We had an excellent stay, staff was very friendly and everything worked perfect. Breakfast was amazing - special thanks to the young man of the breakfast staff who brought me a large coffee without asking (as he noticed that I drink 2-3 cups).

Apologies did not get his name but the young man on Reception Desk (good English & had worked in Dublin, Ireland) had a charming bubbly friendly manner and was very helpful & informative. He is a credit to the Hotel. He warmly greeted us when ever seeing us and remembered our stay was in celebration of a Wedding Anniversary. This young man needs to be recognised by Management for his excellent customer engagement & service. He vastly contributed in making our stay positive. 5 Stars

We had a bit of a nightmare with booking this hotel not your fault! And I was a bit concerned about how dated the hotel looked but I was pleasantly surprised. It was so clean and smelt amazing everyone was so friendly and would do anything for you! It was in an amazing location and I would deffo stay here again.

The staff at reception were amazing. We needed help with the security box, they took care of that immediately. Then, we needed advice to move around town, they were extremely helpful and provided us free maps. Finally, when we needed help organising taxis, they took care of that too. They even advised us on the best way to get to the Malpensa airport, we should have followed their advice (take the airport bus), we went for the express train which was cancelled at Milano Centrale 5 mins before the scheduled departure time ... left us stranded there, with no help or explanation from TRENORD, and we ended up taking a taxi to the airport which cost us a lot of money. Next time, we will follow the advice of the reception staff at Hotel Vittoria !!!!

The staff at Hotel Vittoria are great and extremely helpful. My luggage had been lost by the airline on my way to Milan. The hotel staff helped me (try to) reach the airline after regular business hours and gave me advice on what I should do. During our stay they were knowledgeable on transportation throughout the city and provided great restaurant recommendations. I will definitely recommend Hotel Vittoria to my friends and family.

I really appreciate the receptionists and the staff at breakfast, namely Alberto, Angelo, and Didar for the friendly gesture and professional hospitality which made my trip to Milan so memorable and comfortable. They three would be the reason for me to visit Hotel Vittoria and Milan again!
