The staff at reception were amazing. We needed help with the security box, they took care of that immediately. Then, we needed advice to move around town, they were extremely helpful and provided us free maps. Finally, when we needed help organising taxis, they took care of that too. They even advised us on the best way to get to the Malpensa airport, we should have followed their advice (take the airport bus), we went for the express train which was cancelled at Milano Centrale 5 mins before the scheduled departure time ... left us stranded there, with no help or explanation from TRENORD, and we ended up taking a taxi to the airport which cost us a lot of money. Next time, we will follow the advice of the reception staff at Hotel Vittoria !!!!

The staff at Hotel Vittoria are great and extremely helpful. My luggage had been lost by the airline on my way to Milan. The hotel staff helped me (try to) reach the airline after regular business hours and gave me advice on what I should do. I visited Milan solo to celebrate my birthday, and everyone was really lovely. Desidero fare i complimenti e ringraziare tutti, dal Direttore alle persone dell'accoglienza: in soli due soggiorni, nel corso del mese di novembre, sono riusciti a farmi sentire accolto come un cliente pluriennale (nb: conto di diventarlo, comunque, da oggi in poi) Un'ultima nota di merito per Mudi (credo si chiami così, è la persona che gestisce la sala colazioni), la cui efficienza, gentilezza e simpatia, meritano di essere segnalate.

Thank you for being so kind and helpful on our visit to Milan. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays during our stay and Umberto paid attention to this minor detail by acknowledging our birthdays. What a wonderful man :). The entire staff made us feel at home. Moody should change his name to Happy because he brought a smile to our faces every morning.
