One of the ladies kindly brought us an extra pillow. Upon checkout the night porter was kind and offered us a coffee before we left (although his music played throughout the night was a little loud!). We had the loveliest stay at your hotel, even though it was short, we enjoyed ourselves immensely - our room was clean, elegant, tidy, great storage if we’d been staying longer (which we hope to do next year!) and the bathroom was lovely too. We greatly appreciated the pool, the free bike rental service was such a fun way for us to get up into Bardolino, and we had an early morning cycle into Garda on our last morning, which was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and kind, very friendly and approachable, and we felt very welcome. We utilised your sister hotel’s restaurant for both of our evening meals at the recommendation of one of your reception staff (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name, but thank you!) and we had wonderful experiences at L’Unico both times we dined there.

Initially we were disappointed in our room allocation as we’d requested a pool & lake view. This was resolved and we were moved to a room overlooking the pool & lake with a balcony that was perfect and as we were expecting. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff worked hard to ensure everything was clean & tidy. Including the beautiful garden, flowers & pool. However, a refresh of toiletries eg. Shampoo daily as a matter of routine would’ve been appreciated. The breakfast was lovely even if it was a bit repetitive. It would have been nice to have had an option of more hot food such as bacon or sausages.

A lovely stay at Hotel San Marco in Cisano. Lovely and clean room. Pool was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was lovely but a bit of a walk to Bardolino during an exceptionally warm week (temperature 30 degrees+ ) - good bus and ferry service from Cisano just outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this small and comfortable hotel in a stunning location.
