A charming hotel offering good value for money. We were a couple with two teenage children, and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was good and tasty. The staff was amazing; we arrived before the official check-in time and were given our room early. The location is excellent—in the center of Milan and close to everything. We would return and highly recommend it.

The reception staff were particularly helpful. On checking in, we were offered recommendations on where to eat, with the receptionist offering to make a reservation for us. She was particularly helpful and mindful of the fact that I had an over excited 6 year old creating havoc with me (!), offering marshmallows to my daughter to distract her long enough to provide all the relevant information. This was much appreciated. On a separate occasion, two members of your reception staff sought to help me with an issue I was having activating the Area C charge ticket. Again, this was gratefully received. Thank you so much!

The facilities, the staff, breakfast were all 1st rate! We loved our stay at the hotel. Our only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom - it was impossible to apply make-up - my husband to shave - the lighting was low and there was no access to any magnifying mirror (way too high for both me and my husband) etc. I suggest that you address that issue - other than that - it was perfect!

I was taken ill on Tuesday night. Mahmood on reception was exceptional. He called for a doctor at 12.30am and sorted a taxi to the all night pharmacy. He was professional, caring and a credit to the hotel.

The staff at the reception are not only very polite, but smart and eff8cient ,also. In my remark that when somebody who has paid 500€/night cannot be charged a bottle of water, the receptionist at check-out immediately offered it for free. He could have argued and insist, but he did not. It's not.a matter of money, it's smart handling. People always make a difference, apart from shee5s and pillows.

We had a slight issue where our original room was unavailable (a ‘Premium’) and we were upgraded to a Deluxe. However, the layout and finish was not something we were keen on and had deliberately chosen the Premium at booking. There were no other rooms available in our original bracket, however the team kindly provided us with a truly stunning room that really made the last night of our trip incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time, even hunting down a spate adapter for our chargers in the night, and providing helpful tips for the main things to see and how to get around. 100% would stay again if we ever come back to Milan and would recommend to friends/family.

Your facility was the best option in the whole area! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The price, location and overall accommodations were unmatched. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling in this area.
