Al mio arrivo nella stanza 33 il giorno 07.02 rilevavo un malfunzionamento dell'asciugacapelli a muro del bagno che si accendeva da solo a intervalli regolari anche in piena notte facendo un gran rumore. La mattina dopo segnalavo all'addetto alla reception questo inconveniente e tornando la sera trovavo che il problema era stato risolto cambiando l'intero pezzo. Ho davvero apprezzato la prontezza e l'efficacia dell'intervento per cui faccio i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Everyone we talked to who worked at the hotel was beyond nice, they were very helpful and lovely. We stayed for a short time but everything was amazing. A very clean room, a divine breakfast, full of good food and hot beverages offered as we entered the breakfast room by a nice worker and at the time of check-in, even though it was pretty late, they offered to show us some goodies around Milan and give suggestions. I 100% recommend it to anyone.

We did not have much time to spend at your hotel. We arrived around dinner time and were efficiently checked in. We were running late for a dinner reservation and asked the desk clerk to help get us a taxi. It was rush hour and he was having difficulty getting a reservation. He must have tried more than 10 times before he got us a taxi. We made it to dinner and it was a very memorable experience for my wife and I. The service was exceptional.

We checked out July 16. We were supposed to check out at 10am but my daughter had a bad stomach flu from our tour in Switzerland so she didnt get enough rest for the night. I thought we’ll have to grin and bear it but the front desk lasy with long hair and very beautiful face and kind voice told us to stay until 3pm and we wont be charged even though I offered to pay. This is what’s missing from most of the business establishment, compassion. Kudos to you for having employees and management with compassion. I will definitely recommend and we’ll be back! You make our trip very comfortable, we are grateful!

It was really nice and comfortable staying there. The nice receptionists were always there for questions and even recommended us places to visit. It’s easy to reach places by the metro near the hotel. I would come and stay there again.

Very efficient, fast and friendly check in. Room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Very well functioning bathroom and noiseless and efficient air conditioning. Hotel very close to the metro station and to a big grocery store. Rich and tasteful breakfast with a lot of variety. Free parking in front of hotel on the Main Street. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We came to your hotel last thursday and had an amazing stay. I injured my toe badly and the reception staff were absolutely exceptional with making sure i was okay. We felt so comfortable and welcome everytime we left and came back throughout the day. I would recommend this hotel so anyone as the staff were just 10/10!!!

Wir reisten bereits in der Früh an und konnten das Gepäck beim Empfang lassen. Als wir am Nachmittag zurückkamen, war das Gepäck bereits auf unserem Zimmer. Die Rezepzionisten waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Auch die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück jeden Abend alternativ für den nächsten Tag zu buchen ist sehr angenehm.
