Tengo a esprimere complimenti per la gestione premurosa della Direzione e della Reception di un imprevisto che in giorni di alta affluenza turistica poteva diventare un problema ossia un overbooking (involontario, credo, in quanto le nostre stanze non ci erano state intestate nell’applicativo). Ci è stata trovata altra camera, peraltro più confortevole, minimizzando a meno di tre ore la fase transitoria di cambio camera dopo il primo dei due giorni di soggiorno, e l’inconveniente è stato riconosciuto con la gentile offerta di una cena.

The pizza restaurant was amazing and one of the best pizzas we had while we were in Italy, actually! The breakfast was fabulous and over the top and the maître d and waiters were very, very good! Great job. The bar was a nice place to get a drink and a snack. The ground grounds are beautiful. The spa service was a good quality, but I would say the Jacuzzi and relaxation area are a bit outdated in my opinion.

The surroundings, proximity to the lakeside and to Riva town makes a stay in Du Lac just perfect! We had a fabulous time during our first stay. The family friendly accommodations were some of the best we have ever experienced. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the location along the lake with the sport rentals were what we enjoyed most. The location is fantastic and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The room cleaners did a really good job each day (apart from not cleaning/replacing the drinking glasses). Housekeeping was very efficient (ordered extra clothes hangers and asked for hand soaps for both rooms - a strange omission, we've never come across this before in any hotel). The pizza restaurant was fantastic - atmosphere, service and food, as was the Bistro restaurant (friendly, excellent and professional service by Davide, thank you). The Bistro Bar workers were all friendly and helpful (when I asked them for a jug of fresh milk for our room fridge each day, thank you). I know I've put quite a few suggestions in the 'Tips' section but they are all smaller issues (that we noticed in comparison to other hotels we've stayed in) and overall, Aria dining experience to one side, we very much enjoyed our stay with you, thank you.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet sind uns vor allem Luca und Silvia als sehr freundliche, kompetente und engagierte Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Hoffentlich bleiben sie dem Hotel auch in Zukunft erhalten! Das Essen in der Molo Bar ist sehr gut. Leider hat man immer noch keine separaten Adults Only Bereiche in den Restaurants eingeführt. Dies ist der Grund, wieso wir nicht mehr im Hauptrestaurant essen. Solche Bereiche könnten ohne grossen Aufwand eingeführt werden. Geht in anderen Hotels auch!

We loved the beautiful park, the big and coveted terrace of the bungalow, the dog parc, and the location ! Kids loved biking around. The indoor pool was a swing and jet massages wonderful. The treatments were great at the spa, and staff very lovey and competent. The gluten-free options were fantastic !! The staff was so welcoming and friendly at all times, also with children. We are having a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back!
