The staff at reception were amazing. We needed help with the security box, they took care of that immediately. Then, we needed advice to move around town, they were extremely helpful and provided us free maps. Finally, when we needed help organising taxis, they took care of that too. They even advised us on the best way to get to the Malpensa airport, we should have followed their advice (take the airport bus), we went for the express train which was cancelled at Milano Centrale 5 mins before the scheduled departure time ... left us stranded there, with no help or explanation from TRENORD, and we ended up taking a taxi to the airport which cost us a lot of money. Next time, we will follow the advice of the reception staff at Hotel Vittoria !!!!

The hotel staff helped me (try to) reach the airline after regular business hours and gave me advice on what I should do. I visited Milan solo to celebrate my birthday, and everyone was really lovely. There was a gentleman on the reception recommending some restaurants around the hotel to have a nice dinner in (and we also had a chat about his family as one of his daughters is my age! :) ) A lovely polish lady in the breakfast room made it a friendly experience as well. Everything was so, so lovely. The wide range of so many fresh, local foods for breakfast, the warm and rich decor (felt so personal, unlike so many modern style hotels), and the kind nature of all the staff (with a special thank you to Deda). Grazie, grazie, grazie!

The whole experience of the hotel was just wonderful....located just a short tram trip away from Milans hustle and bustle it's was nice to find a hotel in relaxed side of city...staff on arrival and throughout stay were extremely helpful...room was so very posh and beautifully complete for our needs...breakfast was lovely to enjoy in a elegant room to sit back and just have a caffe and relax...I cannot fault the hotel in one single aspect...trip and stay here was just wonderful...many thanks to all the staff here...bellissimo xx

Reception staff were great, very friendly and professional. The downstairs bar area is also decorated wonderfully. We liked the fresh juice in the morning.
