Park Hotel

2026-10-03

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. They helped us book train tickets, gave advice on touring. Massimilliono in the restaurant was wonderful! Overall fantastic staff

2026-10-02

Lovely hotel, creative lobby decor. Would stay again and recommend to friends, family and online.

2026-10-03

Brilliant stay thank you. Massimiliano was so good through out a credit to the hotel.

2026-10-03

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely and interesting decor. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and willingly share about the area. They were incredibly helpful in arranging drivers for us. The rooms are modern yet warm and inviting. The executive room had a large terrace where we could gather. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the ferries to get around the lake. I highly recommend The Park Hotel.

2026-10-02

Milk not replaced in room

2026-10-02

A very clean, comfortable and well run hotel.Staff courteous and efficient. Room 241 very comfortable and enjoyed the sitting room and the balconies that were very private.Hotel well situated for lake frony walks, restaurants and cafes and ferries. AS older guest we could not have made a better, mor coonvenient or more comfortable choice.

All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is great. Cleaning staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Loved our stay and the fabulous view.

2026-09-29

We felt the cocktail bar was hidden away. My husband who has eyesight issues struggled with the several small steps in the hotel

2026-09-27

Thank you an amazing stay

2026-09-27

Many thinks to the valet at arriving, he’s a very welcoming person !!!!

2026-09-26

Special thanks to the Reception staff who are exceptionally helpful.

2026-09-27

The most impresive aspect was the professionalism and frienliness of staff.

2026-09-27

Nice decor in reception areas and dining areas. Staff pleasant, cleaning staff very nice. Location good.

2026-09-26

Staff was wonderful

2026-09-25

ALL members of staff were welcoming and friendly. Those on reception were particularly helpful and full of suggestions for enhancing our trip. The room service was excellent too. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts and were very pleased with the packed lunch we received on our last day and early departure. We would certainly return to this hotel if we returned to Desenzano and would recommend it to others.

2026-09-24

2026-09-21

We would like to complement the friendliness and professionalism of all staff. The bottle of Prosecco in our room on arrival to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Thank you.

Ringrazio tutto il personale disponibile e gentile

2026-09-20

Tutto a posto. Soprattutto la pulizia. Materasso e cuscini top

2026-09-20

Super hotel with lovely staff right in the center of Desenzano. Brilliant base to get around Lake Garda Plenty of walking on level ground for us oldies.

2026-09-20

Thank you to all the hotel staff who we found to be friendly, helpful & welcoming.

2026-09-20

The hotel is esthetically pleasing. The restaurant personal is outstanding and very hard working. What’s missing in your hotel is the warmth and hospitality that has been found in all the other areas we visited on this trip. They include: Milan, Lake Como and Venice. The hotels at these locations offered a warm and inviting and welcoming experience. The admins need to bend and extend rather than we having to lead and plant seeds throughout our visit. Secondly the toilet in the bathroom required work and parts. This should have been Che Jed prior to our arrival and also repaired prior. The air conditioning was leaking on the floor. This is something that was very evident and had been leaking with others also prior to our visit. Monitoring the mechanicals is part of every hotels daily routine and this should not have been. Lastly, I think a female would balance out the front desk upon arrival. The management asked for a credit card immediately upon arrival. No other hotel during our stay asked for a credit card until our departure. Your currently running a B hotel that with some work can become much stronger and provide the above noted. Good luck and we hope to hear you take our advise which can provide for an excellent stay rather than some mediocre one.

2026-09-20

Would like to thank all staff at the park Hotel for their polite and professional manner. A special mention to Massimiliano for his excellent professional customer service, assisting with wine selection and great recommendations, and to the rest of the restaurant team who also were extremely friendly and so professional, Our time at the Park was so enjoyable making it for us a definite return choice thank you once again Park Hotel.

This is our second time staying at the Park Hotel and it feels like coming home. Everyone is so kind and friendly and we saw lots of familiar faces which is always nice. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are great. Aircon is always welcome in the summer and worked great!

2026-08-23

I would like to congratulate the house keeping team on their hard work. Our days were very busy and to come back to our room that had been meticulously cleaned and made up like our first arrival was so good. 👌 The staff on the check in desk always greeted us. The staff working the buffet breakfast were always helpful and kept on topic the food available so plenty of choice each time. The scrambled eggs are the best I've had in a hotel thank you to whoever makes those. The tea selection was special too at breakfast. Wish I could have bought some to bring home. All small things but added to the overall experience. Id certainly recommend. I kn

Ringraziamo tutto il personale per la cordialita' e la professionalita' che ci hanno accompagnato durante il nostro soggiorno.

