I came back and there was a little compote of the cream. My husband said that Giambi had delivered iy t it while I was gone. So here's the MAGIC. I never said anything to anyone about the cream! How did Giambi know that it would be the PERFECT sendoff? AMAZING! I would be remiss if I didn't mention "housekeeping". I apologize for not having a name. She is amazing, as well! She cleaned our room on Thursday morning, for sure and maybe Wednesday as well. She was fast, thorough and VERY KIND! I wish I had gotten her name. She has shoulder length, "light-ish" hair that she wore in a ponytail. Although she said she had a "little english", she spoke very well and helped me with several requests. HUGE KUDOS!

Ich möchte dem gesamten Team ein großes Lob aussprechen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass das Personal hervorragend Englisch gesprochen hat und direkt auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. In der Küche wurde auf all unsere Wunsche Rücksicht genommen, und die Menükarte wurde flexibel und vielfältig nach unseren Vorstellungen gestaltet. Es war wirklich toll, dass wir viele Optionen selbst auswählen konnten, ohne dass dafür ein Aufpreis berechnet wurde - das war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend! Auch beim Parken wurde uns entge-gengekommen. Wir durften unser Auto länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Insgesamt ein wirklich großartiger Service, bei dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team !
