I was taken ill on Tuesday night. Mahmood on reception was exceptional. He called for a doctor at 12.30am and sorted a taxi to the all night pharmacy. He was professional, caring and a credit to the hotel.

We would like to say a special thank you to Mahmood, the night duty receptionist on Tuesday 24th March. He was so kind and extremely helpful when my husband was taken ill in the night. He called a Doctor and then a taxi to take us to the nearest 24 hour pharmacy to collect antibiotics that were prescribed. We are very grateful to him.

The staff at the reception are not only very polite, but smart and eff8cient ,also. In my remark that when somebody who has paid 500€/night cannot be charged a bottle of water, the receptionist at check-out immediately offered it for free. We had a slight issue where our original room was unavailable (a ‘Premium’) and we were upgraded to a Deluxe. However, the layout and finish was not something we were keen on and had deliberately chosen the Premium at booking. There were no other rooms available in our original bracket, however the team kindly provided us with a truly stunning room that really made the last night of our trip incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful the entire time, even hunting down a spate adapter for our chargers in the night, and providing helpful tips for the main things to see and how to get around. 100% would stay again if we ever come back to Milan and would recommend to friends/family.

This hotel was fantastic, absolutely loved the location and the accommodation. We were staying with our two kids, and initially we had an issue with our air conditioning not working properly, and the issue was promptly addressed by management and we were moved rooms for the remaining two nights of our stay. They sent us a fruit platter to apologise, which was not necessary but a lovely gesture.

I would like to thank all in team for helping us out in all stages n situations. from check in to all. Room was very clean. We had a situation where past mid night we came to know that our flight back to India has got cancelled. Although there was no availability of room in ur hotel in any of travel platforms, the team provided me a room at the earliest. I really appreciate n thank team n managment for same.

They helped with all my questions and were extremely efficient throughout my nine day stay. I appreciated the assistance with transportation being arranged to the airport (so the end of my stay ended also on a high note). Breakfast was superb and the staff were wonderful.
