The staff at the reception are not only very polite, but smart and eff8cient ,also. In my remark that when somebody who has paid 500€/night cannot be charged a bottle of water, the receptionist at check-out immediately offered it for free. He could have argued and insist, but he did not. It's not.a matter of money, it's smart handling. People always make a difference, apart from shee5s and pillows.

We had a slight issue where our original room was unavailable (a ‘Premium’) and we were upgraded to a Deluxe. However, the layout and finish was not something we were keen on and had deliberately chosen the Premium at booking. There were no other rooms available in our original bracket, however the team kindly provided us with a truly stunning room that really made the last night of our trip incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time, even hunting down a spate adapter for our chargers in the night, and providing helpful tips for the main things to see and how to get around. 100% would stay again if we ever come back to Milan and would recommend to friends/family.

We were staying with our two kids, and initially we had an issue with our air conditioning not working properly, and the issue was promptly addressed by management and we were moved rooms for the remaining two nights of our stay. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing. Friendly, courteous, and very very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient and so close to everything as a tourist. The room we stayed in was great. Spacious and clean. Had all the amenities we needed.

Nel vostro hotel siamo stati veramente molto bene, tutto il personale é stato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile. La camera era semplice, pulita e confortevole . La prima colazione buona e varia, gentilissima la signorina che accoglieva in sala, sorridente e premurosa.
