The Ramble group which arrived on 10th March had had a very bad experience with British Airways, when all their checked luggage did not get loaded on to the plane. Hotel staff were especially efficient and resourceful in lending necessary equipment until the luggage arrived 24 houts later.

I truly enjoy staying at the Hotel Tiferno. The staff is so welcoming and friendly! The hotel itself is lovely and I love the location. During this past visit I had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant which is attached to the hotel and it was amazing!! I am looking forward to eating there again when I return! I would love it if either soft boiled eggs or scrambled eggs were offered at breakfast but otherwise this is a perfect place to stay!!! Thank you to everyone on the staff for taking such great care of me during my stay! See you in May!!

We arrived early from our pilgrimage walk, and Jean Carlo quickly assessed the situation and with our rooms available slotted me in immediately so that I could wash up and go to Mass Sunday morning. This is our second stay at Tiferno hotel. This time we stayed for a week. I had injured my ankle and was on wheelchair with limited mobility. The staff at reception were fantastic and provided excellent support and assistance in navigating appointments and transport. They went over and above the call of duty in making our stay very comfortable and making us feel at home. The hotel itself is great , situated in the heart of the historic center, and set in an old convent with serious art work in all the rooms and common areas We will definitely return and we strongly recommend Tiferno hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The staff is always willing to assist and help when needed. I had a very pleasant stay. Special thank you to your reception staff as they assisted with resolving an issue with my luggage that was delayed at the airport. They really went out of their way to assist in getting a tracking number from the lost and found department at Florance airport and updating my contact information on the reference numbers.
