The shuttle service was awesome! We were so appreciative, we used it twice. The first night to pick us up after dropping off our rental car, and the next morning to catch our flight! It was so nice to have a nice bar and restaurant on site. The snacks at the bar were a nice treat! Our dinner was delicious! The room was very nice and clean. One of the best airport hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

I want to thank the management team. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and charged to my room. I checked out early AM and turned in my key assuming my card on file would be charged for my room charge. After I returned home it was brought to my attention that I had no card on file. The hotel staff was patient and understanding. I am grateful for the respect and patience extended as I paid attention to resolving the situation. This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The food and restaurant staff were great. It was my second time staying the night before I departed Europe after an exhausting, 3 day business trip. I love the location and easy access to Verona Airport. I will definitely return.

We arrived at 02h30 and were met by a security person. I wish we asked his name because he was incredibly helpful. There was a problem with a key card and could not gain access to a room but offered the 4 of us to stay in one room. We really appreciated his efforts to help us as much as he could. We ate breakfast and then were back on the road so we did not have the opportunity to explore the other services of the hotel.

When i checked out, the guy at reception was really nice. Also checking in with another person was a great conversation. And the Shuttle was great! I arrived on a holiday sunday, so it was a struggle to get there. But the shuttle was quick and easily arranged. Room was already before check-in time. Wir hatten 5 erholsame Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen am frühen Abend an und hatten Hunger. Das Restaurant hatte noch nicht geöffnet und dennoch kümmerte sich die Dame dort intensiv um uns. Zunächst brachte sie uns Nüsse und Nachos, dann nahm sie die Bestellung auf und wir bekamen pünktlich zu Restaurantöffnung unser Essen. Danke dafür.

Machen sie weiter so. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich viel Mühe geben die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Das ist ihnen bei uns auch gelungen. Vielen Dank. Wir wünschen Ihnen für 2025 weiter nur zufriedene Gäste.

Un grand merci à la serveuse qui était au bar vendredi 8.11.24 poir son sourire, sa gentillesse et son amabilité. Elle n' a pas hésité à nous servir des mojitos même passé son heure de travail et alors qu’elle devait recommencer le lendemain matin à 5h45. Revue le lendemain matin à 7h toujours souriante et avenante un gran d bravo à elle pour son professionnalisme. Malheureusement je ne connais pas son nom mais j'aimerais vraiment qu'elle soit remerciée.
