He is a credit to the Hotel. He warmly greeted us when ever seeing us and remembered our stay was in celebration of a Wedding Anniversary. We had a bit of a nightmare with booking this hotel not your fault! And I was a bit concerned about how dated the hotel looked but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at reception were amazing. We needed help with the security box, they took care of that immediately. Then, we needed advice to move around town, they were extremely helpful and provided us free maps. Finally, when we needed help organising taxis, they took care of that too. They even advised us on the best way to get to the Malpensa airport, we should have followed their advice (take the airport bus), we went for the express train which was cancelled at Milano Centrale 5 mins before the scheduled departure time ... left us stranded there, with no help or explanation from TRENORD, and we ended up taking a taxi to the airport which cost us a lot of money. Next time, we will follow the advice of the reception staff at Hotel Vittoria !!!!

Todos os funcionários desde a recepção, limpeza e restaurante , foram gentil educados e agradáveis o tempo todo , o café da manhã é excelente, muito gostoso com bastante variedade de pratos , na recepção até dicas e mapas nos deram de como ir aos lugares turísticos 🤩🤩. Agradeço os 3 ótimos dias que passei na Itália, sem nenhum problema, e com conforto em um hotel agradável.

I visited Milan solo to celebrate my birthday, and everyone was really lovely. There was a gentleman on the reception recommending some restaurants around the hotel to have a nice dinner in (and we also had a chat about his family as one of his daughters is my age! :) ) A lovely polish lady in the breakfast room made it a friendly experience as well. Thank you to another lady in the breakfast room who brought me a cake with a candle on my birthday day! All of the above made me feel safe and welcome in your hotel.
