The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The dressing gown, slippers and minibar were appreciated, as well as the kettle and drinks. The woman serving at the bar and in the restaurant was exceptionally organised, enthusiastic, hardworking, and pleasant. The pool and gym area were excellent, though the Turkish bath and sauna were too hot for me.

Ganz herzlichen Glückwunsch zu Ihrer großartigen Personalauswahl von Rezeption, Restaurant und mehr. Selbst als kleine Bauarbeiten im Haus stattfanden, wurde der Gast davon elegant abgeschirmt und auch die Handwerker verhielten sich enorm zurückhaltend und sehr, sehr angenehm. Ihre Mitarbeiter schaffen zusätzlich zu der sehr angehnehm gestalterischen Atmosphäre Ihres Hauses ein sehr rundum stilvolles Wohlfühlen für den Hotelgast. Ich kenne aus beruflichen Gründen Hotels, wie das Ritz Carlton oder auch das Adlon in Berlin, recht gut - das Personal des Airporthotels Verona kann sich sehr wohl mit jenem Niveau messen! Mein Mann und ich haben Ihr Haus bereits schon weiterempfohlen und werden es weiterhin tun.

We were upgraded to the Azzurri Suite and would have loved to stay longer. We had the best sleep and if you could tell us the brand of mattress we would appreciate it. The lady at the reception desk handled the situation with remarkable patience, calmly troubleshooting the problem without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced. She went above and beyond by personally escorting me to my room and demonstrating how to use the entry system, ensuring I understood it completely. Her kind and thorough approach turned a potentially frustrating moment into a smooth and pleasant one. Later, when I decided to explore dining options outside the hotel, she was equally helpful. She took the time to recommend several nearby restaurants, tailoring her suggestions to my preferences and even providing insights on their ambiance and specialties. Her thoughtful recommendations made my dining experience enjoyable and hassle-free. The receptionist’s dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with her warm and approachable demeanour, truly stood out. The shuttle service was awesome! We were so appreciative, we used it twice. The first night to pick us up after dropping off our rental car, and the next morning to catch our flight! It was so nice to have a nice bar and restaurant on site. The snacks at the bar were a nice treat! Our dinner was delicious! The room was very nice and clean. One of the best airport hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

I want to thank the management team. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and charged to my room. I checked out early AM and turned in my key assuming my card on file would be charged for my room charge. After I returned home it was brought to my attention that I had no card on file. The hotel staff was patient and understanding. I am grateful for the respect and patience extended as I paid attention to resolving the situation. This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The food and restaurant staff were great. It was my second time staying the night before I departed Europe after an exhausting, 3 day business trip. I love the location and easy access to Verona Airport. I will definitely return.

We arrived at 02h30 and were met by a security person. I wish we asked his name because he was incredibly helpful. There was a problem with a key card and could not gain access to a room but offered the 4 of us to stay in one room. We really appreciated his efforts to help us as much as he could. We ate breakfast and then were back on the road so we did not have the opportunity to explore the other services of the hotel.

When i checked out, the guy at reception was really nice. Also checking in with another person was a great conversation. And the Shuttle was great! I arrived on a holiday sunday, so it was a struggle to get there. But the shuttle was quick and easily arranged. Room was already before check-in time. Ive been traveling for 8 hours so that was a pleasant surprise.
