Everyrhing was perfect. The staff was super kind and help us with informations, descriptions of the products and Quick service. Everybody was so lovely that my hear melts during everyday stay! The Cleaning Staff was very kind, polite, Quick and gentle with our things and even with my bed mascot - doggy. I respect their hard work! The waitresses during brekfast was super kind, humble, efficient, elegant, aleays with cute smiles on their facet. They quickly react when some of the product run out on the Buffet. And a big thank you for the man, who picked our staff and Carried to our rooms. And the People working in the receptuon desk was super helpful, elegant, professional in every aspect! Aha, and lady in the spa and welness area was also kind, professional, very polite and patient. Thank you for everything once more! Every one of You!

The staff on the reception desk were incredibly helpful. Arianna was delightful and gave us lots of advice. Giovanni was very helpful with car hire and taxi. Antonino was warm and friendly in the restaurant. In fact, all the staff were very friendly and made our stay so special.
