All staff were excellent. One tiny gripe was the noise the cleaners make moving furniture over head and on one occasion they swept the over head balcony down onto our balcony. I let them know. Not ideal though.

Thankyou so much for a lovely holiday. The hotel was excellent and all staff were polite and couldn't do enough for us. The towels were changed every day which was excellent as it was very hot so lots of showers needed. Air con was an added bonus and the pool a lovely place for relaxing and cooling down at the end of the afternoon. Breakfast was always fresh and tables cleared immediately ready for the next guests. We shall definitely return Thankyou so much

Wir haben uns im Hotel San Marco rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Personal ist sehr nett und bei allen Fragen extrem hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie herzlich unser Hund Hope aufgenommen wurde. Hope war überall absolut willkommen – sowohl beim Frühstück als auch im Poolbereich. Für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub mit Vierbeiner ist dieses Hotel einfach perfekt. Your staff were impeccable in every way and everyone was happy and helpful, from receptionists, waiters/waitresses to cleaning staff. We would like to thank your reception staff, especially Antonella and Tanya in the restaurant. They gave us recommendations for trips and organised a taxi for us and Antonella helped with our luggage to catch the bus, when leaving. As for the food and staff at Lunicco, the restaurant, we enjoyed the food immensely. The touch of receiving a glass of prosecco when arriving is lovely. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. We were welcomed by Valeria, the lady serving on bar was nice and she was helpful.in recommending a lively non aloholic drink ' a Gingerino which was fabulous! One of the ladies kindly brought us an extra pillow. Upon checkout the night porter was kind and offered us a coffee before we left (although his music played throughout the night was a little loud!). Overall a fabulous stay..brilliant panoramic room and very very clean. Grazie Mille xxx

Wir waren mittlerweile das 3x da. Das vorletzte Mal vor 8 Jahren. Das Hotel wurde komplett renoviert und strahlt im neuen Glanz. Uns gefällt es sehr gut und wir werden wieder kommen.
