Gostei muito da estadia, tanto do atendimento de todos, quanto da qualidade da cama, roupas de cama e de banho, e também do banheiro. Sugiro fornecimento de travesseiros mais altos e cheios. Fiquei muito feliz por ter recebido o upgrade de quarto e o espumante de drink de boas vindas, mas sugiro que o espumante seja de tamanho padrão, e não do tamanho individual, como recebi, tendo em vista que nós estávamos em casal. Apreciei muito também o frigobar, com bebidas e snacks, cafés e chás serem colocados sem custos adicionais. Ficarei, com certeza, novamente neste hotel se vier novamente a Milão.

Dear Mercure Milan Centro team, We found out about your property through the All /Accor platform. Our overall experience was very comfortable, the Front Office team were very welcoming and courteous. They offered us the breakfast and the minibar on complimentary basis, which was a warm hospitality gesture. The room was impeccable, neatly clean. The mattress and pillows very crisp and comfortable. Although we did not come across any of the Housekeeping team members, their service was stealth and efficient. Bravo! The general aspect and status of the room was perfect. Some minor grouting (and old cillicone) is however required in the bathroom. We loved the fact that there's a bidet there. I have two recommendations for your future renovation plans: * Replacing the in-room safe with a newer flat and user-friendly model * Incorporating the rain shower within the ceiling (concealed/flat type) as it is quite low, and gets easily hit when in the shower. I still consider it a USP for the room, despite it's position ( not sure about rooms other than the 201 type One last piece of advice, adding some cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers is a must on the buffet breakfast. Vegetables wise, there were only sliced obergines served on both days. In retrospect, our two night stay was enjoyable, and wish we could have stayed longer. Nevertheless, we will strongly recommend the Mercure Milano Centro to all our friends traveling to Milan without any hesitation. Warmest regards to the entire team. Najib Nehmé

Non solo l'accoglienza, i consigli, la calda umanità e l'attenzione ci hanno fatto sentire attesi, ma anche tutti i dettagli nella stanza: la freschezza, le tende tirate, le persiane, il minibar delicatamente fornito, il Prosecco che ha reso la nostra arrivo una festa, i dettagli del bagno, la pulizia, la tripla esposizione, la cura nella scelta della camera per noi. La risposta estremamente rapida a tutte le domande che abbiamo avuto, che fosse per consigli sui pasti, sulle visite, sui percorsi, sui mezzi di trasporto, sui ristoranti, è stata impeccabile. Abbiamo talmente apprezzato il nostro soggiorno che abbiamo immediatamente desiderato prenotare di nuovo. L'hotel era al completo, ma come per miracolo, il Signor Laviano ci ha trovato una soluzione immediata, permettendoci di tornare la settimana prossima per risolvere un problema professionale. Abbiamo passato solo 24 ore al Mercure Milano Centro, ma porteremo con noi un ricordo memorabile. L'ospitalità ha preso tutto il suo senso grazie a questo personale che ha dato tutta la dimensione all'hotel, dalla reception fino al servizio di pulizia, poiché ogni dettaglio è stato curato e tutto è stato perfetto.