2026-08-21

Fantastic thank you

2026-08-22

You definitely need to provide better coffee in the rooms. Nespresso or similar is what I would expect from a 4 star hotel The drinks were too expensive at the pool bar. Reception staff and waits in the breakfast room were friendly and efficient.

2026-08-20

grande merito per lo Staff

2026-08-20

What a fantastic hotel would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone . Would definitely come back but book next time to have a balcony

2026-07-30

Staff were polite but not always so knowledgable with travel info . We think it is wrong to charge for bottled water many hotels give you gratis x1 per day . The Pool is too small and far too crowded , not pleasant .

2026-07-30

Thank you very much for everything! I had amazing time in your hotel!

2026-07-28

Am Pool fehlte die Beschattung

2026-07-02

Wonderful Hotel, staff brilliant and so helpful, one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time.

2026-07-01

Water should be provided in the hotel rooms for free not in the mini bar. When we arrived no water was offered to us or any sight of a water machine so we could help ourselves

2026-06-30

We would like to thank every single member of staff, they were all exceptional with particular thanks to Brigitte and Emanuel (I think) who looked after us at breakfast and in the evenings.

Wonderful experience at the Park Hotel. Staff were so attentive & friendly. Hotel immaculate & I loved my room with large balcony over looking the lake. I have been recommending the hotel to all my friends. Thank you to all staff for making our holiday so special.

2026-06-25

Only suggestion is that your swimming pool experience could be improved by extra sun shading, the majority of space was fully open to the sun so perhaps some weighted down sun shading would be beneficial for some customers

2026-06-23

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

2026-06-23

The staff were amazing from the front desk, restaurant, porters, housekeeping… everyone was unfortunately nice and knowledgeable

2026-06-08

Our stay at Patk Hotel in Desenzano was outstanding. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with transportation to and from the train station. They also helped us with any questions and requests. The service was first class. Also, the staff at the breakfast buffet were extremely friendly and professional. We could not have been happier with our experience overall!

2026-06-09

Wonderful, will recommend to family and friends.

2026-06-07

The new room 234 is really beautiful and the view from the bed out to the lake is amazing!

2026-06-07

We had few problems. I just had a total hip replacement on October and had complications and while I was walking down the steps in the reception area I almost fell and had to grap a customer who was standing there . I would have a big problem also one of our rooms smelled musty that my daughter had to keep the windows open which is dangerous . Also when we checked in we had two rooms one for 4 nights and one for 6 nights and they didn’t explained to us that so on the fourth night we had to change the room even though we offered to pay more. We still love your hotel and love to come again

2026-06-07

All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

2026-06-07

For us, it’s always like coming home 😘

2026-06-07

2026-06-01

Wonderful weekend break with friends. Will definitely return with my husband. Staff lovely. Breakfast excellent. Thank you so much. Xx

2026-05-31

A perfect stay, thank you very much

2026-05-31

We loved our stay thank you and will highly recommend. The gardens are delightful and a beautiful spot for an evening drink or daytime coffee.

2026-05-30

Thanks for taking care of my book.

2026-05-29

Get some USB charging points or at least power points to plug in chargers

2026-05-29

The hotel is a wonderful respite from the busy streets of Desenzano, relaxing on the deck in the gardens with a drink and watching the lake and people going by. A special shout out to Matteo who went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Everyone else was wonderful too! Our stay there will always remain in our minds as an enjoyable experience.

2026-05-28

The hotel is excellent. Very well run and the staff are friendly and efficient. I felt the room we were in was “dated” and needed upgrading, particularly the curtains and furniture. The two chairs were not comfortable - armchairs would have been more comfortable. But everything was very clean and the bed linen was good quality. The cleaning staff were very efficient.

2026-05-28

Thank you to all the staff at the Park hotel. Everyone is so lovely and helpful. One member of staff on reception booked a winery tour and tasting for us during our stay and also organised the transport there and back which was fantastic! Thank you so much for everything!

2026-05-28

A beautiful hotel in a great central location. Desenzano is a wonderful city with great cafes and restaurants and easily accessible transport across Lake Garda. Perfect surroundings too. The hotel was immaculate and staff were eager to please.

2026-05-26

A wonderful place to stay we will be back for sure!

