They helped with all my questions and were extremely efficient throughout my nine day stay. I appreciated the assistance with transportation being arranged to the airport (so the end of my stay ended also on a high note). Breakfast was superb and the staff were wonderful. The reception desk staff was helpful but it was the cleaning staff, bell man, and maintenance staff that were really friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and order of the reception area - always well stocked with coffee, water, and candy, and always clean and tidy. I was fortunate to be on the renovated floor and my room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow selection. One of the most comfortable hotel stays I have ever experienced!!! Thank you!
