Obwohl in der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet seien, hat diese noch nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten ein zimmer zur Straße, so dass wir nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen konnten. Nach einem freundlichen Gespräch mit dem Hotelmanager bekamen wir ein Zimmer im 6. Stock zum Park hin. Sehr schön und besten Dank für das Entgegenkommen.

Le stanze davvero spaziose, confortevoli e pulite anche se a causa del riscaldamento con areazione si crea subito della polvere. Das Persoal im Restaurant unglaublich! Über Sylvester hat das Team wirklich tadellose Leistung gebracht. Ihnen zuzuschauen gleicht einem choreografierten Schauspiel: leichtfüßig, immer freundlich, ohne Lücken im Service, keine Patzer und immer das Gefühl vermittelnd, dass man als Gast gerne gesehen ist und sie auch gerne dort gemeinsam arbeiten. After chatting with the Front Office Manager, he is empathetic about our needs. Upon request, he helped us swtich to the Elite suite which has two bathrooms. We very much appreviated the team's flexibility and would enjoy the rest of our stays without having to fight for bathrooms. Thank you very much for making our holiday a nicer experience!

Besonderes Lob geht an Luca und auch die anderen freundlichen Kellner beim Frühstück. Wir kennen ihn seit 13 Jahren und er macht einen tollen Job! Außerdem an Claudia vom Mini Club den unsere Kinder früher viel besucht haben. Meine Kinder besuchen die noch immer sehr gerne und werden herzlich empfangen! Und ein Kompliment an die Dame die unsere Zimmer 321, 322 und 323 gereinigt hat. Sie war sehr freundlich, schnell und gründlich und nach dem Frühstück waren die Zimmer bereits fertig!

There was a major problem with the outdoor pools. There are Coypus breeding in the gardens, and they swim in the pools - I have photos. This is an unacceptable health hazard as they can spread leptospirosis (Weils disease). You need to find a solution to this. Saying the pools are disinfected is NOT good enough. Please note this is a professional opinion as I am a medical doctor.

The Staff are outstanding. Every member of staff I met was great and ensured that our stay was fantastic. Special mention of Ardriana at the Front Desk who went above and beyond to ensure that my room was ready as soon as possible, and kept checking up on it for me - then found me to get me my room quickly (as I had arrived at the hotel after overnight travel and wanted to use the room to rest). She was always friendly and helpful during my stay.

Tolles Sportangebot, der Tennisplatz und die Leihschläge waren top zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Auch die Poollandschaft inkl. Spa. Ist klasse. Leider haben wir Abends um ca. 21:00 keinen Parkplatz gefunden, weder in der Tiefgarage noch um Außenbereich. Das ist sehr schade. Auch lassen Gäste ihren Wagen Tagelang an der E Ladestation stehen, oder ein E Wagen mit Fahrradständer nahm 2 E Ladeplätze in Anspruch. Wir haben dann unseren Wagen wild abgestellt.

We very much enjoyed our week’s holiday. We loved walking in the beautiful grounds, the views from our balcony as well as the peacefulness. Each evening we dined in the Aria restaurant and really enjoyed every meal. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and it was lovely to see how happily they worked together. We would certainly recommend the hotel to friends.

I’m not sure if this review will count for my stay in June 2025 or my current stay in September 2025, but here are my impressions. The hotel itself is truly beautiful — the park is wonderful, the food is excellent, and the breakfast staff are EXTREMELY friendly and attentive. Honestly, many hotels could learn from them. Unfortunately, the reception was a disaster. I had asked in September 2025 if we could check in at 1:00 PM. I understand early check-in is a matter of goodwill, but I was told they would call me once the room was ready. Nothing happened. At the desk, I was also told about the blue towel card, and if I lose it, it costs €75 — the whole interaction just felt cold and unfriendly. By 3:00 PM, when I still hadn’t heard anything, I went back to reception myself. Again: no service, no warmth. When I finally got into the room, the floor was soaking wet, and it wasn’t dry until about 4:15 PM. With a small child with me, this was extremely frustrating. I called reception, and the answer I got was, “And what should we do now?” I explained I was giving it as feedback, but the reply was only, “We’ll tell housekeeping,” followed by the phone being hung up. No goodbye, no apology, nothing. What kind of service is that? While waiting for the room, I had a coffee at the Capannina restaurant. The lady working there was very unfriendly. When I asked to pay, she answered very snappishly. Later, when I went to pick up food, she stood uncomfortably close behind me while chatting with her colleague the whole time. It felt very unpleasant and unprofessional. The room itself is partly falling apart — for example, the panel under the kitchen fell off and we had to put it back ourselves. It is also extremely noisy; the walls are thin, and we could hear everything from outside. Just last night, around midnight, other hotel guests were making a lot of noise, which was very disturbing. That said, the park remains beautiful as always, the food is great, and again I must highlight the breakfast staff: they are truly outstanding, very kind, and make the mornings a pleasure.

Hervorzuheben ist die zentrumsnah Lage des Hotels. Das Personal ist wie immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Zimmerservice funktioniert außerordentlich gut. Ich habe mir immer Tee gekocht und die Teebeutel wurden täglich aufgefüllt. Die Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet wurde verglichen mit früheren Aufenthalten stark reduziert.

