We checked in at 2320 and were greeted by by a lovely clerk (sorry, cant remember the name), we was extremely nice and welcoming. The room we booked did not include a bed fir a couple (instead, 2 single beds), he did some checking and changed our room for a room with over double bed and helped us with a ride to the airport at 4am. We are extremely grateful and will definitely book a room in the future if the need arises. Overall, we're very satisfied with the hotel and the very kind service. Thank you!!

When our flight back to the UK was cancelled by Easyjet and we were placed in an airport hotel overnight, I thought, no, what a nightmare! How wrong I was!! It's probably the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were so friendly yet professional, the food was delicious and the room was huge with aircon and very very comfortable. To top this, the hotel had a pool and Wellness facility! How lovely to end the holiday, after the cancelled flight, with a positive experience! Thank you 😊

Uso da qualche anno l'Airpot Hotel Verona come avvicinamento all'aeroporto prima di un viaggio. Ho sempre trovato gentilezza, pulizia, tranquillità e professionalità. In qualche occasione ho usato la splendida piscina interna, e spesso la navetta per l'aeroporto (sempre puntuale). Complimenti a tutti, non è semplice mantenere a lungo uno standard elevato.
