We had a lovely stay . Rooms were clean and adequate for a short stay . Special mention to the reception staff who were extremely helpful. They made excellent recommendations for an evening meal and drinks. On our return to the hotel they even provided us with a Kettle and milk when we requested some hot water to make a cup of tea. All the staff we met could not of being more helpful and polite

Ero nel panico poiché avevo appena subito una truffa da un'altra struttura che al momento dell'arrivo mi ha comunicato di aver cancellato senza comunicazione la mia prenotazione. Appena ho chiamato l'hotel, la receptionist che mi ha risposto, nonostante la bassissima disponibilità, si è presa del tempo per controllare bene e mi ha poi fornito una soluzione. La gentilezza e l'accoglienza che ho trovato una volta arrivato sono state eccellenti. La stanza era perfetta, il massimo della pulizia. Ho apprezzato anche l'interesse verso il motivo per cui fossi a Milano, e la premura nell'accertarsi che tutto fosse in ordine e che fossi contento del mio soggiorno.

The employees were all so nice and kind! Always helpfull. We were in a group of 12 and in the breakfastarea we were aloud to move the tables etc to sit together. Afterwards we set the tables on its place and all was fine! Its a very nice hotel to stay in! Would recommend it to anyone!

È raro trovare una struttura in cui tutto il personale è disponibile e gentile, dall’accoglienza fino al momento del check out. Vi ringrazio molto. In particolare il signore che mi ha accolta al check in, che si è preoccupato io avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, specialmente dopo un lungo volo. Amazing front desk reception staffs always happy to help .Mario and other Asian lady are exceptionally great service this supposed to be a 4 star hotel standard not 3 location is brilliant near to all tourist attraction with less cost !nice and clean room unfortunately not soundproof wall so if you arrived late night mind making noise when you closing cupboard door wardrobe,drawer as it can hear to the next room.
