The staff at the reception are not only very polite, but smart and eff8cient ,also. In my remark that when somebody who has paid 500€/night cannot be charged a bottle of water, the receptionist at check-out immediately offered it for free. He could have argued and insist, but he did not. It's not.a matter of money, it's smart handling. People always make a difference, apart from shee5s and pillows.

We had a slight issue where our original room was unavailable (a ‘Premium’) and we were upgraded to a Deluxe. However, the layout and finish was not something we were keen on and had deliberately chosen the Premium at booking. There were no other rooms available in our original bracket, however the team kindly provided us with a truly stunning room that really made the last night of our trip incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time, even hunting down a spate adapter for our chargers in the night, and providing helpful tips for the main things to see and how to get around. 100% would stay again if we ever come back to Milan and would recommend to friends/family.

We were staying with our two kids, and initially we had an issue with our air conditioning not working properly, and the issue was promptly addressed by management and we were moved rooms for the remaining two nights of our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, upon arrival they held our bags and had them brought up to our room once it was ready. On day of checkout, they arranged transport to the airport for us and also allowed for a later checkout.
