We had a lovely stay . Rooms were clean and adequate for a short stay . Special mention to the reception staff who were extremely helpful. They made excellent recommendations for an evening meal and drinks. On our return to the hotel they even provided us with a Kettle and milk when we requested some hot water to make a cup of tea. All the staff we met could not of being more helpful and polite

Ero nel panico poiché avevo appena subito una truffa da un'altra struttura che al momento dell'arrivo mi ha comunicato di aver cancellato senza comunicazione la mia prenotazione. Appena ho chiamato l'hotel, la receptionist che mi ha risposto, nonostante la bassissima disponibilità, si è presa del tempo per controllare bene e mi ha poi fornito una soluzione. La gentilezza e l'accoglienza che ho trovato una volta arrivato sono state eccellenti. La stanza era perfetta, il massimo della pulizia. Ho apprezzato anche l'interesse verso il motivo per cui fossi a Milano, e la premura nell'accertarsi che tutto fosse in ordine e che fossi contento del mio soggiorno.

Keep the price low. The hotel is old but the basics are extremely good: cold airconditioning, powerful water shower, clean bed and linens and towels. Friendly staff, this makes all the difference.
