We arrived at 02h30 and were met by a security person. I wish we asked his name because he was incredibly helpful. There was a problem with a key card and could not gain access to a room but offered the 4 of us to stay in one room. We really appreciated his efforts to help us as much as he could. We ate breakfast and then were back on the road so we did not have the opportunity to explore the other services of the hotel.

When i checked out, the guy at reception was really nice. Also checking in with another person was a great conversation. And the Shuttle was great! I arrived on a holiday sunday, so it was a struggle to get there. But the shuttle was quick and easily arranged. Room was already before check-in time. Ive been traveling for 8 hours so that was a pleasant surprise.

Das Restaurant hatte noch nicht geöffnet und dennoch kümmerte sich die Dame dort intensiv um uns. Zunächst brachte sie uns Nüsse und Nachos, dann nahm sie die Bestellung auf und wir bekamen pünktlich zu Restaurantöffnung unser Essen. Danke dafür.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dass Abendessen war sehr gut, das Preisleistungsverhältniss ebenfalls. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel, das wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen werden.
