We had a 05:30 checkout. When I asked the over night front desk person for americano coffee, he went and made some coffee for me. At that time, he did not know we were checking out. He charged the room approx $4 per coffee. This made sense to me if we were going to be there for breakfast and could have waited for it. Once we went to check out and he understood the situation, he offered to remove the charges for the coffee. This left us both with a positive feeling because it told us that he understood the situation. This gentleman, and the woman who helped my elderly mother with the coffee machine during breakfast, provided the best customer service of anyone else at the hotel.

The lady with glasses at the reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous and very delicious. Thank you for these wonderful few days. Questa la recensione già lasciata su Google Lorenzo Guidi 4/5 19 ore fa su Google Sarà il legno delle aree comuni o l'atmosfera Natalizia con cui si presenta appena entri in Hotel ma la sensazione di accoglienza e di calore sono veramente uniche. La camera prenotata era altrettanto accogliente e ben ordinata. Forse per alcuni aspetti si percepisce che il tempo anche per questo Hotel si fa sentire sulle spalle ma ben si sposa con la città di Bassano che mostra i segni della storia, che non nasconde mai anzi emergono in ogni angolo perché possano rimanere impressi per ogni viandante. E vogliamo parlare della colazione ? Superlativa ! Formaggi e salumi eccellenti che ti deliziano il risveglio. Gran varietà di dolci per i più golosi 👏👏👏

Una struttura datata che ti fa sentire tutta la sua storia in modo leggero e attuale, in un paese coinvolgente e che sprigiona forza frutto delle tragedie del passato. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico. La struttura mostra, in alcune zone, l'età del complesso (zona hall, corridoio per raggiungere gli ambienti comuni, ascensori). La nostra stanza era invece di stile moderno e ben strutturata, con ampi spazi negli armadi e in bagno. Un punto di merito per la colazione, ricca sia per la parte salata che per la parte dolce.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years. The rooms have gotten significantly better and my most recent stay was in a room that I have stayed in previously, but now the bathroom was redone, which was very nice. The hotel seems to improve with each year. The staff is very friendly and always warm and welcoming at the front desk. That is why I return year after a year personally, I think the restaurant and bar scene could be dramatically improved. It’s an area of opportunity for additional revenue and guest participation. The decor is very Old and tired booking… Especially in that parlor room. I will keep returning because I enjoy the charm and people that work there.
