A lovely hotel and the reception staff were so helpful. We added an extra night to our booking after the first night there and the reception team were very helpful arranging it for us. We were on a road trip back to the UK and needed good internet access as well to do some work so worked really well for us. We would definitely recommend to hotel for location as well as the whole experience of the stay there. Underground parking was a huge bonus as well.

We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport. We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant stay. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast the next morning was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Wie schon geschrieben wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt bis auf die Dame an der Rezeption, die uns so gemaßregelt hat. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Egal, wo das Personal war immer freundlich und es war eine Freude morgens bei der netten Dame sich einen Kaffee richten zu lassen. Sie hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war immer bemüht, dass alles zu 100-prozentigen Zufriedenheit ist. Das ist heutzutage selten. Die Dame ist ein Juwel!

My wife and I stayed over for just one night. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast before heading back to UK. We were very impressed with all aspects of our day. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and a credit to your hotel. I needed a power adapter which reception produced straight away allowing me to charge my phone. We enjoyed an exceptionally well prepared dinner. The service was very good with very polite restaurant and Bar staff. The same can be Said for breakfast which was a very enjoyable experience with an amazing selection of hot and cold food, fruit juice and everything you could wish for.

Die Fahrerin vom Shuttle Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprach sogar etwas deutsch. So konnten wir gleich bei Ankunft unsere Fragen klären. Sie war fröhlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel auch durch andere engagierte Mitarbeiter-/innen sehr positiv. Weiter so! Einfach klasse!

Selbst als kleine Bauarbeiten im Haus stattfanden, wurde der Gast davon elegant abgeschirmt und auch die Handwerker verhielten sich enorm zurückhaltend und sehr, sehr angenehm. Ihre Mitarbeiter schaffen zusätzlich zu der sehr angehnehm gestalterischen Atmosphäre Ihres Hauses ein sehr rundum stilvolles Wohlfühlen für den Hotelgast. Ich kenne aus beruflichen Gründen Hotels, wie das Ritz Carlton oder auch das Adlon in Berlin, recht gut - das Personal des Airporthotels Verona kann sich sehr wohl mit jenem Niveau messen! Mein Mann und ich haben Ihr Haus bereits schon weiterempfohlen und werden es weiterhin tun.

She went above and beyond by personally escorting me to my room and demonstrating how to use the entry system, ensuring I understood it completely. Her kind and thorough approach turned a potentially frustrating moment into a smooth and pleasant one. Later, when I decided to explore dining options outside the hotel, she was equally helpful. She took the time to recommend several nearby restaurants, tailoring her suggestions to my preferences and even providing insights on their ambiance and specialties. Her thoughtful recommendations made my dining experience enjoyable and hassle-free. The shuttle service was awesome! We were so appreciative, we used it twice. The first night to pick us up after dropping off our rental car, and the next morning to catch our flight! It was so nice to have a nice bar and restaurant on site. The snacks at the bar were a nice treat! Our dinner was delicious! The room was very nice and clean. One of the best airport hotels we’ve ever stayed at!
