When I arrived, I encountered an issue with my room key not working properly. The lady at the reception desk handled the situation with remarkable patience, calmly troubleshooting the problem without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced. She went above and beyond by personally escorting me to my room and demonstrating how to use the entry system, ensuring I understood it completely. Her kind and thorough approach turned a potentially frustrating moment into a smooth and pleasant one. Later, when I decided to explore dining options outside the hotel, she was equally helpful. She took the time to recommend several nearby restaurants, tailoring her suggestions to my preferences and even providing insights on their ambiance and specialties. Her thoughtful recommendations made my dining experience enjoyable and hassle-free. The receptionist’s dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with her warm and approachable demeanour, truly stood out. The shuttle service was awesome! We were so appreciative, we used it twice. The first night to pick us up after dropping off our rental car, and the next morning to catch our flight! It was so nice to have a nice bar and restaurant on site. The snacks at the bar were a nice treat! Our dinner was delicious! The room was very nice and clean. One of the best airport hotels we’ve ever stayed at!
