This hotel was fantastic, absolutely loved the location and the accommodation. We were staying with our two kids, and initially we had an issue with our air conditioning not working properly, and the issue was promptly addressed by management and we were moved rooms for the remaining two nights of our stay. They sent us a fruit platter to apologise, which was not necessary but a lovely gesture.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, upon arrival they held our bags and had them brought up to our room once it was ready. On day of checkout, they arranged transport to the airport for us and also allowed for a later checkout.

Superb service! We checked in within minutes, Emanuel was so welcoming and charming, attention to details ! Very professional well dressed, love the Italian charm he has. He quickly pulled up our reservation answered any questions we had and was able to get us in our room way earlier than normal check in. I would like to state everyone we encountered were courteous, friendly, accommodating and professional. They made our stay memorable. You are located steps from all the attractions and great shopping. I am Interested in knowing the manufacturer of your air diffusers that are located in the lobby. The lobby and all public areas were kept clean, modern and inviting. I would like to purchase or can you send me some of the diffusers. Thank you and I would look forward to staying at the Duomo again when I return to Milan.

After traveling in Italy for three weeks …some rentals with no in person check- in, it was very nice to be greeted in person. The front desk in open 24 hr. & they helped us get a taxi to the airport at 5:00 in the morning. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked with convenient items. Great neighborhood at a great price for Milano.

As I wrote in an earlier review, the hotel is in a perfect location, staff is helpful, particularly Pemal at the reception. His smile, positive outlook and willingness to help really made our stay. Rooms are pretty and comfortable. Breakfast is great, but could use more personnel when it gets busy. Overall we had a great stay and will be back.
