We arrived early from our pilgrimage walk, and Jean Carlo quickly assessed the situation and with our rooms available slotted me in immediately so that I could wash up and go to Mass Sunday morning. This is our second stay at Tiferno hotel. This time we stayed for a week. I had injured my ankle and was on wheelchair with limited mobility. The staff at reception were fantastic and provided excellent support and assistance in navigating appointments and transport. They went over and above the call of duty in making our stay very comfortable and making us feel at home. The hotel itself is great , situated in the heart of the historic center, and set in an old convent with serious art work in all the rooms and common areas We will definitely return and we strongly recommend Tiferno hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Special thank you to your reception staff as they assisted with resolving an issue with my luggage that was delayed at the airport. Thank you to the whole front desk crew and our new friend Sabrina! The breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. We didn’t get to say goodbye to Philipo. Luigi, the general manager was very accommodating and kind to us. We hope to see them again very soon and would highly recommend Hotel Tiferno.