We had a wonderful stay in a superior room adjacent to the main building Room 388 a shame all we could see was a huge tree trunk from the balcony which made it dark and in the full shade. Cant believe you only supply paper cups for hot beverages made in the rooms very poor. We also had not paper cups so asked housekeeping over 2hrs later the paper cups arrived by which time I had walked to the bar and got two china cups myself. Twice they had not been replenished. I must say the Staff in Aria restaurant were the best I have ever met all of them were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. I must mention in particular Marco Nester and Gulia who were oustanding. Also Arianda on reception was so helpful kind and funny has a few chats to her such a lovely young lady. We would love to return but have a room where we had a better view. The only thing we were not keen on was the amount of dogs we saw sat at tables in the restaurant around the adult pool sitting on the bed chairs which is very un hygienic and coming out of the room next to ours was a huge dog who was sat on the bed.......Surely you should have rooms for dogs only.?

Unfortunately these are the negatives. We have experienced a lot of Kate night voice in our bungalow. It back onto a cycle path/teenage play area. We had a loud party going on until 11.45pm with music thumping into our villa, we couldn’t use the sofa bed for our children. Then people beeping scooter horns and shouting/hanging out till the early hours (1am). I think this is wholly unacceptable on a family resort.

The head waitress at the Capannina Helena was one of the best I've ever seen. Absolute professional, yet very friendly to all guests. Was involved in leading or owning a hotel, large event ships with catering up to 400 people... never saw anyone so good in her profession. I would hire her immadietly, if still active in business. If I would be her superior and recieving this survey, I'd give her a payment bonus for sure. Anyway I didn't see such professionalism even in Dubai 5star hotels, like hers. My congratulations for the chef of Capannina, on Wendsday and Thursday night I had Austrian style ribeye... never had such good ones in my life, Angus, Australian, Japanese... way behind. Thank You for everything!!!

The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The only exception is at Molo44, where the staff come across as arrogant and condescending. They’re not as pleasant, and it doesn’t make you want to return. We went there for a cocktail, and the waiter (short dark hair) was clearly unhappy that we weren’t dining, didn’t want water, bread, or anything else. He came to our table only once every 30 minutes, barely looked at us, and wasn’t polite. I would recommend a mystery shopping visit so the resort’s owner or manager can see how some of the staff behave. It’s unnecessary and damages the otherwise great impression of the rest of the team.

We had a major issue with a very noisy family in the room next to us late one night and we were pleased that the Reception staff were able to assist and move us to another room. Our 4th visit to this hotel and as ever, it’s surpasses expectations. The location is superb, buildings set in the most beautiful gardens, many paths to wander, all leading to the lakeside. Our Suite is comfortable, spacious and very quiet. Our balcony has stunning views of the gardens and the mountains beyond. Food is great in the restaurants, good quality and plenty off choice. Worth a mention, the helpfulness and friendliness of ALL the staff. In particular Marco and all the staff in the breakfast area of the roof garden in Murialdo Suite building. A very busy area at breakfast time but a lovely easy going ambience due to the efficiency of all the staff. Thank you to all. We look forward to visit number 5.

Gastfreundschaft könnte meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr herausstechen, natürlich verstehe ich, dass es bei der Anzahl an Gästen nicht immer umzusetzen ist. Die höflichsten und zuvorkommendsten Mitarbeiter sind die im Housekeeping und der Cleaning Junge. Ernesto ist ebenfalls immer freundlich und gut gelaunt, kompetenter Eindruck. Teils kleinere Fehler wie falsche Übersetzung beim Essen. Bessere Kommunikation bei Ankunft wegen Zimmerbezug, etc. Haben uns teils nicht so gefallen. Alles in allem dennoch ok. Ob wir wieder kommen würden? Vielleicht! 100% Überzeugt hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht.

Als Liebhaber und langjähriger Stammgast des Du Lac, leider mit einer berufsbedingten Unterbrechung in den letzten fünf Jahren, habe ich mich nach einer Auszeit gesehnt und das Hotel für einen Kurztrip gebucht. Ich bin angekommen und habe mich sofort wieder „wie zu Hause“ gefühlt - im Gegenteil - das Haus hat sich dermaßen perfektioniert, dass der Aufenthalt somit noch schöner war! Angefangen beim Check-In über das Zimmer mit Seeblick, der Capannina Poolbar, der Anlage mit dem Park bis hin zum Frühstück: einfach perfekt! I first came with my family three years ago, they had been four times before. It was everything they had said - simply great. One could spend all day just at the resort and do several different things. The breakfast at the roof top was simply outstanding. The staff courteous, professional, friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are spacious and well apportioned, the grounds lovely. Thank you for a wonderful week, I look forward to visiting again.

We had an excellent stay at the resort for 8 nights in late May 2025. For weeks before our arrival, I was messaging with Marcildo, who helped to create the perfect itinerary for us. He was so incredibly helpful, in suggestions as well as booking and confirming restaurants, taxis, and activities for us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a concierge. The pizza restaurant was FANTASTIC and we ended up eating and drinking there most days. The breakfast was great and most of the waiters was so sweet and accommodating. Overall we LOVED the hotel, the views, the pools, the restaurant, the service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and we'd love to come back and I'd recommend the resort to others.

The Resturant, bar and spa staff were superb. A special thanks Georgia and the 2 brothers in the Aria. The food was superb, please let the chefs know. The spa and sauna experience was excellent, the massage had was one of my best. You all should be so proud and a tight ship is run giving a wonderful experience. We could write a lot more. Our overall experience at this hotel was amazing, me and my wife was blown away with the gardens at the hotel, felt like we was in a forest resort it was really beautiful.
