First of all, I stayed in room 40. Honestly, it was not really a single room; it was a connected room, and because of the noise, I could not sleep at all for 3 nights. I could hear all the conversations and movements from the next room as if they were happening inside my own room. Afterwards, I moved to room 29, and at least the silence there was much better. All the staff at the reception were very attentive and helpful. The waiters in the breakfast room were also wonderful. However, the comfort of the room in the first place was disappointing for me.

Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, riuscendo a trovarmi una camera anche durante il Salone del Mobile, quando la città è affollata. Le stanze e gli spazi comuni sono pulitissimi e rifiniti con gusto. Un soggiorno davvero positivo, che consiglio a chiunque cerchi eleganza, comfort e un’ospitalità di alto livello. The staff at reception were amazing. We needed help with the security box, they took care of that immediately. Then, we needed advice to move around town, they were extremely helpful and provided us free maps. Finally, when we needed help organising taxis, they took care of that too. They even advised us on the best way to get to the Malpensa airport, we should have followed their advice (take the airport bus), we went for the express train which was cancelled at Milano Centrale 5 mins before the scheduled departure time ... left us stranded there, with no help or explanation from TRENORD, and we ended up taking a taxi to the airport which cost us a lot of money. Next time, we will follow the advice of the reception staff at Hotel Vittoria !!!!

The staff were all very pleasant and just happy people. We were welcomed warmly by the front desk and we were entertained at the bar. The breakfast staff was equally proficient and friendly.

The staff at Hotel Vittoria are great and extremely helpful. My luggage had been lost by the airline on my way to Milan. The hotel staff helped me (try to) reach the airline after regular business hours and gave me advice on what I should do. During our stay they were knowledgeable on transportation throughout the city and provided great restaurant recommendations. I will definitely recommend Hotel Vittoria to my friends and family.