2026-05-27

Grazie a tutto il team… molto professionali ed efficaci ed efficienti … complimenti a tutto il team e staff di lavoro

2026-05-27

A lovely stay at a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and we were greeted every day with a smile and hello/bonjourno! The hotel couldn't have been in a better location as it was so central and the views from the rooftop terrace were stunning. Hotel staff were very helpful when we asked for information on taxis, trains, where to visit etc...

2026-05-24

DONT STOP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING…. You operate this hotel like every day is your grand opening day…..

2026-05-24

Thanks to Emmanuelle and Simone - really helpful and an asset to the hotel

2026-05-23

Complimenti

2026-05-24

Very happy with our stay in Park hotel. All staff were very friendly and always anxious to help. A special mention to Diego on reception who went above and beyond to help residents get the most out of their holiday.

2026-05-22

Excellent and very friedly service

2026-05-21

We really enjoyed our week. Thanks to all - particularly the breakfast staff who were so professional when I managed to knock over a full pot of coffee!!

2026-05-20

I was disappointed of: 1. Prepayment for 2 double rooms even we booked with credit card and stayed one year earlier in Parkhotel already. Absolut unusual!! 2. Pricing: one year earlier we paid € 165/room for 4th Floor with large terrace. Now € 290/300/room. For my opinion it's by far too high even hotel itself and location is fine but there is no 'Park' with some shadow areas for relax. 3. Staff insist of my car-key to drive my car by themselves. Some customers don't like valet parking as it's not on their control.

2026-05-20

The hotel and staff were outstanding. So friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in Philo Restaurant was superb and the waiter was very attentive and friendly

2026-05-21

Staff were very welcoming.

2026-05-18

I want to thank everyone for the kindness. It was a pleasant stay again!.

2026-05-19

Wonderful as usual

2026-05-18

Only except children over aged 12. We had screaming ones in the corridor and heavy footed ones above. No dogs too please.

2026-05-18

Thanks for a delightful stay. Reception staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful.

2026-05-18

2026-05-17

Very professional establishment, the staff were absolutely fantastic

2026-05-17

2026-05-10

Proper tea & coffee facilities in room . Better air extraction from bathroom / toilet Mirror in bedroom Electrics safer and upgraded

2026-05-09

First visit to hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location.

2026-05-09

Was delightful! Impeccable service & very attentive!

2026-05-10

Breakfast too repetitive. Requested a later checkout, but was told we would have to pay €150 for half board.

2026-05-10

The hotel while having very friendly staff and is well maintained, lacks character, is more like a business hotel than a holiday resort. Particularly the bar area which seems to be designed by a person looking to ‘make a design statement’ rather than creating a relaxing, comfortable place to enjoy a drink. In addition, the layout is poor and the area doesn’t make the best use of the limited space.

2026-05-08

The best hotel 4 time in Italy. Best bath, sleep, restaurant, staff, breakfast, address

2026-05-05

10/10 no complaints! We had some issues with AC / room key but your team solved it right away and checked in about it as well which is very good!

2026-04-11

Grazie a tutti per il fantastisch soggiorno!

2026-04-10

Put a shelf in the shower, having to put shampoo and soap on the floor of the shower is quite annoying and gross. Everytime we went to our room the maids cart was outside the hall it made our stay feel less than special and our room was very loud so we had to close the window and was then very hot when we closed the window so that was disappointing. Staff was very friendly.

2026-04-07

Team molto efficiente e garbato, ottima gestione parcheggio

2026-04-07

Perfect Rooms, you need a spa and a small gym! For Dinner serve typical food ( caprese, melon & ham, …)

2026-04-07

Rooms need to be updated. We were in the attic and wouldn’t consider it an executive room. Wall paper slightly coming away from wall. Furnishing dated. Mattress was fantastic. Staff kept the room exceptionally clean

2026-04-03

Grazie a tutti e stato un sogiorno piacevole da voi

2026-04-03

It was a wonderful stay at yours and we would like to come back again.

2026-02-10

Great stay from start to finish. Really easy to book, i had a couple of queries re parking and early check in, all pre questions were answered promptly. We were celebrating my wifes birthday so it was a lovely touch when the staff arranged a bottle of bubbly and chocolates to be delivered to the room whilst we were at breakfast. It's the little touches like that that make you remember your stay for all the right reasons. Cannot fault the staff, their professionalism and the facilities.
