As Airport hotel, we were not expecting much however this was an Excellent hotel, lovely big bedroom , clean hotel , loads of toiletries & towels, huge bed , only wished we had another night there. Great Airport transfer service. Loved the Mex restaurant down the road. Lovely & helpful hotel staff.

Es gab frische Erdbeeren zum Frühstück, das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Tolle Idee und zudem gesund. Die Fahrerin vom Shuttle Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprach sogar etwas deutsch. So konnten wir gleich bei Ankunft unsere Fragen klären. Sie war fröhlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel auch durch andere engagierte Mitarbeiter-/innen sehr positiv. Weiter so! Einfach klasse!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The dressing gown, slippers and minibar were appreciated, as well as the kettle and drinks. The woman serving at the bar and in the restaurant was exceptionally organised, enthusiastic, hardworking, and pleasant. The pool and gym area were excellent, though the Turkish bath and sauna were too hot for me.

Selbst als kleine Bauarbeiten im Haus stattfanden, wurde der Gast davon elegant abgeschirmt und auch die Handwerker verhielten sich enorm zurückhaltend und sehr, sehr angenehm. Ihre Mitarbeiter schaffen zusätzlich zu der sehr angehnehm gestalterischen Atmosphäre Ihres Hauses ein sehr rundum stilvolles Wohlfühlen für den Hotelgast. Ich kenne aus beruflichen Gründen Hotels, wie das Ritz Carlton oder auch das Adlon in Berlin, recht gut - das Personal des Airporthotels Verona kann sich sehr wohl mit jenem Niveau messen! Mein Mann und ich haben Ihr Haus bereits schon weiterempfohlen und werden es weiterhin tun.

We were upgraded to the Azzurri Suite and would have loved to stay longer. We had the best sleep and if you could tell us the brand of mattress we would appreciate it. The shuttle service was awesome! We were so appreciative, we used it twice. The first night to pick us up after dropping off our rental car, and the next morning to catch our flight! It was so nice to have a nice bar and restaurant on site. The snacks at the bar were a nice treat! Our dinner was delicious! The room was very nice and clean. One of the best airport hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

I want to thank the management team. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and charged to my room. I checked out early AM and turned in my key assuming my card on file would be charged for my room charge. After I returned home it was brought to my attention that I had no card on file. The hotel staff was patient and understanding. I am grateful for the respect and patience extended as I paid attention to resolving the situation. This hotel is beautiful and quiet. The food and restaurant staff were great. It was my second time staying the night before I departed Europe after an exhausting, 3 day business trip. I love the location and easy access to Verona Airport. I will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed over for just one night. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast before heading back to UK. We were very impressed with all aspects of our day. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and a credit to your hotel. I needed a power adapter which reception produced straight away allowing me to charge my phone. We enjoyed an exceptionally well prepared dinner. The service was very good with very polite restaurant and Bar staff. The same can be Said for breakfast which was a very enjoyable experience with an amazing selection of hot and cold food, fruit juice and everything you could wish for.
