We had a slight issue where our original room was unavailable (a ‘Premium’) and we were upgraded to a Deluxe. However, the layout and finish was not something we were keen on and had deliberately chosen the Premium at booking. There were no other rooms available in our original bracket, however the team kindly provided us with a truly stunning room that really made the last night of our trip incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time, even hunting down a spate adapter for our chargers in the night, and providing helpful tips for the main things to see and how to get around. 100% would stay again if we ever come back to Milan and would recommend to friends/family.

This hotel was fantastic, absolutely loved the location and the accommodation. We were staying with our two kids, and initially we had an issue with our air conditioning not working properly, and the issue was promptly addressed by management and we were moved rooms for the remaining two nights of our stay. They sent us a fruit platter to apologise, which was not necessary but a lovely gesture.

You are located steps from all the attractions and great shopping. I am Interested in knowing the manufacturer of your air diffusers that are located in the lobby. The front desk in open 24 hr. & they helped us get a taxi to the airport at 5:00 in the morning. The room was clean, spacious and well stocked with convenient items. As I wrote in an earlier review, the hotel is in a perfect location, staff is helpful, particularly Pemal at the reception. His smile, positive outlook and willingness to help really made our stay. Rooms are pretty and comfortable. Breakfast is great, but could use more personnel when it gets busy. Overall we had a great stay and will be back.
