We had lunch at your restaurant, and the food was mediocre. A friend of ours had a tour group that she organized stay at your hotel last year, and had the same comment about dinner. I would suggest to improve your lunch and dinner food. This is weird as your breakfast food is excellent. Also not sure what is up with the heat/cooling system in the room, one room was very cold with the system either could be turned on and it being very cold, or turned off. After a day the receptionist, on request, reset the cooling system and then it worked fine. Can this be done standard after check in? Otherwise your hotel is absolutely great, we enjoyed our stay and especially your car park, comfort of the room and a 5 minute walk to the metro station are excellent.
