Everyone at the front desk was very kind and helpful, especially the one that checked us in (I already forgot his name but I believe it starts with D). He was very patient and answered all our questions. Next time we're in Milan we will definitely stay here again, especially if we have another concert at the Assago Forum.

Ero nel panico poiché avevo appena subito una truffa da un'altra struttura che al momento dell'arrivo mi ha comunicato di aver cancellato senza comunicazione la mia prenotazione. Appena ho chiamato l'hotel, la receptionist che mi ha risposto, nonostante la bassissima disponibilità, si è presa del tempo per controllare bene e mi ha poi fornito una soluzione. La gentilezza e l'accoglienza che ho trovato una volta arrivato sono state eccellenti. La stanza era perfetta, il massimo della pulizia. Ho apprezzato anche l'interesse verso il motivo per cui fossi a Milano, e la premura nell'accertarsi che tutto fosse in ordine e che fossi contento del mio soggiorno.

È raro trovare una struttura in cui tutto il personale è disponibile e gentile, dall’accoglienza fino al momento del check out. Vi ringrazio molto. In particolare il signore che mi ha accolta al check in, che si è preoccupato io avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, specialmente dopo un lungo volo. Al mio arrivo nella stanza 33 il giorno 07.02 rilevavo un malfunzionamento dell'asciugacapelli a muro del bagno che si accendeva da solo a intervalli regolari anche in piena notte facendo un gran rumore. La mattina dopo segnalavo all'addetto alla reception questo inconveniente e tornando la sera trovavo che il problema era stato risolto cambiando l'intero pezzo. Ho davvero apprezzato la prontezza e l'efficacia dell'intervento per cui faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff.

The chap on reception was very welcoming, always chatting and checking everything was ok with our stay. Only complaint is room was cold however staff came and turned up the heating and gave us extra covers. Very clean. Breakfast could be improved.

Everyone we talked to who worked at the hotel was beyond nice, they were very helpful and lovely. We stayed for a short time but everything was amazing. A very clean room, a divine breakfast, full of good food and hot beverages offered as we entered the breakfast room by a nice worker and at the time of check-in, even though it was pretty late, they offered to show us some goodies around Milan and give suggestions. I 100% recommend it to anyone.

I really appreciated being given my room early being that I had traveled all night and so being able to get into my room earlier was a nice and appreciated plus to your customer service. Your gym was also decent and allowed me to get in a nice workout during the morning. Great breakfast layout with plenty of space and very neat/clean common areas with plenty of space.

Es ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten, einem ausreichend großen Schreibtisch und viel Stauraum. Ich persönlich mag die Holz- und Marmorelemente sehr.
