The staff at reception were amazing. We needed help with the security box, they took care of that immediately. Then, we needed advice to move around town, they were extremely helpful and provided us free maps. Finally, when we needed help organising taxis, they took care of that too. They even advised us on the best way to get to the Malpensa airport, we should have followed their advice (take the airport bus), we went for the express train which was cancelled at Milano Centrale 5 mins before the scheduled departure time ... left us stranded there, with no help or explanation from TRENORD, and we ended up taking a taxi to the airport which cost us a lot of money. Next time, we will follow the advice of the reception staff at Hotel Vittoria !!!!

I visited Milan solo to celebrate my birthday, and everyone was really lovely. Caro, l'hotel e il cibo erano fantastici. Purtroppo ieri mattina abbiamo dovuto fare il check-out alle 4:30. Abbiamo chiesto cosa potevamo fare con la colazione perché l'abbiamo pagata noi. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Pensiamo che sia molto spiacevole. Abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia di vino rosso, ma non ci è stato detto quanto costava. Al momento del check-out siamo rimasti scioccati dal fatto che 1 bottiglia di vino costasse 25 euro.
