After traveling in Italy for three weeks …some rentals with no in person check- in, it was very nice to be greeted in person. The front desk in open 24 hr. & they helped us get a taxi to the airport at 5:00 in the morning. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked with convenient items. grazie di tutto siete stati gentilissima a concedermi il late check out post Maratona, ed omaggiarci del gradito up grade delle camera (usuale negli hotel di lusso) la camera e veramente bella, spaziosa, accogliente e funzionale, il bagno bellissimo Ps mi sono dimenticato di dirvi di fare controllare il frangi flusso del lavandino, qualche perdonatemi il termini "idiota" deve avere con un coltello (ho gaurdato si vede proprio un taglio netto fatto con una lama) inciso il frangi flusso cosi dicendo diventa ingestibile il flusso di acqua che allaga tutto il mobile, ed e un peccato con un bagno cosi bello. Ci vedremo sicuramente di nuovo o per lavoro o per un we di shopping nella nostra Milano o magari gia al 6maggio che abbiamo un vito da Moncler per una serata alla Scala per un evento benefico , vi faro sapere........ saluti a tutti bertulessi antonello

Location is great, the room was warm and clean and the beds super comfortable, some updating of the rooms would be welcomed. Honestly, the biggest advantage of the hotel and the number one reason we will be returning in the future was its incredibly kind staff, especially at the reception (with whom we basically had the most contact anyway). Do not know their names unfortunately and they were all great anyway, but special thanks to the lady and gentleman that welcomed us during check-in (24 nov around 13.00) and to the kind gentleman that was at the reception on the 25th late night shift, they were most helpful🙏🏻
