we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel we were close to the most popular places in rome such as the Colloseum The reception staff were friendly and very kind. Our room was ok, we had all the facilities, the wi fi was very ok, the room was clean and nice. It was my husband's birthday and it was very nice of them to leave us some amenities in the room with "happy birthday" for him. Two things were wrong: The ac didn't work but we didn't have a problem because the temperature in the room was ok considering it was nice weather outside I think you can check again to make sure other guests don't have problems with this . I don't know if this is the standard how they make the bed but it was very difficult for us to wrap ourselves with the duvet because it was very well fixed to the bed and it was practically impossible to put on our bodies because we were also taking the sheet off the bed and it s coming out from the cover . Overall was nice experience and we enjoyed.

Norman was very helpful at recption - i was promised an upgrade for the room as it was my husband 50thh birthday surprise - there was no uograde when we arrvied but Norman organised this the next day - the room was lovely and simple to move Amber - was excellant she made us feel very welcome and was happy to help with dirctions and suggestions where to visit the evening menu could have a few more selctions, as the food was great and tasty breakfast was a delight

Aodoro il design delle camere e della struttura in generale, mi piacciono molto le opere grafiche che decorano gli spazi e trovo molto interessante il modo in cui sono esposte, i complementi scelti con cura e ben contestualizzati, la sensazione è davvero accogliente e confortevole. Lo specchio ingranditore nel bagno è un plus di altissimo livello, che in poche strutture ho trovato, che apprezzo davvero moltissimo.

The servers were really nice and gave us the best service specifically Dario. In the reservation desk everyone was really kind. We visited many hotels and yours makes a GREAT DIFFERENCE in all aspects. Congratulations! The food was incredible too. It was a pleasure to stay there. The safe box was really easy to used too.
