Wir waren rundum begeistert. Alles war wirklich hervorragend, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel extrem sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das kostenlose Parkieren in der Tiefgarage. Insgesamt ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen hat. Wir sind sehr positiv überrascht und möchten uns herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken.

I want to thank the management team. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and charged to my room. I checked out early AM and turned in my key assuming my card on file would be charged for my room charge. After I returned home it was brought to my attention that I had no card on file. The hotel staff was patient and understanding. I am grateful for the respect and patience extended as I paid attention to resolving the situation. This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The food and restaurant staff were great. It was my second time staying the night before I departed Europe after an exhausting, 3 day business trip. I love the location and easy access to Verona Airport. I will definitely return.

Our stay was very pleasant. After hot day it was refreshing to swim in your pool. The hotel is very well situated close by many sights.

We arrived at 02h30 and were met by a security person. I wish we asked his name because he was incredibly helpful. There was a problem with a key card and could not gain access to a room but offered the 4 of us to stay in one room. We really appreciated his efforts to help us as much as he could. We ate breakfast and then were back on the road so we did not have the opportunity to explore the other services of the hotel.

When i checked out, the guy at reception was really nice. Also checking in with another person was a great conversation. And the Shuttle was great! I arrived on a holiday sunday, so it was a struggle to get there. But the shuttle was quick and easily arranged. Room was already before check-in time. Ive been traveling for 8 hours so that was a pleasant surprise.
