The hotel is esthetically pleasing. The restaurant personal is outstanding and very hard working. What’s missing in your hotel is the warmth and hospitality that has been found in all the other areas we visited on this trip. They include: Milan, Lake Como and Venice. The hotels at these locations offered a warm and inviting and welcoming experience. The admins need to bend and extend rather than we having to lead and plant seeds throughout our visit. Secondly the toilet in the bathroom required work and parts. This should have been Che Jed prior to our arrival and also repaired prior. The air conditioning was leaking on the floor. This is something that was very evident and had been leaking with others also prior to our visit. Monitoring the mechanicals is part of every hotels daily routine and this should not have been. Lastly, I think a female would balance out the front desk upon arrival. The management asked for a credit card immediately upon arrival. No other hotel during our stay asked for a credit card until our departure. Your currently running a B hotel that with some work can become much stronger and provide the above noted. Good luck and we hope to hear you take our advise which can provide for an excellent stay rather than some mediocre one.

I would like to congratulate the house keeping team on their hard work. Our days were very busy and to come back to our room that had been meticulously cleaned and made up like our first arrival was so good. 👌 The staff on the check in desk always greeted us. The staff working the buffet breakfast were always helpful and kept on topic the food available so plenty of choice each time. The scrambled eggs are the best I've had in a hotel thank you to whoever makes those. The tea selection was special too at breakfast. Wish I could have bought some to bring home. You definitely need to provide better coffee in the rooms. Nespresso or similar is what I would expect from a 4 star hotel The drinks were too expensive at the pool bar. Reception staff and waits in the breakfast room were friendly and efficient.

We had few problems. I just had a total hip replacement on October and had complications and while I was walking down the steps in the reception area I almost fell and had to grap a customer who was standing there . I would have a big problem also one of our rooms smelled musty that my daughter had to keep the windows open which is dangerous . Also when we checked in we had two rooms one for 4 nights and one for 6 nights and they didn’t explained to us that so on the fourth night we had to change the room even though we offered to pay more. We still love your hotel and love to come again

The hotel is excellent. Very well run and the staff are friendly and efficient. I felt the room we were in was “dated” and needed upgrading, particularly the curtains and furniture. The two chairs were not comfortable - armchairs would have been more comfortable. But everything was very clean and the bed linen was good quality. The cleaning staff were very efficient.

The hotel is a wonderful respite from the busy streets of Desenzano, relaxing on the deck in the gardens with a drink and watching the lake and people going by. A special shout out to Matteo who went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Everyone else was wonderful too! I was disappointed of: 1. Prepayment for 2 double rooms even we booked with credit card and stayed one year earlier in Parkhotel already. Absolut unusual!! 2. Pricing: one year earlier we paid € 165/room for 4th Floor with large terrace. Now € 290/300/room. For my opinion it's by far too high even hotel itself and location is fine but there is no 'Park' with some shadow areas for relax. 3. Staff insist of my car-key to drive my car by themselves. Some customers don't like valet parking as it's not on their control.

The hotel while having very friendly staff and is well maintained, lacks character, is more like a business hotel than a holiday resort. Particularly the bar area which seems to be designed by a person looking to ‘make a design statement’ rather than creating a relaxing, comfortable place to enjoy a drink. In addition, the layout is poor and the area doesn’t make the best use of the limited space.

Put a shelf in the shower, having to put shampoo and soap on the floor of the shower is quite annoying and gross. Everytime we went to our room the maids cart was outside the hall it made our stay feel less than special and our room was very loud so we had to close the window and was then very hot when we closed the window so that was disappointing. Great stay from start to finish. Really easy to book, i had a couple of queries re parking and early check in, all pre questions were answered promptly. We were celebrating my wifes birthday so it was a lovely touch when the staff arranged a bottle of bubbly and chocolates to be delivered to the room whilst we were at breakfast. It's the little touches like that that make you remember your stay for all the right reasons. Cannot fault the staff, their professionalism and the facilities.
