We arrived early from our pilgrimage walk, and Jean Carlo quickly assessed the situation and with our rooms available slotted me in immediately so that I could wash up and go to Mass Sunday morning. This is our second stay at Tiferno hotel. This time we stayed for a week. I had injured my ankle and was on wheelchair with limited mobility. The staff at reception were fantastic and provided excellent support and assistance in navigating appointments and transport. They went over and above the call of duty in making our stay very comfortable and making us feel at home. The hotel itself is great , situated in the heart of the historic center, and set in an old convent with serious art work in all the rooms and common areas We will definitely return and we strongly recommend Tiferno hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The staff is always willing to assist and help when needed. I had a very pleasant stay. Special thank you to your reception staff as they assisted with resolving an issue with my luggage that was delayed at the airport. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. Common areas and rooms were clean, and well serviced during our stay. Food was goo. The hotel staff were exceptonally helpful after our flights had been cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night, additional meals were required, and we had a very early get-away from tehe hotel [02:30] from teh hotel. They have my thanks.

Everyone made our stay very comfortable. But the standout was that our flight was delayed so had to spend another night in the hotel and leave at 2.30am. We weren't expecting anything but when we came down to Reception there were flasks of hot water for tea and coffee and warm croissants. Also, we were expecting to wheel our bags up to our coach but the hotel used their little van. It is when something goes wrong and it is dealt with quickly that you realise how good the hotel and its staff are. I shall certainly be recommending the Hotel Tiferno.
