Our 4th visit to this hotel and as ever, it’s surpasses expectations. The location is superb, buildings set in the most beautiful gardens, many paths to wander, all leading to the lakeside. Our Suite is comfortable, spacious and very quiet. Our balcony has stunning views of the gardens and the mountains beyond. Food is great in the restaurants, good quality and plenty off choice. Worth a mention, the helpfulness and friendliness of ALL the staff. In particular Marco and all the staff in the breakfast area of the roof garden in Murialdo Suite building. A very busy area at breakfast time but a lovely easy going ambience due to the efficiency of all the staff. Thank you to all. We look forward to visit number 5.

Die Bedienung auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, der Hund bekommt sein Wasser meistens bevor der Kaffee serviert wird, toll. Wir essen abends praktisch immer im Capanina, wir lieben die Qualität der Speisen und das al fresco draussen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und professionell, hervorheben möchte ich Julia und Adriano da sie uns seit Jahren kennen und es ist immer wieder eine Freude sie zu sehen. Generell finde ich das gesammte Personal von dem Zimmer mädchen, Gärtner und besonders Service Personal im Restaurant immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Kompliment an das Management und Führung. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Du Lac.

Teilweise ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Bei vielen anderen weiß man aber nicht so recht ob sie Lust haben. Gastfreundschaft könnte meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr herausstechen, natürlich verstehe ich, dass es bei der Anzahl an Gästen nicht immer umzusetzen ist. Die höflichsten und zuvorkommendsten Mitarbeiter sind die im Housekeeping und der Cleaning Junge. Ernesto ist ebenfalls immer freundlich und gut gelaunt, kompetenter Eindruck. Teils kleinere Fehler wie falsche Übersetzung beim Essen. Bessere Kommunikation bei Ankunft wegen Zimmerbezug, etc. Haben uns teils nicht so gefallen. Alles in allem dennoch ok. Ob wir wieder kommen würden? Vielleicht! 100% Überzeugt hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht.

I first came with my family three years ago, they had been four times before. It was everything they had said - simply great. One could spend all day just at the resort and do several different things. The breakfast at the roof top was simply outstanding. The staff courteous, professional, friendly and helpful at all times. We had an excellent stay at the resort for 8 nights in late May 2025. For weeks before our arrival, I was messaging with Marcildo, who helped to create the perfect itinerary for us. He was so incredibly helpful, in suggestions as well as booking and confirming restaurants, taxis, and activities for us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a concierge. The pizza restaurant was FANTASTIC and we ended up eating and drinking there most days. The breakfast was great and most of the waiters was so sweet and accommodating. Overall we LOVED the hotel, the views, the pools, the restaurant, the service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and we'd love to come back and I'd recommend the resort to others.

The Resturant, bar and spa staff were superb. A special thanks Georgia and the 2 brothers in the Aria. The food was superb, please let the chefs know. The spa and sauna experience was excellent, the massage had was one of my best. You all should be so proud and a tight ship is run giving a wonderful experience. We could write a lot more. Our overall experience at this hotel was amazing, me and my wife was blown away with the gardens at the hotel, felt like we was in a forest resort it was really beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were perfect throughout the whole stay. The cleaning around the rooms and hotel was spotless at all times. If was a wonderful experience and a fantastic environment to celebrate the new year! The personal has been incredible, both at the reception, at the restaurant and in the spa. We attended the new year dinner which was very good and here again, the personal was very devoted and kind. A special thanks to Naim and Helena, from the restaurant, for their kindness and precious advices about wines (also another employee from the restaurant whose I forgot the name: Italian with a chignon, glasses and clear eyes). We will come back, hopefully in fall time.

Tengo a esprimere complimenti per la gestione premurosa della Direzione e della Reception di un imprevisto che in giorni di alta affluenza turistica poteva diventare un problema ossia un overbooking (involontario, credo, in quanto le nostre stanze non ci erano state intestate nell’applicativo). Ci è stata trovata altra camera, peraltro più confortevole, minimizzando a meno di tre ore la fase transitoria di cambio camera dopo il primo dei due giorni di soggiorno, e l’inconveniente è stato riconosciuto con la gentile offerta di una cena.

The pizza restaurant was amazing and one of the best pizzas we had while we were in Italy, actually! The breakfast was fabulous and over the top and the maître d and waiters were very, very good! Great job. The bar was a nice place to get a drink and a snack. The ground grounds are beautiful. The spa service was a good quality, but I would say the Jacuzzi and relaxation area are a bit outdated in my opinion.

A massive thanks to absolutely everyone at the hotel. One thing we love is that everyone is so polite and helpful. When we arrived we asked if it was possible to have a ground floor room as we had one before and a lovely lady on the desk- dark haired?!- sorted it for us- a massive thank you yo her. A few particular names to thank in the restaurant- Ernesto- sorted gluten free options for our daughter Irene- remembered that our daughter preferred gluten free options! Iris, Sara and Barbara just lovely girls- so calm and helpful Great breakfast staff- Michell and luca? Lovely to see staff still there from when we came 2 years ago. The cleaning staff always did a great job!

We had a fabulous time during our first stay. The family friendly accommodations were some of the best we have ever experienced. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the location along the lake with the sport rentals were what we enjoyed most. We were also vey happy with the mini kids club and the self service laundry as well as the cleanliness of or room. Thank you for the wonderful stay. This is a true gem and we hope to come back all the way from New York!

Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cortese, professionale e collaborativo in ogni circostanza e per ogni richiesta (ad eccezione dei bagnini, uno in particolare con modi ai limiti della scortesia e non credo fosse alle prime esperienze essendo il più adulto degli altri). Ottimale suddivisione degli spazi e delle aree per bambini, location straordinaria, spazi per il cane adeguati: assolutamente da consigliare. Grazie per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

The location is fantastic and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The room cleaners did a really good job each day (apart from not cleaning/replacing the drinking glasses). Housekeeping was very efficient (ordered extra clothes hangers and asked for hand soaps for both rooms - a strange omission, we've never come across this before in any hotel). The pizza restaurant was fantastic - atmosphere, service and food, as was the Bistro restaurant (friendly, excellent and professional service by Davide, thank you). The Bistro Bar workers were all friendly and helpful (when I asked them for a jug of fresh milk for our room fridge each day, thank you). I know I've put quite a few suggestions in the 'Tips' section but they are all smaller issues (that we noticed in comparison to other hotels we've stayed in) and overall, Aria dining experience to one side, we very much enjoyed our stay with you, thank you.
