All staff were increIdibly accommodating. My husband had stomach issues and. Had an accident. Everyone went out of their way they make him feel comfortable. Not even came and checked on them several times whenever they saw him in the hallway ask how he was feeling.. They really cared. And then there's Roberto. He was able to help me understand and sent me on several excursions to pick up things I needed. This is our first time in Europe and I speak no Italian but I made my purchases and return back safely to the hotel. Hotel Vittļoria was the beginning of our ml 23 day journey light and fun. We stayed for 4 nights and were very well pleased with everything. Umberto helped us with information about Milan, taxi reservations and much more. He and Angelo were very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay in Milan.
