This hotel truly deserves the highest rating, and its greatest treasure is undoubtedly the wonderful people who work here. A very special mention goes to the lovely Amel 😍♥️ She is an incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely caring person who takes a real interest in the guests and makes you feel special from the very beginning of the day. She always welcomes you with her beautiful smile, and on top of that, she makes absolutely fantastic cappuccino ☕️ A huge thank you also to Michele, ☺️ who is always helpful, cheerful, and ready to welcome guests with a smile and a good joke. People like Amel and Mikel create such a warm and friendly atmosphere and make this hotel feel truly special 😍😍😍 The manager, Petra, ♥️ also deserves the highest praise. She is absolutely fantastic and takes wonderful care of both the hotel and its guests. You can really see that this place is managed with great attention, professionalism, and genuine care for every detail 🤗 The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and cleaned every day. It is also wonderfully quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax after a day in Milan. The breakfasts are amazing: fresh, generous, and with a fantastic variety of choices. There is truly something for everyone, and the coffee deserves a special mention of its own! ☕️ Another lovely feature is the small garden at the back of the hotel. It is quiet, peaceful, and has a charm of its own. It is a wonderful little place to sit with a coffee, get some work done, have a conversation, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment away from the busy city. What also makes this hotel so special is its international atmosphere. You meet people from all over the world here, which gives the place a wonderful energy. The location is another big advantage. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful while being very well connected by public transport. The main train station and Milan Cathedral are within approximately a 25-minute walk. There are also plenty of cafés nearby, as well as a great restaurant next door serving delicious seafood and mussels. This is one of those hotels you want to return to not only because of its cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, location, and charming little garden, but above all because of the wonderful people and the atmosphere they create. It is a place that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. Whenever I come back to Milan, this is the only hotel I want to stay at! ❤️🇮🇹 A very special thank you once again to Amel, Michele and Petra for your kindness, warmth, smiles, and wonderful hospitality. They found my item i left behind, went out of their way to contact me and return the item. They let me keep my items there after check out and honestly, my favorite hotel so far. Amazing
