The breakfast attendant Amelia was absolutely incredible. She helped prepare breakfast tray every morning while I was there. My traveling companion injured her foot and Nile and could not walk down to breakfast. Amelia is an extraordinary employee, always greeting me with a million dollar smile, as well as helping me with my Italian. Thank you Amelia, forever. This invaluable lady deserves a raise. First of all, I stayed in room 40. Honestly, it was not really a single room; it was a connected room, and because of the noise, I could not sleep at all for 3 nights. I could hear all the conversations and movements from the next room as if they were happening inside my own room. Afterwards, I moved to room 29, and at least the silence there was much better. All the staff at the reception were very attentive and helpful. The waiters in the breakfast room were also wonderful. However, the comfort of the room in the first place was disappointing for me.

Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, riuscendo a trovarmi una camera anche durante il Salone del Mobile, quando la città è affollata. Le stanze e gli spazi comuni sono pulitissimi e rifiniti con gusto. Un soggiorno davvero positivo, che consiglio a chiunque cerchi eleganza, comfort e un’ospitalità di alto livello. He is a credit to the Hotel. He warmly greeted us when ever seeing us and remembered our stay was in celebration of a Wedding Anniversary. This young man needs to be recognised by Management for his excellent customer engagement & service. He vastly contributed in making our stay positive. 5 Stars
