Sehr höfliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, dass manchmal etwas steif wirkte, was für uns als junges Paar etwas befremdlich war. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns aber sehr wohl und sehr gut behandelt gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und die Gartenlage des Hotels sowie der Beach Club sind wunderschön!

They truly went above and beyond to help. It has been a while since I visited Italy and my experience with this and other hotels has been exceptional. The whole team were so welcoming and personable. We were always met with a smile at breakfast and greeted by the front desk staff. All the front desk team went above and beyond for my family . We are so appreciative. Really. We found your hotel charming and full of character but the icing on the cake was the wonderful stall cleaners porter front desk kitchen staff pool guys. The receptionist staff were friendly and approachable. I think his name was Mani ? He was very helpful finding us a hired car and making suggestions of how to visit Amalfi coast using the local ferries. Without him I don’t know how we would have managed as unfortunately Jet2 were unavailable and there was no information or suggestions in the folder given us All of the staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble
