The hotel is wonderful! The service is excellent! There was a small issue with accessing the room—the key card didn’t work—but the receptionist quickly changed the room and resolved the problem. Also, there were only two towels instead of three, but even such minor details did not affect our overall impression! The staff are very friendly and always smiling—it’s a pleasure to see them! Breakfast deserves special mention—just “wow”! The variety and amount of food were truly impressive!!! You are amazing!!! Thank you!!!

Stayed there for 3 night, was my first time in Italy and what a stay it was. Staff were brilliant, food was amazing, rooms were amazing, I stayed in 483 I think lol and the hotel its self looked amazing. The out side didn’t look like anything special but all changed when you walked through the doors.

All good with the booking, only issue was the room heating. When I walked on on arrival the room temp was set at 24, I couldn't get it to cool so switched it off. Same issue the following day. Room was melting!
