We loved our 2 night stay. We had a lovely room and the reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming whilst remaining professional. The location is ideal being slightly quieter. It was nice to be able to help yourself to tea and coffee outside our room, which was kept well stocked. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. There’s a good choice for breakfast to suit all appetites. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is lovely.

C’est un hôtel où on se sent bien, les chambres sont très spacieuses, avec tout le confort nécessaire. L’hôtel a son style, qui donne un certain cachet. Tout est bien géré, ménage impeccable dans les chambres. Atmosphère nocturne calme, propice au repos.

L'accueil a été un peu rude le vendredi 8 décembre: le chauffeur qui devait nous prendre à l'aéroport de Trévise n'était pas au rendez vous: aprés 17 minutes d'attente, et n'arrivant pas à joindre qui que ce soit faute de réseau téléphonique, nous avons pris le bus puis sommes venus à pied, vue l'heure, depuis piazzale Roma. A l'hotel, tout s'est passé comme si nous étions fautifs, alors que nous nous attendions plutot à des excuses. Le lendemain, le concierge souhaitait nous faire payer la prestation non fournie, comme si nous en avions été responsables....Tout s'est arrangé après un moment un peu tendu! Cela dit, Stefano est un concierge aimable et efficace, qui doit se ranger plutôt du côté de ses clients que du côté des prestataires....

All of the hotel staff provided excellent service with the utmost courtesy and kindness. I feel the staff at reception, at breakfast, and in housekeeping raised our stay in Venezia to another level. We loved the hotel, but I think the staff make it special.
